A Blog Post About A Woman, That I Should Probably Not Make

This is going to be the closest that I have come to not making a blog post, yet still go ahead and make it anyway.

I know that I need to start out with a bunch of warnings, and a few explanations.

I live in Dickinson, North Dakota, where there is a shortage of women, and a scarcity of attractive women.  On top of that, the Police in Dickinson try as hard as they can to stop and arrest people for DUI, or anything else that they can come up with.

There is nothing to do in Dickinson, and no reason for me to leave my apartment.  In fact, I am wary of even going to the grocery store or a fast food restaurant drive thru in Dickinson because I doubt that I can make it without the Police stopping me for something.

I am lonely, and I wish to converse with attractive women, like I used to do before I came to North Dakota.  One of the places where I have found women to look at and communicate with, is on their YouTube channels.  In the past, I have found interesting women on Facebook, but the women on Facebook are sometimes or often times not interested in meeting or hearing from strangers.  On YouTube, this is a different situation, the whole point of having a YouTube channel, is to have as many viewers and subscribers as possible, so receiving comments from viewers, is not unwelcome.

There are crazy, crazy women on YouTube.  It is often times hard to tell, if what they are saying is true or completely made up.  I could go on and on about the crazy, strange women on YouTube, there are probably a million of them, but I want to just write about one of them in this blog post.

I need to warn women readers now, that they are not going to like hearing about this particular woman, some readers may already know who she is, because they have seen or heard about her YouTube videos.  I had first seen her YouTube videos a couple of years ago, and I had only had a brief curiosity at that time.

This particular woman, appeared to be skirting the YouTube rules about uploading videos with nudity, by uploading videos of herself topless, nursing her infant son.  At first, because she seemed sincere about the benefits of nursing children, YouTube and the public, did not make much comment, except for the men that enjoyed the five to seven minute videos of her showing her bare breasts.

This woman, her name is Linzi, she was 29 years old, she was tan, thin, in shape, with long brown hair, and she was very attractive.  She was a hippie, a Vegan, and a health and fitness enthusiast.  She was very proud to be nursing her child, and she posted nearly a hundred videos of herself nursing on YouTube, sometimes not even wearing a shirt, and just a bikini bottom.  Linzi also began to express her belief in nudity.

As time went on, and years passed, with Linzi continuing to upload videos of herself nursing her son, women in the United States became more and more outraged.  Women in the United States, accused Linzi of being mentally ill, and they wanted to have some kind of intervention from Child Protective Services.  The problem was, that Linzi and her husband were living in Ecuador, where there is no Child Protective Services.

Once again, I need to warn the women readers, that they are not going to like what I am going to write about Linzi, so they might want to not read any further.  Perhaps to seek attention, perhaps because she is an exhibitionist, or because of her sexual desire, Linzi began to post more and more YouTube videos that were of a sexual or erotic nature, but YouTube kind of let this pass, because Linzi was proposing that everything that she was showing had a health benefit to it.

Linzi began making videos discussing her breasts, her vagina, her anus, nudity, sex, and masturbation, usually while wearing very little clothing.  Sometimes, Linzi would make cooking videos where she was completely nude, with just a small food bowl hiding her bare pubic area.  By this time, many men loved Linzi’s videos, while at the same time women thought that Linzi was crazy.

When I recently went through almost all of Linzi’s YouTube videos, I had always suspected that Linzi was very interested in nudity and sex, and it was the case that Linzi’s videos over time became more and more sexual in nature.

By the time that Linzi was 34 years old, she was very openly expressing her sexual desires and habits in her YouTube videos.  Linzi was still thin, tan, in shape, with long brown hair, still very attractive.  Her husband had left her, for a younger Ecuadoran woman, and he told Linzi as he was leaving, “that her vagina was too big and stretched out”.  This really hurt Linzi’s feelings.

I am again warning women readers, to quit reading, because this only gets worse.  As perverted as Linzi was, I could relate to her and her situation, because I had a girlfriend exactly like her, who was 34 years old, when I was 24 years old.  This girlfriend that I had, who was very thin and in shape, who looked and acted a lot like Linzi, was very horny, she was always masturbating, she had desensitized herself because she had masturbated so much, and to make matters worse, she had a huge vagina.

I felt sorry for Linzi, and I could relate to her and her situation.  Linzi was from Arkansas and Oklahoma, she had a sweet voice, a southern accent, and a gentle manner.  She often modeled clothes in her videos, where she looked like a nice librarian, school teacher, or housewife.  No one could have guessed how horny she was, and what a sex fiend she was.

How can I say that about her?  Because one of her viewers gave the internet link where you could find Linzi’s pornography videos.  After her husband left, Linzi needed to make money somehow, so she began making pornography videos.  She has made about seven pornography videos so far, and in them she acts just like the 34 year old school teacher girlfriend that I used to have, that no one would have guessed how horny she was.

Very few of Linzi’s YouTube viewers know that she made these pornography videos, though Linzi is promoting the nude modeling that she is now doing for some website called Patreon.  Because Linzi has been able to make some money, she is now purchasing several acres of land that she wants to plant, farm, and be able to work without wearing any clothes.

The reason why I almost didn’t make this blog post, is because women hate Linzi so much, that there is no explaining her as far as most women are concerned, and some men too.

There are some videos that Linzi has made, that would be shocking and repulsive to most people.  I wouldn’t be able to convince many people that Linzi wasn’t insane.  What I do see, and what I do know, is that there are women like Linzi who enjoy nudity, enjoy exhibiting themselves to others, enjoy sex, but don’t dare let people know because people would be so mean to them, and critical of them.

Here is one YouTube video of Linzi, where she is with a younger boyfriend shortly after her husband left her.  This younger boyfriend left her too, but I wanted to show this video where Linzi is happy, and not any different than other women her age.

Four Stories About Visitors Destroying Things

In my previous two blog posts, I showed videos of two different abandoned properties, where there was some vandalism, but not complete vandalism, at least no one had burned anything down yet.

I wanted to explain who and why do people destroy things.  What it comes down to is “deviance”, or abnormal socialization.  Yes, poor people, uneducated people, ignorant people, white trash, criminals, and drug addicts are more likely to be destructive, but other people have deviant behavior also.

I wanted to tell four stories about visitors destroying things, and then point out one commonality, that people can use to predict destructive behavior.

  • There was an old, wealthy real estate agent and insurance agency owner in the town where I grew up.  As a favor to a younger couple who did not have much money, he allowed them to stay at his cabin in the Ocala National Forest.  This cabin was grandfathered in, no new construction could take place in this area of the Ocala National Forest.  The young couple stayed in the cabin on Friday evening, Saturday, and part of Sunday.  The cabin burned down to the ground later on Sunday.

The cabin did not burn down by itself, this cabin had existed for eighty years, and now it was completely gone, and could not be rebuilt, that was it, no more construction was permitted in this part of the National Forest.  The young couple had left a fire burning in the fireplace, dumped ashes into a trash can, or threw a lit cigarette on the ground before they left.  All the young husband and wife did, was shrug their shoulders, after they destroyed this man’s cabin.

  • This same old, wealthy real estate agent and insurance agency owner, as a favor to another young couple who did not have much money, he allowed them to stay at his vacation home on Mosquito Lagoon.  The young couple stayed Friday evening, Saturday, and part of Sunday.  Later on Sunday, the smoker house caught on fire and burned down, which very nearly caught his vacation house on fire and destroyed this house too.

A smoker house has a concrete block or brick base, where you build a small wood fire.  The upper portion of the smoker house is made of plywood, and has metal mesh shelves, where you place meat or fish to be smoked.  Any idiot should know, that plywood burns, you don’t build a roaring fire with five or six foot flames inside of a smoker house.  The young couple who built a large fire inside the smoker house, and then left, almost causing the house to be destroyed, they just shrugged their shoulders.

  • In my late teens, I worked at a condominium resort on the beach and intercoastal river.  There was a problem with one of the condominium units.  The neighbors above, below, and on either side of this condominium unit began calling the management office complaining about a terrible smell.  The owner of this condominium unit, as a favor to a young couple who did not have much money, allowed them to stay in this condominium unit.

The young couple stayed Friday evening, Saturday, and part of Sunday.  The young man, being very wise, went to the electric panel, and turned the main breaker off right before they left the unit.  Never mind that the refrigerator freezer was full of shrimp and lobster, or that the refrigerator was full of food.  None of the condominium units were ever supposed to be left without the air conditioner on, because of the 100% humidity on the ocean, all of the curtains, sofas, beds, carpets, and walls would develop mold.  There was a tremendous amount of damage and clean up required in this unit, and all the young couple did was just shrug their shoulders.

  • When I had to leave my home in Idaho in 2011 to go to work in North Dakota, I allowed a friend of mine who did not have any money, to stay in my house while I was gone.  He got a cook out grill from a thrift store, but this grill was missing the bottom metal grate that would have gone over the bottom air vent holes.

He filled this cook out grill full of charcoal, and cooked some meat on it.  The charcoal briquettes burned to a smaller size, and fell through the vent holes on the bottom of the grill, setting the porch boards on fire.  I don’t know where he was, probably not around, because the charcoal briquettes burned completely through porch boards.

For some miraculous reason, the porch boards only burned so far, the fire did not make it all the way to the house, and completely burn my house down.  The friend of mine who did not have any money, he could not have cared less.

I told these four stories about people destroying property, to illustrate a common thing.  People who do not have very much themselves, do not own anything of value, have very little money in the bank, have no way to make very much money, no way to buy anything for themselves, and no way to pay for damage that they cause to other people’s property, Watch Out For These People!

There is a double or triple effect with these people.  They are too stupid, too unfocused, too irresponsible, or too lazy to be able to earn money and have any assets or own anything of value.  They are jealous or resentful that other people earn more than they do, or have more than they have.  The damage that they do, whether accidental or intentional, it really makes no difference with them because they don’t think or pay attention, they can’t or won’t be held accountable or responsible because they have no way to pay for what they destroy.

Yes, it is poor, uneducated, ignorant, white trash, criminal, drug addict people who destroy other people’s property, but it is also people who do not have anything themselves, who are jealous of others, who know that they can’t or won’t be held financially responsible who destroy other people’s property.

Abandoned Mining Town In The Mojave Desert

I want to share another incredible video from the YouTube channel called Explore With Us.  The video below is perhaps in some ways, better than the abandoned house on the mountain outside of Searchlight, Nevada that I showed in my previous blog post.

The couple who makes these abandoned and forgotten places videos as a hobby, they could not even believe how undisturbed and undamaged this abandoned mining town was, they could not believe that vandals had not found this place yet.

In some of the primitive, rustic cabins, the owners had left securely stored food, utensils, cookware, stoves, books, framed photographs, and sleeping cots with blankets.  The owners did not bother to lock the doors, as there was no point, the location was so remote, people either would or wouldn’t destroy everything.

This is really hard to believe, that everything left on its own, has not been destroyed yet.

Beautiful Abandoned Home On A Mountain In Searchlight, Nevada

What I am going to share with you, may be one of the most worthwhile things that I have posted on my blog website.  I want to give a little bit of an explanation before I show the video.

There is a couple, who live in the southwestern U.S. who explore abandoned and forgotten places as a hobby.  They make videos while they explore, and they upload these videos to their YouTube channel called Explore With Us.

In Arizona, Utah, and Nevada, there are mining towns where at one time many people lived, but once the mine shut down, everyone moved away, leaving behind houses, shops, schools, and churches, just as they were.  Also, there are farms, ranches, and homesteads, where the owners just left, never to return, due to such reasons as failing health, old age, inability to make a living, or something else happening to them.

The video at the bottom of this blog post, shows a custom home that was completed by a man named Mr. Kay in 1969.  Mr. Kay was born in a small desert town in Arizona in 1908.  He served in the Navy during WWII.  After the war, he and his wife owned and operated a small motel, in the small mining town of Searchlight, Nevada.

In 1950 Mr. Kay bought 20 acres of land on a 1,000 foot high mountain outside of town for the taxes owed on the land.  In 1959 he began building, and it took him the next ten years to complete his home.

Mr. Kay built the concrete pier, concrete slab, and rock wall foundation for his home.  He bought the material to build the home, as he went along.  Some of the building material, was salvaged from oil well, mining, and other industrial sites.

The interior was finished with wood paneling, antique colored glass hanging lamps, a marble fireplace, avocado green shag carpet, and stereo music speakers in every room.  The home was completed by Mr. Kay in 1969, and there was a newspaper article about Mr. Kay and his house in the Las Vegas newspaper in 1976.

When you watch the video, and you see the incredible views overlooking the completely vacant desert, keep in mind what was happening in 1969.  There was the Cuban Missile Crises, the constant imminent threat of a nuclear war, the Vietnam War, the Kennedy assassinations, the MLK assassination, Civil Rights protests and riots, and the landing on the moon.  The world was in chaos, and a person did not know what would happen next.

Can you imagine what it would feel like to get away from everything in a place like this, with complete peace, tranquility, and the amazing view of the stars at night?

After watching this video, some viewers left comments asking what happened to the owners, where is this located, can people just come there and move in, or how could they go about buying this property?  If you read through the comments, all of these questions are answered by other viewers, sometimes in complete detail.

Yes, a person probably can buy this property, just read through the comments, and there is enough specific information given about the site location, that someone can go through the process of finding the owners, which someone wrote was now a Las Vegas Trust, and they should be able to make an offer to purchase this property outside of Searchlight, Nevada.

Though I believe that there are many people who are capable of purchasing this property, it would take a great deal of money to get the home into livable condition again with the structural, electrical, water, and sewer system repairs.  As soon as someone purchased this property, and no matter what stage of the restoration process the house was in, leaving this place for just a few days might result in someone doing a tremendous amount of vandalism.  Because this property has been vacant for so long, the way vagrants and vandals think, no one has the right to own this place.  Only constantly having three to four large mean Rottweiler dogs on the property would reduce the threat of vandalism.

Here is the link to the newspaper article about Mr. Kay and his house, that was written in 1976.  Once you click on this link and reach the newspaper site, scroll down to the reader panel in order to read the article, use the scroll tab to the right of the reader panel.  I believe that Mr. Kay died in 1979, though some viewers found another person with a similar name who died in 2009, who is not the correct Mr. Kay.

Watching Stephi Lee On YouTube

Several days ago, I began watching a young lady name Stephi Lee on YouTube.  Her YouTube videos were somewhat lumped together with the videos produced by people who live in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans, though this is not really what Stephi is about.

When watching Stephi Lee’s YouTube videos, right away most people would say that Stephi is cute or attractive, but after that, opinions would vary greatly.  Some people dislike her or are irritated by her, because of the way that she acts, and some of the things that she does.

Fortunately, Stephi went ahead and made several videos explaining her circumstances, and why she is the way that she is.  I will try to re-tell, what she has already explained.

Stephi was born with cystic fibrosis, a medical condition where her body over produces mucous, which reduces her lung capacity by half.  She speaks with a quiet monotone voice, because it is difficult for her to speak, and it requires extra effort.

She was very shy when she was young, and would only speak to her mother and a few family members up until 4th grade.  Her mother died when she was 11 years old, and she says that both she and her father did not cope very well with the death of her mother.  She had some other problems in adolescence and as a teenager which I won’t repeat now.

Stephi attended college, and was interested in art.  With little or no money, she drove across the United States in her car, in order to arrive in Los Angeles.  In Los Angeles, she sleeps in her car on the street.

Partly because of how she feels, what she believes in, how she wants to live, and also because she does not have a job or money, she lives like a hippie.  She wears her hair in dread locks, does not wear make up, and dresses in minimal Bohemian, gypsy, or thrift store clothing.

Some people are mad at her, because they believe that she is an attractive young lady, who has chosen an unhealthy lifestyle of drug use, partying, promiscuity, self abuse, and self neglect, essentially throwing her life away.  But if you watch Stephi’s videos, which are mostly about her expressing herself through her words and what she is doing, you will see that she is not involved in drugs, partying, promiscuity, or behaving like a vagrant.

On Instagram and YouTube, Stephi met a very popular and well-liked hippie from England named Jason, who is a very energetic world traveler.  Jason helped Stephi begin creating and uploading videos to YouTube about a year ago.  Several months ago, Jason invited Stephi to travel with him through Thailand, Cambodia, and southeast Asia.  Jason and Stephi each uploaded about ten very excellent videos to YouTube showing their travels together in Asia.

Stephi is now back in Los Angeles, where she continues to live in her car, but she has made some friends who make it a little easier for her to survive.  She continues to live like a hippie, and associate with hippies, because this is how she prefers to live.

Though I like her, I like her manner, and I like her videos very much, Stephi is irritating to me.  I am not completely put off by her twenty tattoos, her dread locks, or that she does not shave her arm pits, legs, or pubic area, and walks around barefoot, but she seems to want to find a way to be unacceptable to people to keep people away, until she needs something or needs help from ordinary uncool people.

Here is one of Stephi’s videos:

Time’s Money Magazine Named Dickinson As 9th Best Place In America To Start A Career

In March of 2018, Time’s Money Magazine named Dickinson, North Dakota as the 9th best place in America to launch a career.

When I see announcements like this, it makes me cringe.  It is annoying and irritating.  Most people who live in Dickinson, do not think of Dickinson as a good place to live.

The author of this article, Kerri Anne Renzulli, wrote that the criteria for selection was projected job growth, unemployment, cultural diversity, educational opportunity, and recreational activities.

Like I said, articles like this make me cringe, they are frustrating, annoying, and irritating.  How can people get things so wrong?

I wish that the people who write these articles about how Dickinson is such a good place to live, would spend at least one week living in Dickinson.  One month would be even better.  They wouldn’t dare do this, because they know that what they are writing is a bunch of made up, make believe bullshit, but they have to turn in something in order to get paid for their article.

In 2011 when I first came to Dickinson during the middle of the oil boom, there were all different kinds of people who had come from all over the United States with high expectations and enthusiasm about becoming rich and successful.  In general, it only took most people less than six months of living in this area to lose their enthusiasm because of reality.

The wage rates in Dickinson were generally $12 to $25 per hour.  By working five, twelve hour days, 60 hours per week, or more, workers could make $45,000 to $70,000 per year, this was not unusual.  However, 25% of their weekly pay was taken out in taxes, rents were very high, and workers easily spent $30 per day on convenience store food and drinks which was all that they could get.

Work conditions were horribly cold in the winter, filthy, frustrating, and dangerous.  It was very common for oil companies, oil field service companies, and construction companies, to have inadequate work plans, missing information, inadequate management and supervision, unqualified supervisors and foremen, and managers, supervisors, foremen, equipment operators, and workers who were working while under the influence of illegal drugs and alcohol.  It was a mess.

Even in the middle of the oil boom, six months was all that many people could stand.  To this day, just about everyone that I talk to who worked in North Dakota, they describe it as a horrible experience.

Even though things have calmed down in western North Dakota once the oil boom went away in 2015 after the price of oil fell to $30 per barrel, there are many things that still make Dickinson a bad place to live.  The local people who are from Dickinson, do not like people who are from some place else.  The local people from Dickinson are hostile and unfriendly to people who are from some place else.

There are very few things to do in Dickinson.  One of the things that people might do, would be to have drinks at dinner at a restaurant or bar at night in Dickinson, but it is not safe to do this, because the Police in Dickinson try as hard as they can to arrest people for DUI.

There is a shortage of women, and a scarcity of attractive women in Dickinson.  Exactly opposite of what the Money Magazine article says about Dickinson being a good place to start a career, all of the young attractive women who grow up in western North Dakota, get the hell out of here as soon as they graduate from high school.  The ratio of men to women in Dickinson is about 3:1, and the women who are here are unattractive and unfriendly.

If I had a son who was between the age of 18 to 30 years old, I would not want him to come to Dickinson, I would try to discourage it and prevent it.  Whether he had a college education or just a high school diploma, I would not want my son to come to Dickinson, it is just too bad a place, and too dangerous.

The companies in Dickinson, and the local people in Dickinson, do not like people with an education, especially engineers.  The employers in Dickinson, managers, and workers, have the intention of causing educated people and engineers problems, making work both difficult and unsafe.  The “Engineers” in Dickinson, are usually local people who do not have any education or degree in engineering.  Degreed engineers either get run off, or they won’t stay in Dickinson.

The employers, managers, and workers in Dickinson, do not like people who are from some place else, and they make work both difficult and unsafe for people who are from some place else.

I know from my own experience, that if I had a son I would not want him to come to work in Dickinson.  In addition to working in an environment where his local co-workers would be difficult, uncooperative, and undermining, and likely try to cause him to have an accident or injury, if the drug dealers in Dickinson did not get him, the Dickinson Police would.

In Dickinson, at the companies where I have worked, the managers, supervisors, foremen, and workers have been illegal drug users.  I have been around drug users, drugs, and people offering me illegal drugs at work.  At the same time, I have had undercover Police Officers in Dickinson come up to me in bars and ask me, again and again, do you know where I can buy drugs, do you know where I can buy drugs, do you know where I can buy drugs?  Then, the Police in Dickinson wait outside bars and restaurants at night in order to try to arrest people for DUI, or anything else that they can come up with.

If you are a young male who comes to work in Dickinson, you will be treated badly by local managers, supervisors, and co-workers who do not like people from some place else, you will not get cooperation, and you will likely be injured by your local co-workers on the job.  You will be around people who will try to get you to use illegal drugs, and you can be banned from oil field employment for 3 years if you test positive for illegal drugs.  The Dickinson Police will try to find a way to arrest you for either illegal drugs or DUI.

The friends and acquaintances that I made while living in Dickinson, several truck drivers, construction workers, engineers, electricians, equipment operators, business owners, entrepreneurs, and business managers, some of them highly skilled, intelligent, or hard working, they have all gotten out of Dickinson because there is nothing here.  No women, no good employment, nothing to do, no where to go, just the Dickinson Police constantly trying to arrest them for something.

If Dickinson has a low unemployment rate, it is because people willingly and gladly leave Dickinson because there is no reason to stay here.  This does not mean that Dickinson is a good place to start a career, because there is low unemployment.  This is how people like Kerri Anne Renzulli who went to the University of Central Florida, who lives in New York City can get things so wrong, she has never even driven through Dickinson, North Dakota, or spent any time here at all.

Strange, Mentally Ill, And Fake People On YouTube

In the past several months, I have been staying inside and watching YouTube videos more and more.  In North Dakota where I live, in January, February, and March it is just about always below 0 degrees Fahrenheit outside if you take the wind chill effect into account.  I don’t want to spend any time outside, and I actually got pneumonia in March after being outside unexpectedly.

I just type “YouTube” into my Google search browser, then click on YouTube, to see what videos will come up.  I watch car videos, metal detecting videos, exploring abandoned property videos, trail cam videos, bigfoot videos, conspiracy theory videos, prank call videos, home security camera videos, and more.

This past month, I watched YouTube videos produced by people who live in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, cargo trailers, and vans.  I have done this before myself, both in Idaho and in North Dakota.  In Idaho, when I first arrived in the state, I didn’t know where I wanted to live, I didn’t want to rent an apartment, and I didn’t want to live with roommates, so I bought and lived in a used travel trailer.

Later, after I had bought a home in Idaho, the economy got worse and worse, and I had to travel to North Dakota to find work during the oil boom.  Due to the high cost and shortage of housing in North Dakota during the oil boom, I again began living in a truck bed camper, and later my customized enclosed utility trailer.  When you customize a utility trailer to make it into a camper, you create what is called a “stealth camper”, because most people can not tell and do not know that someone is living inside of it.

When I watched the YouTube videos produced by people living in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, cargo trailers, and vans, most of these people discussed common issues that they dealt with, such as where to park for free, how they get electricity from solar panels, how they customized their living area in order to maximize space, how much space they needed, and what their living expenses were each month.

Keep in mind, that I had met and lived among people who lived in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans before.  There is a spectrum of people, from retired engineers and accountants who live in luxury motor homes that cost several hundred thousand dollars, who have a million dollars in retirement savings, to people who did not graduate from high school who are sleeping in the back seat of their car.

The average person that you might meet who lives in a motor home, travel trailer, camper, or van, is someone who is trying to save money and economize by not paying rent, not having a mortgage, not paying property taxes, not paying homeowners insurance, not paying for home maintenance, and not paying for utilities.  They may have found it to be too much of a physical and financial burden to constantly have to earn enough money to live in a traditional home, with all of those costs.  They may be living on a retirement, social security, or social security disability income.

Whether the person is living in a high end motor home, new travel trailer, used travel trailer, old motor home, or van, the incidence of strangeness and mental illness in these people is higher than people who live in traditional homes or apartments.  You will just about always find that people who live in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans are trying not only to live cheaply and economize, but that they are also trying to withdraw from normal life, or escape from something.

It may seem reasonable and rational that some people get tired of paying high mortgage payments, property taxes, home owners insurance, and utilities, just to live in a box, a box wedged in the middle of a bunch of other boxes, where they feel trapped.  But rather than making a decision to relocate to a less expensive and less crowded area, or to downsize, the motor home, travel trailer, camper, and van people often decide to try to check out and opt out of everything, and become a hobo or recluse.

So when I watched the YouTube videos of the people who were living in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans, I saw some stress, sadness, embarrassment, and defeat in these people.  When these people told their life stories, though they often tried to say that they made the decision to live like this, they were actually explaining that their life circumstances got them into the position where this was one of their only options.

Just one example that was common, was that these people or their spouse suffered an illness that was both emotionally and financially devastating, to where they were going to lose their home and be unable to have the household income that they used to have.  Another reason why these people were going to lose their home and no longer be able to afford a similar home, was because the person or their spouse could no longer physically or emotionally hold themselves together in order to continue performing the work they had done in the past.  They were physically and emotionally too burned out from the work that they had been doing, work that they were capable of doing when they were younger.

The motor home, travel trailer, camper, and van dwellers, who made their YouTube videos, this was therapeutic for them.  They got to tell about how they felt much less burdened once they got rid of their homes and most of their possessions.  Once they had so much fewer possessions, their needs became much simpler, and they required much less money to live on.  They no longer felt so pressured to earn money.

When they woke up in the morning at a free camp site, they were not on any kind of schedule, and there was no one demanding anything from them.  They did not have to hurry and get ready for work.  They could take the time to enjoy the view and the beauty of their surroundings.

On the other hand, there were some common problems that motor home, travel trailer, camper, and van dwellers faced.  There was the fear that their engine or transmission would fail when they were out in the middle of nowhere, hundreds of miles from anywhere that could perform the repairs.  There was the fear of strangers showing up at a remote campsite and harming them or stealing whatever they had.

Many of the women travelers had something bad to report every time that they uploaded a new YouTube video.  Whether they had parked in a paved parking lot at a shopping center, a wooded clearing in the middle of nowhere, or paid for a spot at a campground, someone bothered them during the night.  And, women travelers would report suspicious people looking at them, following them, and visiting them during the day.

The combination of women travelers being bothered at night, bothered during the day, feeling unsafe when having to use the bathroom or bathe, and the problems that they had with their motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans, you could tell from their YouTube videos that they were becoming more and more worn out and exhausted each day.

But the strangest thing of all the YouTube RV lifestyle videos, was the people who claimed to live in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans, but did not, they were pretty much faking it.

Apparently, because there were people who actually lived in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans who did not have jobs, who were able to upload videos to YouTube showing the locations where they were parked each day, which people enjoyed watching, young couples, and young women, began claiming and pretending to be living in RVs in order to have their own YouTube channel too.

I noticed this myself, but I didn’t really think about it or dwell on it, thinking that it was just general bullshit.  However, some of the people who actually live in smaller motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans began to call attention to it and complain about it.  The people who actually lived in RVs, were warning that people who watched these fake YouTube RV living channels, were going to get the wrong idea about what living in RVs was actually like, and adversely suffer if they relied on this information.

For instance, the older middle-aged women who had work careers and who owned their own homes prior to selling everything and moving into a motor home, travel trailer, camper, or van, generally reported on their YouTube channel almost every day, that someone had bothered them during the night, someone had been looking at them during the day, or that they had a problem with their RV.  In contrast, on the fake YouTube RV living channels, young ladies in their early twenties would supposedly be walking around all day in bikinis through their camp sites, and not be bothered, at all, ever.  They were not bothered at night, because they were in fact sleeping in a hotel room every night.

The people who actually live in motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and vans, want to stress that it is difficult, rugged, and that you have to give up many comforts.  You can’t take showers every day, wash clothes every day, run your air conditioner, or drive into town every day when you get set up at a remote camp site.  The fake YouTube RV living people who take showers a couple of times a day, change clothes several times a day, are always clean, always have clean clothes, that try to make the RV living lifestyle look glamorous, are actually spending most of their time in hotels.  They are leading many viewers to failure, when these viewers sell everything they own to live in an RV and they are unprepared for what it is really like and how difficult it is.

People Not Getting Arrested For Crimes In Dickinson, North Dakota

Sometimes in Dickinson, North Dakota, I have been disappointed, angry, upset, and frustrated that some people do not get arrested for crimes that they commit in Dickinson.  It is upsetting because not only do some criminals not receive any punishment for their crimes, there is no deterrent to them continuing to commit crimes, but I know that if I did what they did, I would instantly get a year in jail.

A couple of years ago, I was at an event in Dickinson.  I did not consume any alcohol during the event.  After the event was over, I was talking to the event organizers, when I was attacked by an event attendee, who I had never met before, named Shaun.  Myself, the event organizers, and other event attendees were shocked when I was struck in the shoulders by Shaun, and I was knocked off my feet.

As I quickly got up, Shaun continued to try to attack me, and about four or five people tried to hold Shaun back, as he was yelling “I will fucking kill you!”  I had a metal object in my hand, which I was going to use to hit Shaun in the head, if I needed to.

The security guards telephoned the Dickinson Police, followed Shaun for several blocks, as his girlfriend was telling people that she was a Police Officer or that she worked for the Police.  Right when Shaun and his girlfriend were getting into a taxi cab, Police Officer Justin arrived, and stopped them.

Myself, the event organizer, and several security guards told Dickinson Police Officer Justin that I was struck suddenly by Shaun punching me in my shoulders, which knocked me backwards off my feet.  Police Officer Justin said that he could not charge Shaun with assault because he had not witnessed the assault, but that he would charge him with disorderly conduct.

What Police Officer Justin told me at that time, was that if I had hit Shaun in the head with the metal object that I was holding, that I would have been arrested for aggravated assault, for using deadly force against someone, when deadly force was not called for, even though Shaun was yelling, “I will fucking kill you.”

In a later meeting at the Dickinson Police Department with more senior Police Officers, I was again told that I would have likely been charged with aggravated assault if I had hit Shaun in the head with a metal object, as this would be viewed as use of deadly force.  I still to this day, disagree with, and do not understand, why when a person is attacked in North Dakota, they can not defend themselves by any means necessary.

There was never any record of Shaun attacking me.  Police Officer Justin did not charge Shaun with disorderly conduct, or anything at all.  I did some checking and asking around to find out what was going on.

Shaun’s girlfriend who was there that night, telling people that she was a Police Officer or that she worked for the Police Department, had in the past worked for the Dickinson Police Department in administration or as a dispatcher.  I do not know if the Dickinson Police Department did not file any charges on her boyfriend Shaun as a favor to her.

I looked up this girlfriend on the North Dakota Court Records Repository, and I saw that she had been arrested twice for bad check writing, and once for hit and run leaving the scene of an accident, which says something about her character, and the Dickinson Police Department for hiring her.  Her boyfriend Shaun had been arrested a couple of months earlier for DUI in Dickinson.

I found out a couple of places where Shaun was performing some work, and I knew the managers at these locations.  Within a couple of weeks of Shaun attacking me, he was arrested in Watford City for a bench warrant for failure to appear at his DUI court case in Dickinson.

One of the managers that I spoke to about Shaun, said that Shaun was very passive, and that his attack on me was not like him.  I was curious and interested to see what happened, what would Shaun do next.

Recently I spoke to person who knew Shaun, and I said that I was interested to see what had happened with him, he had never been charged by the Dickinson Police for attacking me, had he done anything else crazy?  Yes, “He beat the fuck out of his girlfriend, and he held his girlfriend and her manager hostage and would not let them go.”

I then looked up Shaun on the North Dakota Court Records Repository, and there is no record of Shaun assaulting his girlfriend, or holding his girlfriend and her manager hostage and not letting them leave.  Women are funny, they pay no heed and take no warning to someone who acts violently towards others, then when they turn violent toward them, beating them or holding them against their will, they just accept it, and don’t even report it to the Police.

In North Dakota, “kidnapping”, has a mandatory sentence of life in prison.  But they just let things like this go in Dickinson.

Accused Armed Robbers in Dickinson

Ghetto Whites And Ghetto Blacks Now Arriving In Dickinson, North Dakota

When I first came to Dickinson, North Dakota in 2011 during the oil boom, it seemed like about 25% of the young working age males from Idaho came to western North Dakota to work.  The young men who had worked on farms and worked in construction in Idaho, did very well in western North Dakota.  They were accustomed to working long hours, operating equipment, driving big trucks, hooking up and loading trailers, towing trailers, driving in the snow, and working outside in the cold.

Probably the only thing that gave people from Idaho a bad reputation in North Dakota, were the people from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.  Coeur d’Alene is only 30 miles from Spokane, Washington.

Spokane, Washington has a population of over 200,000 people.  There is very high unemployment, especially among young people.  With thousands of poor, unemployed, and under employed young people, who are idle, there is a culture of grunge, drug use, crime, and theft.  The culture of, “Let’s steal something, sell it, go buy some heroin, and get high.”

The young men from the rural areas of Idaho who had earned their living from working on farms and working in construction, were pretty good workers.  The young men, and young women, from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, are nothing like the rest of Idahoans.  They come from a grunge, drug, crime, and ghetto culture, where hard work and trustworthiness is not found or practiced.  If you see an Idaho license plate that starts with the letter “K”, stay away.

Many or most of the people arriving in Dickinson, North Dakota right now are not trades people or construction workers, they are ghetto people from places like Los Angeles, Seattle, Spokane, and Coeur d’Alene.

Trades people, people who are electricians, plumbers, mechanics, welders, heavy equipment operators, or carpenters, find out ahead of time what companies are hiring in an area before they move.  There is no point in moving several states away to a particular town, if there is no work in the trade that they do in that particular town.

The ghetto people who are arriving now in Dickinson, did not do any checking ahead of time before they came to Dickinson.  They are stupid, have low intelligence, low education, low information, very little common sense, very little work experience, and very few work skills.  They do not know what companies in Dickinson want, need, and require from their employees.

These ghetto people are not going to be hired at any of the car dealers or equipment dealers in Dickinson.  They are not going to be hired at any of the hardware stores or material yards.  Nor the oil companies, oil field service companies, city, county, schools, or business offices.  A few might get hired as construction laborers, and some might get hired to work in fast food restaurants.

What the ghetto people can do, is commit crimes, steal, and sell drugs.  In Dickinson, on any street, there are trucks with tools in the truck bed, cars with music CDs in the front seat, open garages with tools and sporting goods, and houses with electronics, firearms, and jewelry.

A couple of days ago in Dickinson, I saw two young men who were about 20 to 22 years old, walking around in my neighbor’s back yard.  I asked them what they were doing, and I told them to not cut through the back yards again.  I went and got my neighbor to come out and check his storage sheds and his equipment in his back yard.

Picture this, I live on a downtown city block that is about 400 ft on each side, which is not divided down the middle by an alley way or utility easement.  There are about four houses on the north, south, east, and west sides of this block.  About every other house has a fence around their yard.

I do not know from what state these two 20 to 22 year old young men relocated from, to think that you exit the sidewalk at the middle of the block, to walk between two houses to get into the backyard of those two houses, and then from there you continue to walk on private property through other people’s back yards.

In other words, if you live in a neighborhood where people’s backyards are all back-to-back and side-by-side, and one neighbor would not even think about crossing over into his neighbor’s yard, what do you make of two young adult men deciding to walk through everyone’s private backyards?

When my neighbor came outside to check his storage sheds and his equipment in his backyard, we saw footprints in the snow going up to beside the back corner of his house.  I asked him if those were his footprints, and he said that no they were not, he had noticed those footprints this morning, and that someone had made those footprints last night.

Since I moved to downtown Dickinson about ten months ago, this is a very common thing, especially at night, for hoodlum ghetto people to wander around trying to get into everything and run off with things like monkeys, racoons, or cockroaches.

Update 4/20/2018:

I originally wrote this blog post on 4/3/2018.  Today, I was reading Google Local News for Dickinson, North Dakota, where I saw an article about five people committing an armed robbery in Dickinson, at an apartment about four city blocks from where I live.

I included the arrest photo of three of the alleged armed robbers at the top of this blog post.  This is exactly what I was writing about, when I wrote that many of the people who are moving to Dickinson now, are not trades people expecting to move to Dickinson to practice their trade, they are people coming from the ghettos in cities, who are criminals, thieves, drug addicts, and drug dealers.

Catching Fish In A Storm Sewer

In Florida there is a large amount of rainfall.  Because Florida is mostly flat and not very high in elevation above sea level, in order for the land to be developed, the water had to be drained off the land.  Just about everywhere, there are drainage ditches, drainage canals, water retention ponds, and storm sewer systems that empty into retention ponds or other water ways.

There is a man in Florida known as “Monster Mike”, who fishes in canals and drainage ditches, and posts his fishing videos on YouTube.  Here is a video of him catching a very large, beautiful, strong, and healthy fish in a storm sewer underneath a road.

You should look at his YouTube channel to see him catch fish in tiny overgrown ditches.

Too Many Electronic Components In New Vehicles

My 1999 Ford F150 was the last new vehicle that I bought.  This has been a pretty good truck, I have only put 140,000 miles on it.  I also have a 1976 Ford F250, which is very simple in comparison to new trucks now.

In my opinion, every new vehicle has too many sensors, computers, electrical components, and electrical control.  I believe that it is a mistake to make vehicles too complicated.  If anything, we should have learned how to make vehicles more and more simple, so that they are inexpensive, always start, always run, never break down, and last a long time.

In 2013, my friend’s father bought a new Ford F150.  The battery on this truck went dead.  They could not even push this truck down the driveway to move it out of the way of other vehicles in the garage, because it had electrical controlled steering.  The Ford dealer was telling them something like once they installed a new battery, they would have to wait 24 hours for the electrical and computer system to reset.

In Dickinson, my former room mate had a friend who owned a Pontiac G6.  She claimed that twice while she was driving this car with electrical controlled steering, she turned the steering wheel, and the car kept going straight, it would not steer.

In the video below which I saw on YouTube, this truck had a very bad accident, which the driver and the witnesses said was caused by the electrical throttle control.  There was an electrical, sensor, computer, or computer software error which caused the throttle to stay full on.

People who watched this video and commented on YouTube, asked why the driver didn’t apply the brakes, take the transmission out of gear, or turn off the ignition.  The driver said that he hit his head inside the truck, and was knocked unconscious.

In a second YouTube video which I have below, this same make and model vehicle is stuck on a beach right at the water line as the tide is coming in.  As you watch this video, you will think that the driver of this vehicle is a complete idiot, so do the people who are standing there pushing this vehicle as hard as they can.  Everybody is asking, why doesn’t the driver give it some throttle to help, the wheels aren’t even spinning.  The driver is giving it throttle, the traction control system, computer, and programming, are limiting the throttle.

This vehicle model is called the “Colorado”, which is manufactured by the Australian company named “Holden”.  Apparently, for some reason, the Chevy Colorado is manufactured for Australia by the company Holden.

Girls Of Summer In Dickinson, North Dakota

When I first came to Dickinson, North Dakota in 2011, at about the peak of the oil boom, when I went to the Patterson Lake beach on Saturday afternoon during the summer, there were usually about 200 people on the beach if it was sunny.  These people on the beach were a mix of kids, teenagers, twenty year olds, thirty year olds, forty year olds, local people, college students, construction workers, and oil field workers.

When I came back to Dickinson in 2013, though the oil boom was still going on, I was surprised and puzzled to see that there were less than 40 people at the Patterson Lake beach during the summer on a nice day.  I wondered what had happened.

Not long into the summer of 2013, I realized what had happened at Patterson Lake beach.  The Dickinson State University girls had wanted to meet 18-28 year old, handsome, in-shape, oil field workers, who made a lot of money.  These college girls did not want to meet older local men, or older out of state workers, who were out of shape and didn’t make much money, not people who were sleeping in their car, camper, or the bushes at Patterson Lake.

As the number of attractive young women going to Patterson Lake decreased, the male out of state workers and the local males began to come into conflict at the beach.  In 2013 and 2014, even though there were not that many people at Patterson Lake beach, I saw some disputes break out between local people who had a larger group of friends, and Mexican workers who were with just a few friends, and vice-versa.

The college girls, the local people, and the out of state workers did not use Patterson Lake beach very much in 2014 through 2017.  On many nice days in the summer, Patterson Lake beach was vacant.

So where did all of the women start going in order to sunbathe, tan, and attract males?  By the summer of 2016, there was a gated outdoor pool area that was completed at the West River Community Center in Dickinson.  I believe that during the week, housewives and college student girls go to the West River Community Center outdoor pool, just like birds to a bird bath.

The other location that the women go to in order to sunbathe, tan, and wear minimal clothing, is Mosset Bay, a.k.a. Charging Eagle Bay, on the southwest corner of Lake Sakakaweja.  Right after Lake Sakakaweja was formed by creating a dam in the 1950s, the Three Affiliated Tribes, the Bureau of Land Management, and the Bureau of Reclamation began selling long term leases of land along the shore line of the lake.

The condition of these land leases were that no permanent structure could be constructed, only manufactured homes and travel trailers.  Within about twenty years, I believe that there came to be a shortage of land available on the shore line of Lake Sakakaweja, and these vacation trailer communities began to become exclusive.  If you were not an important person in western North Dakota, or a person with money, you would have a hard time obtaining a land lease along the shore line.

Mosset Bay, a.k.a. Charging Eagle Bay, became the Redneck Riviera of western North Dakota.  Many of the prominent and successful business people, farmers, and ranchers from the Dickinson area had vacation trailers at Mosset Bay.

Just like the affluent families in the northeastern United States had the mothers and children leave the cities to go to Martha’s Vineyard or the Hamptons during the summer, while the fathers stayed behind in the cities to work during the week, this same thing happened in Dickinson.

As any mother from a prominent and affluent family in Dickinson can tell you, you must control who you and your children associate with, in order to ensure proper breeding, and to make sure that the whole family doesn’t drop down a rung on the social ladder.

Mosset Bay was a suitable place for the wives, husbands, and teenagers to drink, socialize, and play, because they were almost entirely amongst equals and peers.

If you were a lucky, pleasant, and attractive young lady attending Dickinson State University or the University of Mary in Bismarck, you might be invited by a classmate to accompany them to Mosset Bay for the weekend.

In the video that I have included up above, you will not see a young lady of this caliber at Patterson Lake.  This young lady in the video is very likely a graduate of Trinity High School, or a student at DSU or the University of Mary.  You would only see a girl like this at the private enclave of Mosset Bay.  The only thing missing is the glimmering of baby oil on her sturdy legs and buttocks.

Who Gets Hired And What Companies Are Looking For In Dickinson, North Dakota

As North Dakota emerges from the cold and frozen Winter, oil field service companies and construction companies in Dickinson will begin hiring people for the Spring, Summer, and Fall work season.

Employers in Dickinson like people who will fit in and get along with the people that they already have working.  There is a common expression, “People like people, who are like themselves.”

In this blog post, I am including a short video that shows what employers in Dickinson, North Dakota are looking for.  This video shows someone that employers in Dickinson would hire right on the spot.  This video also shows some of the discussion that might take place in your work environment in Dickinson.

My Room Mate Is Watching Elena Lev Training Videos

Unlike most people in Dickinson, my room mate is a large frog.  He has his own room, where he spends most of his time reading.  He is not very good at using computers, but once I showed him the Russian gymnast Elena Lev in her YouTube videos and Facebook videos, he has taken an interest in learning how to hula hoop.

He has been watching all of Elena’s training videos on YouTube.  He has been practicing with hula hoops, and although he is not very good, he is making some progress.  Here is a video of him:

Elena has about twenty YouTube videos where she shows stretching, warm ups, exercises, and hula hoop instruction.  Here is one of her videos from YouTube:

Breaking My Piggy Bank

From when I graduated from college until I was about 35 years old, I was kind of scared to spend money.  I was fearful of not having money.  The only thing that made me feel less anxious and less vulnerable in life, was having a lot of money in several different bank accounts, because it is a bad idea to have all of your money in just one place.

By the time that I was about 33 years old, I was sick of living in Florida, I was sick of being stuck in traffic for two hours every day on I-75, living in an apartment like an insect in a hive, and living amongst people who acted like rats, cockroaches, and monkeys.  I left Florida to move out west, not knowing where exactly that I wanted to live.

I lived in Colorado for a short while, but I didn’t like it.  Once you got to where there were many employment opportunities, like Colorado Springs, or Denver, it was almost the exact same thing as what I tried to get away from in Florida, terrible traffic, everyone living in apartments like insects, and everyone behaving like insects instead of human beings.

After I left Colorado, I was very fortunate to find an area in Arizona that I liked very much.  The area that I moved to in Arizona was so peaceful, stress free, calm, and beautiful, that I became very comfortable, happy, relaxed, and I was no longer so fearful about needing to have a lot of money.  The jobs that I had in Arizona generally paid enough for me to pay all of my bills and living expenses.

In Arizona, unlike any other place that I had lived up until then, there were many old vehicles with no rust.  In Florida, you just about never ever saw an International Scout, an old Ford Bronco, or an old Toyota Land Cruiser, because they had all long ago rusted away.  In Florida, old Jeep CJ5s, CJ7s, and Scramblers were also pretty uncommon.

Because I lived in a beautiful, forested, mountainous area, I wanted to get a four wheel drive vehicle to use just for fun, like a Jeep CJ, International Scout, or old Ford Bronco.  The first four wheel drive vehicle that I bought was a fourteen year old Jeep Wrangler for $3,500, which I still own.  Here is a photograph of this Jeep Wrangler with me in North Dakota:

Grassland Park (3)_LI.jpg

I had a lot of fun with this Jeep Wrangler in Arizona, and I enjoyed it very much.  I began thinking, “Instead of having money in the bank, I more enjoy having vehicles.  I like owning the vehicle, having it around, driving it, using it, and having fun with it, a lot more than having money in the bank.  And, if I ever needed to, I could sell the vehicle and get some of my money back.”

So very soon after buying the Jeep Wrangler, I bought a yellow 1977 Jeep CJ5 with a 304 V8 engine.  This tiny Jeep CJ5 with the big V8 engine, was really something else to drive.  When driving off-road with the CJ5, if ever you were near getting stuck, you just had to give it a little bit of throttle for just a few seconds.  This 1977 Jeep CJ5 did not have any rust on it anywhere, it only had about 50,000 miles on it, and it had never been modified.  I swore to myself that I would never get rid of this Jeep CJ5, the mileage was so low, and it was in such good condition, that it was practically irreplaceable.

Though I swore that I would never get rid of this 1977 Jeep CJ5, about five years later when I was operating my own contracting business in Idaho, I went ahead and traded it even for a 1976 Ford F250 Super Cab with a custom built 460 tractor truck pull competition engine.  I was really happy with this trade.  I never could find a hard top for the 1977 Jeep CJ5, though the Jeep CJ7 hard tops were not hard to find.  I was happy to be getting this big F250 truck that I could tow equipment trailers with, and something that was warm and comfortable inside the cab.  Here is a photograph of this truck, which you can partly see the side of this truck in the headline photograph at the top of this post:

Rigby House 012 (2)

When I traded the 1977 Jeep CJ5 for the 1976 Ford F250, I felt like my belief was confirmed, that having and owning vehicles was just as good as having money in the bank, only better, because you could drive, use, and enjoy vehicles, whereas you could not enjoy money in the bank that was just sitting there.

Not long after I bought the yellow 1977 Jeep CJ5 in Arizona, I bought a red 1967 Porsche 911S Targa, the one that is shown in the headline photograph at the top of this post.  Most readers are probably thinking, so what.  This car shown in this photograph, though it may not look like much, just as it is shown would be worth about $60,000 right now.  If it were restored it would be worth $120,000 to $200,000.  Look it up if you don’t believe me.

In 1967, the Porsche 911S, had the highest horsepower engine of the 911 models, and right from the dealer it would go 140 mph.  There were only 2,000 that came to the U.S. in 1967, and none in 1968.  The car that I bought, still had the original engine, which ran beautifully.  The red line on the tachometer was 7,200 rpm, and I drove it to 7,200 rpm many times and the sound was just like a race car at Le Mans.

The car that I bought had been modified in the late 1970s.  It was lowered, the rear wheel wells were enlarged to accommodate wider tires, the front bumper was changed to add an air dam, the rear hood was changed to add a spoiler.  This did not matter to me when I bought the car, it made the value of the car less, and something that I could afford.

I liked the car and enjoyed driving it on open roads and winding mountain roads, but not in town.  It was very low, had a very low ground clearance, no power steering, and something like a 1st gear lock out, which made if very hard to shift it into 1st gear.  The car was not insured for anywhere near what it was worth, and most people had no idea what it was worth.  It was uncomfortable for me to drive it around town, because I felt like I was putting a lot of money at risk.

The value of this particular car was increasing at about 20% per year.  Whether I was driving it, using it, or it was sitting in the garage, its value was appreciating at about 20% per year.  If I would have tried to sell this car in Idaho or North Dakota, I would have been lucky to get $3,000 for it, and someone would have only wanted the air-cooled engine out of it, to put it in a rail buggy and trashed it.  The engine with its transaxle was probably worth $15,000.

This was a car that I promised myself that I would never, ever sell.  If I would have just kept it sitting in my garage, eventually it would have been worth more than my house, or I could have bought another house with it.  But due to some unforeseen circumstances, I unexpectedly needed money, and I found that I could not get a job anywhere at that time.  I had to sell this car.

When I just tried to find out the value of the car from a vintage car company in California, they offered to FedEx a cashiers check to me overnight, and that was the end of that.  I had looked at this car as a Piggy Bank for years.  In a way I was relieved to be getting rid of it, but I also felt sick to my stomach to be losing it.

What I was sick to my stomach about, was that I promised myself that I would never sell this car, and I was not able to keep this promise.  I hadn’t really decided to sell it, I was forced into selling it.  To make myself feel worse, I acknowledged that I would never, ever, be able to own a car like this again.  The next time this particular car comes up for sale, it would be over $120,000 after the body modifications are removed.

Even though I have been telling myself ever since I started buying old cars, that I could always sell them when I needed to get my money back, it is my best and most favorite cars that I will most likely to have to sell, and it is really upsetting and miserable even to think about losing them.

To make myself feel worse, here are some early 911″S” for sale on Hemmings:

Some Suggestions For Dickinson, North Dakota

In the past several years I have written more than 500 blog posts about living in Dickinson, North Dakota.  Readers may wonder, what do I want, and what am I trying to accomplish?

I wanted to bring attention to some of the things that are wrong in Dickinson.  I thought that if I explained these things that are wrong, that many people might agree, and consider trying to change things.  Or, at least people from out of state would know how things are, what to expect, be able to make a more informed decision about moving to Dickinson, or be more prepared for Dickinson.

Here are some suggestions for Dickinson, North Dakota:

  • Everyone needs to acknowledge that it was wrong the way that housing prices were quadrupled during this most recent oil boom.  Do not persist in saying things like, “It was a matter of supply and demand”, when there are thousands and thousands of acres of vacant, flat, barren land just outside of Dickinson that stretches for hundreds of miles in every direction.  Steps were taken to make sure that there was a housing shortage, so that local people could profit and take excessive advantage of others.
  • Even though, “Millionaires were being made every day in North Dakota”, there was no homeless shelter in Dickinson.  People that were poor, down-on-their-luck, and out of work from everywhere in the U.S. came to North Dakota because of the lie that was told “Everyone was making $100,000 per year in the oil field”.  The poor people who came to Dickinson, slept in their cars, on the ground, or in the bushes at Wal-Mart, Tiger Truck Stop, Patterson Lake, along the railroad right-of-way, or in the ditch behind Kentucky Fried Chicken.  If Dickinson was not going to have a homeless shelter, they needed to contact every newspaper and every television station to try to get the word out, “Whoa, hold on everybody, you won’t make $100,000 per year in the oil field, there is a shortage of housing, and there is no homeless shelter.”
  • Dickinson needs to decide, once and for all, if alcohol can be served in bars and restaurants or not.  If the Police in Dickinson are going to try to follow and stalk everyone who is driving on the streets at night in Dickinson in order to try to give them a DUI, Dickinson should just go ahead and ban the sale of alcohol in bars and restaurants in Dickinson.
  • There are some things that are done in Dickinson, that ruin Dickinson’s chances for long term growth and prosperity.  One of these things, is the practice of most local companies in hiring convicted felons to be foremen, supervisors, and managers at the companies in Dickinson.  The local people in Dickinson so hate people with a college education, that they give preference in hiring to people who have several felony convictions, with no education.  Although local company owners are more comfortable having people like this working for them, here are the consequences:
    • When you hire a convicted felon with no college education, versus someone with a college education, for a supervisory or management position, what is guaranteed to follow, is that just about every subordinate position to that person being filled by convicted criminals, versus people with any education.  A convicted felon is already someone who has demonstrated that they don’t follow along with what is right and wrong, but whatever they feel they need to do.  If that means hiring only people who are less intelligent, less qualified, and less capable than them, in order to maintain their position, that is what they are going to do.
    • When local companies in Dickinson follow this practice of hiring convicted felons for supervisory or management positions in Dickinson, not only does this load up their company with a bunch of criminals, but this loads up Dickinson with a bunch of convicted criminals.  It doesn’t take long for normal, educated people from elsewhere, who may be doctors, nurses, engineers, attorneys, human resources people, administrators, professors, or journalists, to see, understand, and realize that Dickinson is an “Ugly” town that they don’t want to live in.  By “Ugly”, I mean no culture, no professional peers, no socializing with professionals, no where worth going, someplace that you do not want to stay.

If you people in Dickinson do not believe me, just sincerely ask one of the nurses, doctors, engineers, journalists, human resources professionals, chamber of commerce directors, or teachers who left Dickinson, to describe something that they did not like about Dickinson, and to please be honest.

Catholic Church In Dickinson North Dakota

I had written a blog post in September of 2017, titled “Re-Education Camp For Catholics In Dickinson, North Dakota”.  For the past five months, this particular blog post appeared on the first page of Google search results.  About five days ago, this blog post went straight to page 8 of Google search results.  This does not happen without an optimization company being hired to bury a post.

I hope that no one paid too much money, or spent too much time on this, because here this post is again, and I can do this as many times as necessary.

Re-Education Camp For Catholics In Dickinson, North Dakota

I would like to have a Re-Education Camp for Catholics in Dickinson, North Dakota.  If you have ever seen the movie “The Killing Fields” about the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia, I would like to have a re-education camp like the one shown in the movie.

In the main school room hut of the camp, all of the adult hard case Catholics would be seated on the benches.  The proctor would recite, “Jesus was the son of God.”, then all of the Catholics would repeat back, “Jesus was the son of God.”

“He came to Earth to teach, to instruct, and to demonstrate he was the son of God.”

“He came to Earth to teach, to instruct, …”

“He performed miracles that no man could perform.”

“He performed miracles that no…”

“He made the blind to see, the lame to walk, and raised the dead to living.”

“He made the blind to see, the lame to walk…”

“He divided a few fishes and loaves, to feed thousands.”

“He divided a few fishes and loaves…”

Without fail, one of the Dickinson Real Estate Agents couldn’t take it anymore, and she would stand up, screaming, “We can charge whatever we want for rent!  We can charge whatever we want for rent!  We can charge whatever we want for rent!  Aaaahhhh!  Aaaahhh!”  And she would be dragged off to the Monkey Pit.

The proctor would continue, “Jesus taught that we should love one another.”  The Catholics would repeat back, “Jesus taught that we should love one another.”  As if often the case, one uprising inspires another, and soon a woman from the Catholic Auxilary would begin yelling, “We didn’t ask you to come here!  We didn’t ask you to come here!  We didn’t ask you to come here!   Aaaahhhh!  Aaaahhhh!”  And she would be dragged off to the Monkey Pit.

The proctor would continue, “Jesus taught the twelve Apostles, and these teachings were recorded in the New Testament of the Bible.”  But before the Catholics could repeat, they were interrupted by a land owner, “We don’t have to help anybody!  We don’t have to help anybody!  We don’t have to help anybody!  Aaaahhhh!  Aaaahhhh!”  And he would be dragged outside and tied to a post in the sun, lest he think that he is going to “make time” with the Catholic women in the Monkey Pit.

The remaining pupils in the main school room hut, were either being convinced of the teachings of Jesus, or they were too scared to act out.  Either way, time would tell.  If the pupils were not true believers in the teachings of Jesus, at least they would be too frightened to go back to their old habits of trying to take advantage of others and mistreat others.

(I went to Catholic School for five years, Sacred Heart School, and Sacred Heart School was just like what I have described above.)

A Very Educated Young Woman Talks About Her Experience As An Escort

For a couple of years now, I have written blog posts where I try to explain that some women choose to be an escort for very logical, valid, legitimate reasons.

Some women can earn more money in one hour long appointment with a man, than they can earn in two weeks at their regular job.

Please watch this video made by a young woman who graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance, who describes how she made $10,000 in one week, by going to just three escort appointments.

Warning, there are a couple of instances of adult language used in this video.

After you have watched this video, you will have seen and heard this young lady admit that several of her clients were people that she would have liked to have had sex with anyway, for free.  Because her clients liked her, and thought that she was intelligent, one of them just went ahead and gave her $5,000 for her one hour visit, so that she could focus on school and not have to be an escort for the remainder of the semester.

One of the things that you will see from this video, is that not only do some women make the decision to have sex for money, not have a bad time doing it, actually like their clients, but the clients are often very positive, pleasant, and encouraging people.

When prostitution is illegal and there is the constant threat of arrest, this what causes prostitution to involve women who are unhealthy, drug addicted, always high, involved in crime, and controlled by pimps.

Whether men work as a stock broker, or a truck driver, are married or single, they want to have sex with a woman and are willing to pay her for it, because they don’t want the trouble, aggravation, arguing, sexual harassment lawsuit, waste of time, and waste of energy trying to get their wives or other women to cooperate.

The Dickinson Dog Park Is A Lawsuit Waiting To Happen

Ever since I was born, my family always had several dogs and other pets:  Pit Bulls, English Bulldogs, Hounds, Pugs, Manx Cats, Feral Cats, chickens, turtles, and lizards.  The only pets that didn’t bite me or try to bite me were the Pit Bulls.

As far as my parents were concerned, if I got bit by one of the pets, it was my own fault, and they were upset about it, because they didn’t want one of the family pets to get a “criminal record” for biting someone.

My parents liked animals.  The animals were allowed in the house, upstairs and downstairs, on the furniture and on the beds.  Because of pet doors, other people’s cats came in the house, and also squirrels and opossums.

No one in my family was scared of getting rabies from any of the animals, or any other disease from dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, lizards, squirrels, bats, or opossums.

A couple of years ago in Dickinson, a co-worker of mine had temporary custody of a 9 month old Vizsla dog, because his daughter could no longer keep him.  This Vizsla was a nice looking dog, he was fairly intelligent, so I offered to take him on a trial basis to see if my landlord at the time would want him, because he was looking for a dog.

My landlord liked this dog, so he kept him, at the house where I was living.  I would sometimes take this Vizsla for walks on an adjacent vacant 30 acres of land.  This Vizsla weighed about 45 pounds, he was a medium sized dog, he had a nice shiny short coat of hair, a silly disposition, and he was not an aggressive fighting dog.

Probably mostly because of my own boredom, I wanted to take this Vizsla to the Dog Park in Dickinson.  Both of the times that I took this Vizsla to the Dog Park, I realized that this was a huge mistake, and that this was a lawsuit waiting to happen.

At the Dog Park, there is a large sign, that clearly states what the Dog Park rules are.  It states that persons who use the Dog Park, do so at their own risk.  The City of Dickinson does not have that much more liability for this Dog Park, than any other public facility that they own.  But the Dog Park users have tremendous liability at the Dog Park.

I thought that at the Dog Park, I would encounter “Dog People”.  Instead, I found people that were wary, scared, and not good around dogs.  On top of that, they were nutty.

The first time that I took the Vizsla to the Dog Park, there was a very pale, weakly musculatured, 35 year old woman sitting on the bench inside the Dog Park large sized dog area, who had worn very short shorts.  Once I turned this Vizsla loose inside the fenced in area for large sized dogs, I kept having to intercept him because he kept wanting to go see this woman and step up onto her lap to greet her and be petted.

This woman was very strange, because she was acting like this Vizsla was a person, who certainly should know better and have the self control to not physically touch her.  If I would not have stopped him, he would have stepped all over her trying to lick her face, and he probably would have scratched the shit out of her pale white legs.

He was a nine month old, very energetic dog, and he wanted to say hello, make friends, give her kisses, and be petted.  She didn’t want to have any physical contact with him whatsoever, but she didn’t have the sense to stand up, put her hands out to keep him off her, or tell him no.  This was one of the least understanding people toward dogs that you will ever come across, and here she is sitting inside of the large sized dog area.  This is supposed to be, supposed to be, a safe designated area to let you dog run off its leash, but this was just an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen with this person in there.

The second time that I went to the Dickinson Dog Park, I had the Vizsla inside the large sized dog area running around off his leash by himself.  Then a family showed up with a smaller dog.  The husband and wife who were in their forties got out of their car, and they had grandma and grandpa with them, who were in their 70s.  I watched grandma and grandpa, they were unsteady and unstable on their feet, and they could not walk very well.

In addition to grandma and grandpa, they had a 5 year old and an 8 year old kid with them.  The sign at the Dickinson Dog Park, that has the rules posted, I believe that it says no small children allowed in the large sized dog area.  Here all six of these people came, trying to enter the large sized dog area.  I bet that in less than a minute or two, this Vizsla would have knocked down grandma or grandpa who could barely walk, or the 5 year old and the 8 year old kid, by trying to stand up on its hind legs to greet them and unintentionally knocking them over.

I couldn’t believe this.  This Dog Park was like a magnet for people who shouldn’t be anywhere near a medium sized or large sized dog who is running and playing off its leash, but here these people are trying to get inside the off leash dog area for large sized dogs.

I have been at the Emergency Room in Dickinson, where an unexpected and uninvited kid went over to someone’s house, and the family pet tried to greet them and unintentionally scratched the kid.  The parents of the uninvited kid took the kid straight to the Emergency Room, just for a dog scratch, which resulted in $1,400 for medical services, which they wanted the dog owner to pay.  The hospital I believe also had to complete a “dog incident report” to hand over to the Dickinson Animal Control Department.  This is what people in Dickinson will do now, just for one paw scratch from a family pet.

If you want to safely walk a dog in Dickinson, even a very large dog, the north side or the south side of Patterson Lake is a very good place to do this, because you can keep a very large distance away from other people.  Just don’t let your dog off its leash anywhere around people.  Also, I warn people that once you start getting far away from the parking lot areas at Patterson Lake, you have to be aware that there are people living and/or hiding in the bushes.

Update 3/17/18:

A commentor was disagreeing with what I wrote about Dog Parks, so I spent an hour reading ten other articles about Dog Parks.

I don’t even want to address and write about all of the legal disputes that have arisen from dog bites and dog fights that have occurred at Dog Parks.  I just want to discuss dog owner liability for a friendly dog pawing someone, or jumping up on someone to greet them.

The Big Problem, is that people do not share the same understanding of what a Dog Park is.  For me, and for other dog owners, there is the belief that it is normal for dogs to run, play, and be friendly, and a designated off leash Dog Park is a good place for a friendly dog to run and play.

However, there are other dog owners, that use the Dog Park, who do not share this same view.  For instance, in the ten articles that I read about Dog Parks, there was the common occurrence where people using the Dog Park, stated that “They had severe back problems, and could not handle getting bumped or run into by someone else’s dog.”

Some people believed, that if your physical health is so bad that you can’t get bumped, you should not be entering an off leash Dog Park where dogs are running and playing.  The people who have back injuries or who are elderly, believed that they have just as much right as anyone else to be in the Dog Park, and that someone else’s dog should not bump them, run into them, or stand up and put their paws on them.

As for the legal liability for friendly dog behavior, just the discussion of liability on internet forums where attorneys answered these questions, was very disturbing and ugly.

For instance, a reader could pose the question about legal liability for their six month old large puppy running into someone at an off leash Dog Park, and knocking the person over.  Within just a few seconds and a few sentences, attorneys on the internet forum would begin making statements like, “…has your dog had a history of aggression?….”, “…has your dog received a citation for knocking people down in the past…?”, “…I recommend that your dog receive obedience training from a certified instructor in order to lessen your legal liability…”

It turns out that there a many Dog Park lawsuits against dog owners.  The common cause of these lawsuits is that dog owners mistakenly believed that their liability was lessened when they released their dog into an off leash Dog Park, because they were amongst “Dog People”, who all shared the same understanding of dog behavior.  It turns out, that people have no idea what other people’s beliefs and intentions are, and you can not let your dog loose around other people, because you have no idea how other people will behave.
