Stupid People With Jumper Cables

When I lived in Florida, Virginia, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, or Idaho, I never witnessed so many people asking for help with car problems, as I have here in North Dakota.

These people with car problems are not local people or North Dakota natives, they are typically down-on-their-luck people who were not doing very well in the states where they were living, and they came to North Dakota looking for work.  They came to North Dakota with very little money, alcoholism, drug addiction, no common sense, ADHD, and stupidity.

I am sick of these people.  I have worked with them, and I have tried to help them, but I no longer want to have anything to do with them, allowing their problems to become my problems.  Once you have any involvement with people like this, it seems like they have never ending problems, which could have been avoided if they would have used any kind of common sense or planned ahead.

In North Dakota, when I go to Wal-Mart, Menards, Runnings, Prairie Hills Mall, T-Rex Mall, or a grocery store, I will not park anywhere near a beat up car with an out-of-state license plate if there is any indication that the “Hey can you help me?” routine is about to play out.  Indicators of this would be people standing and looking at their car, the hood up, jumper cables, tow strap, or jack being out.

I have had so many ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), drug addict, alcoholic, stupid people ask me to jump start their car in North Dakota, that I bought several battery jump start boxes.  Any place else that I have ever lived, I had never personally witnessed anyone mistakenly trying to connect the positive jump start cable to a negative battery terminal, but these down-on-their luck people here in North Dakota will try to do this every time.

For those of you who don’t know, if you should ever volunteer to allow someone to connect jumper cables to your car battery, and they mistakenly connect the positive terminal of one car battery to the negative terminal of the other car battery, in about 1 second, this can short out the electrical wiring and electrical components in both vehicles, causing up to about $2,000 in damage to each vehicle.  Sometimes, it is hard to tell right away just how much electrical system damage has been done to each vehicle.

Your car’s battery, alternator, wiring, connectors, fuses, relays, sensors, ECU, computers, and other components, were not designed to handle the instantaneous passage of thousands of amps of current caused by someone connecting the positive battery terminal of one vehicle, to the negative battery terminal of the other vehicle.  This can melt everything electrical in your car.  An ADHD, drug addict, alcoholic, stupid person who has already caused their own vehicle to malfunction, will try to get you to let them connect jumper cables to your car, so that they can cause severe damage to your car too.

Yesterday evening, I was about 100 miles from Dickinson, sitting in a truck stop eating and using my computer.  I looked out the window, and I saw that ten feet away from where my car was parked, there was now someone standing there with a hammer in their hand.  I was thinking, what are they doing with that hammer?  I watched to see what was going on, and there were a couple of guys who were about 20 years old, working on a beat up Nissan truck which had Washington State license plates on it.

I was thinking to myself, that I needed to move my vehicle far away from them, because I did not want any involvement in their problems.  This is exactly what I am talking about, this is what I try to avoid, the “Hey can you help me people”, who always have problems.

I continued to use my computer, and these two young guys from Washington State showed me that they were in fact the epitome of everything that I am talking about.  They went from working on the underneath of their truck with a hammer, to buying a can of Sea Foam, to buying jumper cables.  A hammer, Sea Foam, and jumper cables?  What the hell is wrong with your truck that you have a problem that requires beating something with a hammer, is a fuel problem, and is also an electrical problem, which causes your battery to be dead?

When I saw them buy the jumper cables, I said to myself that there is no way that I am letting them connect to the battery in my vehicle.  Then, they began asking each of the store employees if they could drive their personal vehicle over to their Nissan truck, to give them a jump start.

The store employees were trying to find different excuses not to do it.  I didn’t want the store employees, who were young, poor, and maybe naive, to have their vehicle electrical system destroyed.  And I didn’t want for an unsuspecting customer to have the electrical system in their vehicle destroyed either.  I stopped what I was doing, and I told the two guys from Washington State that I had a battery jump start box.

I got my 1,000 peak amp jump start box out of my vehicle, and thank God it had a full charge, so that me or anyone else wouldn’t have to use our vehicles.  I unwound the two cables on my battery jump start box, and I said to the two young men, you connect it to your battery, and when you are ready, I will turn the jump start box on.  They connected the jump start box cables to their Nissan truck battery, and the audible alarm on the jump start box began beeping.

See!  I knew it!  These stupid ADHD kids from Washington State, the very first thing that they did was connect the battery cables the wrong way.  If this would have been my vehicle, a store employee’s vehicle, or a customer’s vehicle, there would have been instantaneous severe damage done to the vehicle’s electrical system!  Or, it could have blown up a battery and started a fire.

I told them to reconnect the battery jump start box cables the correct way, and I left my battery jump start box with them, while they continued to work on their Nissan truck.  After they had their truck running, I said to them, that they needed to be more careful hooking up jumper cables to their truck next time, with the jumper cables incorrectly connected, they could have caused a lot of damage to their truck and someone else’s vehicle.

It was cold and dark outside, and I picked up my battery jump start box and I put it back in the tool box in my vehicle, and I was about to close the trunk, but I took the battery jump start box back out to see if they had turned if off.  No, they had left my battery jump start box turned on, so that its cables were energized and could have shorted out in my vehicle and caused a fire, or the battery jump start box would have just been dead when I got it out to use it next time in an emergency.

A Russian Woman Explains What Russian Women Want From Men

Ever since people in the United States gained internet access via their home computers in the 1990s, I heard about and read about American men seeking “Mail Order Brides”.

It was appealing to American men, to be able to pick out a Russian woman or an Asian woman who was physically attractive, who they believed would be more appreciative and grateful for what they had to offer.

For a while, it did appear that men who were not very desirable to American women because of their looks and personality, could get a very nice Russian or Asian bride, who did not object to their looks, personality, or other flaws, but instead chose to appreciate other qualities that they had, such as being faithful, attentive, sober, educated, or professionally successful.

It had been a joke, but it turned out to be true, that Russian women and Asian women would be good wives so long as they didn’t have any contact with American women.  Should a Russian wife or Asian wife ever get a job outside of the home, their American women co-workers would immediately set out to “set these women straight”.  Informing them that they didn’t have to go home right after work, they didn’t have to cook dinner for their husband, they didn’t have to keep house, they didn’t have to listen to their husband, they could divorce their husband and find a much better looking guy.

Whether you have a Russian, Ukranian, Serbian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Phillipino, or South American wife, it is only a matter of time before she reads enough magazines, watches enough television, or talks to enough American women before she becomes ruined.  It is not enough to have a place to live, a vehicle, clothes to wear, and food to eat in order to be happy.  Inevitably, you will hear, “I want Lexus”, “I want Mercedes”, “I want new house”, “I want divorce”.

I had always assumed that foreign women wanted to get out of poor living conditions so badly, that they were willing to marry American men, just to get out of their current situation.  Once they were safely out of their poor living conditions, living in the United States, and married to an American, then it was time to launch the remainder of their scheme.

The remainder of their scheme could involve changing their husband, improving their husband, dominating their husband, killing their husband, causing their husband to divorce them, or asking for a divorce.  Who knows what they were thinking.

Here is a video from a Russian woman, explaining what Russian women want:

I was fooled by this video, she had me fooled, until I read the comments that viewers left to this YouTube video.

It wasn’t that she was fearful of “men sitting on the sofa” and not doing anything, she wanted men to work so that she could be the one sitting on the sofa.

People who have first hand experience with Russian and Ukranian women in Europe, wrote that they are notorious for trying to be slave drivers with their husbands and men.

I finally had the answer to why Russian, Ukranian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Phillipino, and South American men did not complain or object to their attractive women leaving and going to the United States.  It was because they wanted to be left the fuck alone.

Losing Your Home In A Lawsuit Judgement

In my previous blog post about getting stopped by the Police in Dickinson, North Dakota, I explained that it was very important to me, to have a drivers license that shows the address of my “primary residence” or “homestead” in Idaho.  Once you lose the ability to legally demonstrate that the home you own is your “primary residence” or “homestead”, you lose specific legal protections that can result in you losing your home.

I want to tell a true story of how this happened to someone that I knew.  In the area that I grew up in, there was a man who was about forty years old, who was poor, and he did not make very much money.  This man’s mother died, and she left to him in her Will, the family home that he had grown up in.

He lived in an old, beat up, single wide trailer.  He drove an old, beat up Ford truck, with a homemade wooden bed, because the metal truck bed had rusted out.  But once he inherited this modest, old, single family home, he figured that he could rent this home out for $500 to $600 per month, which would be a big financial help to him.  The home was probably worth about $80,000.

He rented this home out to a Mexican family.  With a big, fat, cow-legged, cankle-calved Mom, Dad, and several young children.  Within about one month of moving in, Big Momma lost her footing on the front steps.  Ay Chihuahua!!!  K-Boom!

Big Momma was taken to the local hospital emergency room, where it was determined that she had broken bones, etcetera.  If it would have been a person of normal weight and health, they would have been able to catch themselves or minimize their fall, and sustained a sprained ankle or sprained wrist.  But Big Momma hit the ground like a ton of bricks.  The hospital bill was like $40,000 or more, plus more costs for rehabilitation.

The Mexican family did not have health insurance, so they needed to sue somebody else to pay for Big Momma’s medical bills.  The Mexican family hired and attorney, and they sued the home owner for “faulty steps”, “negligence”, and so forth.

Normally, a standard “homeowner’s insurance policy”, comes with coverage for accidents or injuries occurring to persons on your property.  This is what the insurance policy for this house had.

However, was this a “primary residence”, “homestead”, or was this an “investment property” ?

Because the man who had inherited this house from his mother was not living there, and he had rented the house out, it was not his “primary residence”, it was an “investment property”, and the homeowner’s insurance policy on this house was void.  The insurance company was not legally liable for Big Momma’s medical bills, and of course they wouldn’t pay.

There was a lawsuit judgement, against this man for his “faulty front steps” and “negligence” which led to Big Momma’s injuries, which took this house away from him, that was his family home that he had grown up in, that he had inherited from his mother.

In his whole life, this was all that he was ever going to have, and he lost it within less than a year, his family home, to a Mexican family that were probably in the United States illegally to begin with.  He committed suicide.

This is what happens when you can’t prove that the home that you own is your “primary residence” or “homestead”.

Getting Stopped By The Police In Dickinson, North Dakota

I have written again, and again, and again, and again about not being able to go out at night in Dickinson, North Dakota because the Police are so eager and aggressive in stopping people for DUI, or trying to discover illegal activity.

Probably about two or three years ago, I gave up on going to bars in Dickinson, or having any alcohol drink at a restaurant in Dickinson, because I know how aggressive the Police in Dickinson are about stopping people for DUI.  When I am tired, have allergies, the flu, or am dirty from working, and have had no alcohol, I am worried that the Police in Dickinson are going to stop me, question me, and try to give me a DUI, even when I have had no alcohol.

As this Winter in Dickinson has gone by, November, December, January, and February being so cold, and dark outside, with nothing to do, and no where to go, I have become more and more depressed.  The only place in Dickinson to sit down and socialize at night, would be a bar, but you can’t drink in Dickinson, because the Police are so aggressive in stopping people for DUI.

In WalMart, Menards, Runnings, a grocery store, a restaurant, or the West River Community Center in Dickinson, it is not appropriate or acceptable to try to talk to and socialize with employees and customers.  In other towns that I have lived in, where everyone is more trusting and everyone does not have their guard up, you can joke around and talk with people wherever you go, but not in Dickinson.

I had Wednesday and Thursday off in Dickinson.  I had no where to go, and nothing to do.  I thought if there was anything that I needed to shop for and buy, but there wasn’t anything.  At 4:00 p.m. I decided to go to the King Buffet Chinese restaurant.  I took my Dodge truck, which I have driven maybe once in the past three months.

At about 5:00 p.m., I drove from the restaurant to visit my friend at his home, who is old and in bad health.  At about 6:30 p.m., I drove to Dairy Queen and got an ice cream cone.  I was driving home from Dairy Queen on Villard Street, when a Dickinson Police car made a U-turn, came after me, followed me, and stopped me.  This turned an ordinary evening and outing, into an unwanted stressful situation.

I am so sick of this in Dickinson, being followed by the Police, so that they can think of a reason to pull you over, to try to give you a DUI, or find something else to charge you with.  If you do a Google search for “Police in Dickinson, North Dakota”, about the 3rd or 4th search result is an article that I wrote titled, “Liking And Hating The Police In Dickinson, North Dakota”.  In this article, I explain that it is like the Police in Dickinson are stalking people, and I am sick of it.

I know that I have a headlight out on this Dodge truck.  I bought a replacement bulb, which is in a package on the front passenger seat, but it has been too cold to get the old bulb out and put a new one in.  Even when it is 50 degrees, the plastic light bulb base and the plastic headlight socket are so tight, that it takes many tries, cutting my fingers, and almost breaking the bulb and the plastic socket, trying to twist and force the parts to lock together in the socket.  I can’t imagine doing this when it is below freezing.

The Police Officer who pulled me over knows me, and he knows that he pulled me over two blocks away from my apartment.  He still wanted my driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance.  He asked me why I had not gotten this truck registered in North Dakota.  I explained that I went to the Dickinson Motor Vehicle Department, and they told me that in order to get this truck registered in North Dakota, I would first need to bring in the vehicle title, and get the title changed from Idaho to North Dakota.  I don’t have my truck title, it is back at my house in Idaho.

I explained to this Police Officer that I was sick of getting followed and stalked by the Police in Dickinson.

This Police Officer warned me that I could get a citation and fine for not having my vehicle registered in North Dakota.  I was aware, that I could also be given a citation and fine for not having a North Dakota driver’s license.

I wish that I would have had the presence of mind to say to the Police Officer, that my Toyota which I normally drive every day, has North Dakota registration.  I wish that I would have told the Police Officer that I had only driven this Dodge truck once in the past three months.

Here is what I explained to the Police Officer, only not this well, and I will probably eventually be explaining this in court in Dickinson one day:

There are people who own a home in one state, which they claim as their primary residence, but work in another state.  If you do not claim a home that you own as your primary residence, you lose several very important legal and financial protections.

In every state that I have lived, your home that you claim as your primary residence, is exempt from lawsuit and legal judgments.  For instance, if you were in a fight with someone and blinded them in their eye, they could sue you for damages, and if your home that you own was not your “primary residence” or “your homestead”, it would be property that was susceptible to a lawsuit judgment.  Even something as simple as someone falling down your front steps, could result in you losing your home if it is not your “primary residence”.

Secondly, if a home that you own is your “primary residence” or “your homestead”, you receive a very large property tax exemption.  If the home that I owned was not my “primary residence” or “my homestead”, my property taxes would double.

Legal tests for your home being your “primary residence” and “your homestead”, are where does your driver’s license say your address is, are you receiving the “homestead exemption” on this property, what does your address say on your income tax returns, and do you pay income tax on the basis of being a resident of this state.

It is very common for wealthy people to own a home in more than one state, to work in more than one state, and to conduct business in more than one state.  These wealthy people have more than one vehicle, and the vehicle that they are driving may or may not be registered in the state that they are currently in.  Yet they do not get warned by the Police.

In Dickinson, North Dakota, I do not know if anyone has had to go to court yet, to explain that they own a home in a different state which is their primary residence, which is the state that issued their driver’s license.  Some oil field workers, and oil field contractors, though they are working in Dickinson, also work in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Oklahoma, and Texas.

The people who are from Dickinson, North Dakota, and who have never lived anywhere else, may think that everyone in Dickinson needs to have their vehicle registered in North Dakota, which means having their vehicle titled in North Dakota.  Why would you want to get your vehicle titled in North Dakota, if you are only living in North Dakota temporarily?

In the past six years, I have worked in Idaho, Utah, Texas, and North Dakota, sometimes for only three months at a time.  Can you imagine what a waste of time and money that would be, trying to change your vehicle title, registration, and license plates, every three months or six months, on multiple vehicles?  You North Dakotans wouldn’t do it.

Once you give up the drivers license that shows you as residing at the address of your “primary residence” or “your homestead”, you lose very important legal and financial protections on the home that you own.  Under the law, it becomes more possible for the home to be classified as “investment property”, where you are no longer entitled to the “homestead exemption” on your property taxes, you could be assessed for back property taxes for falsely claiming the “homestead exemption”, an insurance claim on your homeowners policy could be denied because you should have had a different type of policy, someone being injured on your property while you are away could result in your home being susceptible to a lawsuit judgement because it is “investment property”.

On my articles titled “Don’t Believe The Chamber Of Commerce In Dickinson North Dakota” and “I Want To Beat The Chamber Of Commerce In Dickinson North Dakota”, I write that there is no where to go in Dickinson, nothing to do, the Police try as hard as they can to stop everyone for DUI, so you just need to stay home, there is no point in trying to go anywhere in Dickinson.

I don’t want to live in Dickinson, I am just here temporarily because I can currently make more money here than in Idaho where my home is.  My house, and 90% of my personal property, furniture, tools, equipment, clothes, electronics, and vehicles are at my home in Idaho.  I have just a bare minimum of belongings here with me in North Dakota, this is not my home.  I don’t know why this is hard to understand.

Beauty Beyond Belief

I was wandering around on the internet late at night, and I saw the photograph of a girl.  I clicked on the photograph of this girl, and I then saw a photograph of her in a very minimal bikini.  I looked at this photograph of her, and I admired how perfect her body was.  Here is this photograph:

L'ubka boat

I admired this photograph of her, and then I read what she wrote:

“The foundation of love, is understanding. From here other components grow outwards like tree branches; trust, loyalty, honesty, non-judgement, kindness, compassion, joy and friendship. All these things create a love that continues to expand. The more you water and nurture your love, the more it will grow and the healthier and happier it will be. This relates to self love and understanding ones-self. This relates to the love you have for your friends and family; understanding others. This relates to a romantic love – your intimate relationships; understanding that someone elses pain is your pain too, similarly their happiness is also your own. And it also refers to the collective love we share; the interconnectedness and unconditional compassion and empathy we share as human beings; understanding we are never alone and our main purpose here on earth is simply to construct and design vast webs of kindness, warmth and gentleness with as many other people as we can. Our one and only mission here is to love and to be loved. To submit to the beating beneath our breasts and sacrifice our own ego for the well-being of others.
That’s all this life is. That is why we were given permission to breathe; so we could come face to face with other beings, harmonise our breaths with theirs, press our hearts against one another and truly understand that we are all one. We are all tiny stars, glowing in solitude. Yet when we come together, we become a galaxy full of light and love.”

Did you read that?  I believe that she wrote this herself, and English is not even her first language.  You might doubt that this is her in the photograph, or that this is her writing, but she has more photographs of herself, and more things that she wrote, which I will show later.

It is amazing when I find someone like this, a girl that is so beautiful, so intelligent, so thoughtful.  But it is also very saddening to me when I see this.  Living in this prison work camp town, things like this don’t exist here, it’s just ugliness and meanness.

Update 3/8/18:

Obviously this girl is beautiful, very thin, and in shape.  I saw more photographs of her, doing yoga exercises.  From what she wrote, and her yoga exercising, I could see that she was expressing a type of Hindu philosophy, where she wrote:

“And it also refers to the collective love we share; the interconnectedness and unconditional compassion and empathy we share as human beings; understanding we are never alone and our main purpose here on earth is simply to construct and design vast webs of kindness, warmth and gentleness with as many other people as we can.”

I thought, what a sincerely nice person.  How can she afford to be so nice?  Most people are worn out, and they don’t have the time, energy, or desire to be nice to others.  Also, it is kind of hard for very attractive women to be nice to everyone, because everyone wants to be their friend, talk to them, correspond with them, spend time with them, do things with them, or date them.

It turns out that she may not have written these beautiful things, or believe these things.  She was just trolling for attention, and posing as someone with a trendy philosophy.

Prank Phone Call To Fake Microsoft Support Center In India

Several weeks ago, I wrote two blog posts about a Microsoft Warning Alert computer scam, where a pop-up screen would appear on your computer, saying that your computer had been infected with a virus, and that you needed to call the 1-800 telephone number to reach Microsoft Support.  This was a scam, because the number you were directed to call was not Microsoft Support.

A man named Russel, repeatedly telephoned the fake Microsoft Support call center in India, posing as an Arab named Abdo, whose computer had been infected with a virus from watching pornography with goats.  Russel, a.k.a. “Abdo”, wasted so much of their time, that the Indian customer support operators became exhausted and began yelling that they weren’t Microsoft Support.

There is some bad language in this video from the customer support operators in India who lost their cool:

Warning, Some Bad Language:

Here is one more prank phone call to a call center in India, with very little bad language:

How The World Will Soon Change In Receiving Information, News, Entertainment, And Education

From using Google, Facebook, WordPress, and YouTube, I can see very clearly that the World will soon change in how people receive Information, News, Entertainment, and Education.  It’s not that I want things to be this way, it’s just that this is inevitable now.

When I was a kid, people watched the evening news on ABC, CBS, and NBC, these were the only television networks available in most towns.  Most people received a local daily newspaper at their homes, which they read in the morning, at lunch, or in the evening.

Now, anyone can access the internet at any moment of the day or night, and read news stories from thousands of local, national, and international professional news organizations, and also from hundreds of thousands of ordinary citizens who write posts and upload videos using Facebook, WordPress, and YouTube.

It is at the point now, where for any particular event, anywhere in the World, an ordinary citizen with a cell phone can immediately capture the event on video, write a post, and upload this video on Facebook, WordPress, or YouTube.

Ordinary citizens can now report on any event more quickly, more thoroughly, and without any censorship, compared to professional news organizations.  Because of Google, an ordinary citizen’s post on Facebook, WordPress, or YouTube has just as much chance of being viewed, as a professional news organization’s article.

Because billions of people look at Facebook, WordPress, and YouTube every day to view content posted by billions of individual users, companies now buy advertising on each of these services, just like they used to do for television and newspaper advertisements.

Do you now see and realize, that most people on Earth, now receive their information and entertainment each day, from the posts of billions of individual people to Facebook, WordPress, and YouTube?

I will not even be able to fully explain what the ease of access to information on the internet will create and change as far as education.

Right now, if you wanted to know how to change the drive belts on a Ferrari, Mercedes, or Dodge, for any year and model, you would probably find at least one YouTube video on how to do this, posted by someone who was actually doing this drive belt replacement, on whatever vehicle you selected.

If you wanted to receive tutoring on Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, or Calculus, you would probably find more than several YouTube videos showing instruction.  The same for Physics, Chemistry, Latin, French, or German.

People are beginning to question, is it really worth going to a traditional college campus and living on a college campus for four years at a cost of $40,000 to $100,000, when there is no guarantee of employment afterwords?  Or, if I want to be a nurse, why am I required to take, pass, and pay for, classes in Physical Education, a foreign language, and Art?

Think about this, how much time do young people have to spend in bathing, getting dressed, driving to campus, walking to class, waiting for class, walking back to their car after classes, and driving back home?  How much money do they have to spend on good clothes, a running vehicle, vehicle repairs, fuel, vehicle insurance, and eating out in order to attend college on a campus?

I don’t like the idea too much of eliminating traditional college campuses, but it looks like for young people who do not have a lot of money, the best thing for them, would be to work a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. job, come home, watch a couple of instructional videos for two hours each night, videos that they can pause, and take a test once per week.

What if someone is married or has a child, they might be interrupted to have to go to the grocery store, cook dinner, load the laundry machine, put the kids to bed, and being able to watch instructional videos when they have the time in the evening, being able to pause the videos, might be the best way or the only way for them to complete a course of study.

What I foresee, is that large professional news organizations, and prestigious colleges and universities, may lose their revenue and become almost obsolete.  This will be a huge change for society, because for several hundred years, newspapers, colleges, and universities have controlled who succeeds and who fails in the World.

Look at it this way, now the poorest person on Earth, whether in Africa or Alaska, can go to a library and get on a computer, and learn just about everything there is to know about Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Medicine, Accounting, Law, Astronomy, Foreign Languages, you name it.  They can learn as much as they want, for as long as they want.  There is no one to tell them that they do not have enough money, the proper experience, the proper credentials, a good enough academic record, too much of a criminal record, or that there is any other reason why they can’t learn about any subject.

I Want To Show An Example Of A High Crime Area

In yesterday’s blog post, I was complaining about someone almost stealing my winter jacket that I had lain on top of a table at a truck stop.  About two weeks ago, I was complaining about a drunk driver losing control of their vehicle on a 25 mph street, and crashing through a chain link fence on the side of the road where I normally park my vehicle.  Before that, I was complaining about thefts and attempted thefts in Dickinson, North Dakota.

I am going to show one YouTube video that I saw last night, that shows how bad crime can get, when people, neighbors, the police, and the courts don’t do anything to crack down on crime.  This video was taken in Tacoma, Washington, it shows an average house, in an average neighborhood, where throughout the day, people who pass by, continually try to steal packages from this house.  Can you imagine this happening in Dickinson?

After you have watched the above video, do you see that blacks, whites, pedestrians, and motorists, all try to steal a package from this house, basically everyone.  If the people in Dickinson don’t crack down on crime, meaning neighbors keeping an eye on each others’ property, police making a serious effort to catch thieves, and prosecutors and courts punishing criminals appropriately, Dickinson will become just like this.

A Mexican Almost Stole My Winter Jacket

I sometimes have to work outside of Dickinson, North Dakota.  When I am working out of town, when I get off of work in the evening, I often go to a truck stop/convenience store/restaurant to get something to eat and use my laptop computer to get on the internet.

I bought a spare used laptop computer to take with me when I work out of town, so that it won’t be too much of a loss if it gets broken or stolen, but it is a good computer, worth about $200.  It would be upsetting if it got stolen, and I don’t want this to happen.

When I go to the truck stop that I usually go to, I wave hello to the cashiers who are working, and I go put my laptop computer down on a table in the dining area, take my winter jacket off, and lay it over top of my computer so that no one can see it.  I then go and pick out a drink, sandwich, or salad, and take them to the cashier to pay for them.  My jacket and my computer are not out of my sight for more than thirty seconds at a time, while I am doing this routine.

When I am eating and using my computer, I am vaguely aware of truck drivers, oil field workers, construction workers, farmers, travelers, and local people who are coming and going, paying for fuel, buying things, or sitting down at one of the ten tables in the dining area.

Usually by 8 p.m. or 9 p.m., the truck stop/convenience store/restaurant has slowed down, there are not very many customers, and I feel that it is safe enough for me to close my laptop computer, lay my jacket on top of my computer so that it can’t be seen, and go use the bathroom.  My jacket is just a common, black color, Carhart hooded jacket like most people in North Dakota wear.  Though these Carhart jackets cost $100 to $150, I thought that most North Dakotans would not stoop to stealing someone else’s jacket.

On this past Saturday night at about 9 p.m. I was eating and using my computer, there were two cashiers and one restaurant worker on duty, and only one or two customers in the truck stop.  I felt that it was perfectly safe for me to leave my jacket on top of my closed laptop computer, and walk away for two minutes to go use the bathroom.  When I got out of the bathroom, I walked over to the restaurant counter to see what they had, and I picked up a Philly cheese steak sandwich.

By this time, it seemed like there were several more customers in the truck stop, because I could hear more people walking around the aisles, though I wasn’t paying close attention.  As I was walking over to the cashier to pay for my sandwich, I happened to look back over my shoulder toward where I had been sitting and eating, and I saw a Mexican who was wearing a white T-shirt, walk around the corner, and come to a stop when he saw my winter jacket laying on the table.  There were nine empty tables in the dining area, with nothing else around, and one table with my bottled drink, napkins, fork, and jacket sitting on top of it.

I stood turned slightly sideways as I put my sandwich down on the counter, and I said to the cashier who was the manager on duty, this Mexican guy behind me seems to be taking an interest in my jacket.  Just as I said this, this Mexican leaned past the wall of the dining area, and looked at my jacket again.  The cashier said, oh yeah, I see him.   It was pretty hard not to notice, nothing but empty tables in the dining area, and this Mexican guy wearing a white T-shirt, is so focused and concerned about my jacket laying on top of the table.

I went back to my table and sat down.  I was now curious to see what this Mexican guy did in the store.  Was he going to buy anything to eat, which might have been a possible reason why he came into the empty dining area in the first place.  He must have spent at least eight minutes in the store, walking up and down every aisle several times.  He bought his son an ice cream from where a Mexican lady was working, and I don’t know if she charged him for it or not, he might not have had any money, because he didn’t buy anything else.

This Mexican guy walked out of the store and he got into about a ten to fifteen year old Dodge sedan, and backed out, almost hitting someone in a Jeep Cherokee who was already travelling in the drive lane, causing them to have to stop suddenly.  I asked the cashier/manager if this guy had been in the store before.   The cashier/manager said that yes he had, although he kind of looks like a bad person, he probably isn’t that bad a person.  This Mexican guy did look and act like someone from a ghetto/hood crime neighborhood in Los Angeles or Phoenix.

Some readers might object to what I am writing, so I will explain.  Truck drivers walk into the store at whatever pace or gait they have based on their age or health, pay for fuel, and go use the bathroom.  Travelers usually walk in the store quickly and head straight towards the bathroom.  Farmers usually aren’t in a hurry and have a casual pace.  Local people are like shoppers in a grocery store, they go and pick out the things that they want, like drinks, snacks, or food, and take them up to the cash register.

This Mexican guy, who had been in this store before, came in to the store and acted completely different and out of the ordinary.  He walked quickly over to something like this is what he was there to get, paused, then quickly walked over to something else like this is what he was there to get, paused, then quickly walked over to another area, paused, and he did this throughout the store for at least eight minutes.  You might say well, he was looking for something, or he didn’t like the prices.  At one point, he was at the drink dispensing machine, where they have the cups, lids, straws, napkins, and people fill their drink cups, he was acting like he was going to get a drink, but he didn’t.  It was like he was pretending to shop, but he was actually up to something else.

If you have ever set something down for just a minute and walked away, like a phone, set of keys, wallet, purse, jacket, ice chest, gas can, propane tank, bicycle, or left your car running, and come back to find it gone, I think that this is how this happens, and who does this.

In North Dakota, at a restaurant, bar, store, library, truck stop, laundromat, or any public place, do not set anything down and turn your back on it or walk away.  Not everyone is the same in North Dakota, and you might be unpleasantly surprised at how “diverse”, North Dakota has become.

Some Support And Understanding For Stephanie Peterson Ferri

Last week, a very beautiful 26 year old science teacher maned Stephanie Peterson Ferri in New Smyrna Beach, Florida was arrested for having sex with a 14 year old male student.  I don’t want to vilify or ridicule this young teacher like some news services and viewers seem to be doing.  I would like to try to explain and understand why she might have done this.

Stephanie became married to a firefighter in 2015.  From what I read, it appears that he was on duty at a fire station in DeLand, Florida, 30 miles to the west of New Smyrna Beach, when his wife was having sex with this student at her home, usually between the hours of 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.  Two weeks prior to her arrest, she had filed for divorce from her husband.

As young and attractive as Stephanie is, on any night of the week she could have driven to Daytona Beach, twenty miles to the north of New Smyrna Beach, and met a man at a gym, bar, nightclub, shopping center, the beach, or at an event.  However, here are some reasons why I think that she didn’t do this:

  • It is risky and uncomfortable meeting a stranger for the purpose of having sex.  She would not have known if a strange man would have been physically abusive with her, psychologically abusive with her, whether he had any type of disease such as hepatitis, lyme disease, tuberculosis, herpes, HIV, syphilis, etcetera.
  • She might have only wanted a brief sexual relationship, and feared that some men would have wanted more, to telephone her, to try to show up at her home, to try to show up at the school where she worked, to try to force her to have more contact and involvement with them.
  • She might have believed that any kind of relationship that she had with a man, would have resulted in criticisms, questions, advice, counsel, and demands that she did not want.  Men do tend to be domineering.
  • The sex that she had been having with men was unpleasant to her.  Maybe they always wanted her to do something that she didn’t want to do.  Maybe they never did what she waned them to do.  Maybe the men that she was with were done too quickly, lacked enthusiasm, and had no interest in pleasing her, only in satisfying themselves.

There may be others reasons that I did not include in my list above, why Stephanie did not seek out men who were her own age.  Below are a list of possible reasons why Stephanie had sex with one of her male students who was only 14:

  • Having had him in her class, she might have become comfortable with him and at ease with him.  She might have had no fear that he was physically abusive, psychologically abusive, cruel, insensitive, mocking, or mentally and physically unhealthy in any way.
  • She probably did begin to fantasize about him, in the way that she wanted things to be with him.  To have a romantic relationship with someone who would not be judgmental, critical, questioning, demanding, or manipulative.
  • She might have felt safe, that she could be in charge, she could set the rules, she could tell him how things were going to be, she could decide everything that happened.
  • She might have believed that his enthusiasm, eagerness, and desire to have sex would be greater than with men her own age.  She might have believed that she could teach him how to do things the way she wanted, and that he would be more likely to do what she wanted.

All of the reasons that I just gave up above of why she did not want to have sex with men her own age, and she did want to have sex with one of her 14 year old male students, are logical and normal, in my opinion.  It is too bad that in this time, in this country right now, that this is illegal.

In the United States, in any area of the country prior to 1970, there are a number of different things that could have happened in this situation:

  • If this would have happened at a private boarding school for boys, and the teacher would have been as attractive as Stephanie, the father of the boy would have either been pleased or seen very little harm in it.  The father might have even encouraged this relationship to continue, thinking that this was a very good and fortunate experience for his son to have with a knowledgeable and experienced older woman.  His wife may have had no say in the matter, and been persuaded by her husband’s logic.
  • If this would have happened at a very poor school, such as in Appalachia, the parents might not have seen either good or harm in it, only as something that happens in life.  They might have insisted that their son marry her.
  • If this would have happened at a frontier town in the west, it would have been the same as in Appalachia, the parents might not have seen either good or harm in it, only as something that happens in life.
  • In many average towns across the U.S., if the parents found out about something like this, and the fathers saw how good looking this teacher was, all they would be concerned about was trying to convince this teacher to give them a chance too.
  • The only time anywhere in the U.S. that I think that parents would have been outraged, would be when the father or mother thought that their son was being sidetracked from much better things, such as an academic scholarship, athletic scholarship, a relationship with a much more suitable girl, or being “trapped” by a pregnancy.

I don’t think that this 14 year old boy was harmed from this sexual relationship.  I think that a skateboarding accident or a bicycle accident would probably be more traumatic at this age, meaning, not very traumatic.  There is the chance that the media, police, prosecuting attorney’s office, and psychiatrists could make this a traumatizing, confusing, embarrassing, and regrettable situation for him that will take a long time to get over.

The only thing wrong with what Stephanie did, was put both herself and this young man in the situation where if anyone ever found out, it was going to turn into something very destructive because of other people’s interference.

I wholeheartedly believe, that most men, no matter who they are or whatever their age may be, looking at the photograph of Stephanie wearing her bikini, they would love for the chance to be with her.

One of the reasons why stories like this gain so much attention, everyone has to talk about it, and the woman is vilified, is because people are jealous.  Women are jealous and hateful because the young teacher is so good looking.  Men are jealous because they want to be with a woman like this.  I will admit that I am somewhat confused, and jealous.

Dickinson, North Dakota has a teacher shortage right now.  If the people in Florida want to punish Stephanie, and send her away somewhere, Dickinson would be the perfect place to send her.

What Is Wrong With Companies In Dickinson, North Dakota

In 2017, I wrote five or six blog posts explaining how bad it was working for companies in Dickinson, North Dakota, even the companies, or especially the companies that the Dickinson Press Newspaper could not lavish enough praise on.

Working for two of these highly esteemed companies in Dickinson in 2017, I quit because I was not paid the wages that I was owed, and I had to threaten both of these companies with filing a complaint with the Department of Labor, and taking them to Small Claims Court to get the money that I was owed.  One of the “best” companies in Dickinson, already had four complaints against them with the Department of Labor.

I have written about five times now that, “The companies in Dickinson would rather hire someone who did four years in prison, rather than four years in college”, and that, “The companies in Dickinson hate engineers, disrespect, and mistreat engineers in every way possible because they hate educated people”.

Even though I have a degree in engineering, and I have worked as an engineer, estimator, foreman, inspector, superintendent, project manager, manager, and business owner, with absolutely no criminal record, these are the two supervisors that I worked under who each had Four Felony Convictions, at two different companies in Dickinson:

If you are a person with a college education, and you move to Dickinson, North Dakota, this is who you will be working for, and you will not be treated very well.

Solution To New Teacher Hiring In Dickinson, North Dakota

If you have been reading the Dickinson Press Newspaper for the past month, you would have seen several news stories about a large number of teachers, administrators, principals, and even the school superintendent resigning.  There were at least one or two news stories about the school board members responsible for hiring new teachers, making the announcement that they are going to have to suspend the normal teacher hiring practices and review processes, in order to hire enough teachers for this coming school year.

I have talked to an older friend of mine, whose parents and grandparents were teachers in Dickinson, who is now too old to work in the oil field anymore, if he would like to become a teacher, now might be his chance.  He said no, he didn’t think that he could put up with the disrespect from students that teachers have to endure now, he would probably slap a kid.

Today, to my surprise, I was reading a nation-wide news story, about a beautiful young teacher in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, named Stephanie Peterson Ferri, being arrested for having sex with her 14 year old male student.  Whenever I read the comments that readers leave to these internet news stories, I always see comments that somewhat reflect what I think, “Where were these hot women teachers who had sex with their students when I was in school?”

Growing up, my parents were not too strict, not too conservative, and mostly aware of reality.  If when I was 14 years old, a beautiful young woman teacher was having sex with me, my parents would have wondered what was wrong with her, because I was mostly annoying and irritating.  They would have felt sorry for her.  However, they would have looked at this, as her helping me.  As far as my feelings at the time, this would have been the best thing that ever happened to me in my life.

Rather than going to the police, my parents would have hoped that this would go on for as long as possible, so that I would shut up and grow up.  They probably would have been willing to pay her, a lot.

When I was reading this news story about this 26 year old teacher Stephanie Peterson Ferri, different news services were showing similar stories related to this one, such as the case of 24 year old Debra Jean Beasley who was a teacher in Tampa who had sex with her 14 year old student.

I did some more reading, and here is a list of thirty-seven attractive young women teachers who were arrested for having sex with their male students:

Sarah Fowlkes, Sarah Jones, Alexandria Vera, Hunter Day, Alaina Ferguson, Carrie McCandless, Brianne Altice, Haeli Noelle Wey, Mary Haglin, Virginia Houston Hinckley, Kathryn Ronk, Melody Lippert, Michelle Ghirelli, Tiffany Michelle Geliga, Danielle Watkins, Stacy Schuler, Brittni Colleps, Megan Crafton, Carole Ann Hope, Ashley Anderson, Gabriela Compton, Gail Gagne, Nadia Christine Diaz, Lauren Redfern, Kristin Leone, Kathyrin Murray,  Kacy Wilson, Sheral Smith, Loni Marie Folks, Tara Driscoll, Amy Victoria Beck, Lisa Glide, Amber Jennings, Sandra “Beth” Geisel, Pamela Rogers Turner, Erin McAuliffe, and Laura Ramos.

In the above list of thirty-seven women teachers, I did not include approximately five women who were not very good looking.  It is kind of surprising and noteworthy, that the vast majority of these women teachers were attractive or very good looking.

The ages of the male students involved with these women teachers ranged from 13 years to 18 years.  It seemed that the majority of the students were either 14 years or 17 years of age.  In about half of these cases, it appeared that these women teachers were sentenced to a small amount of days in jail and long probation.  In only about 25% of these cases were these women teachers sentenced to more than one year in prison.

These women teachers have experience, and Dickinson needs many new experienced teachers right now.  Dickinson also needs more attractive women.  There are many apartment vacancies in Dickinson now, especially apartments in the building where I live.  Let’s all give them another chance.

Luke Simons’ And Others’ Proposals To Arm Teachers

I didn’t expect North Dakota Representative Luke Simons’ proposal to arm teachers to get so much news coverage in the newspapers and on television, because he is not the first person or the only person saying this.

Today I watched a television news interview with Luke Simons, and unlike everybody else, Luke is coming out and saying, “In North Dakota, just because this has never happened here, does not mean that it won’t happen here.  In fact, it is probably only a matter of time before this inevitably will happen in North Dakota too.”

If you really want to keep people safe in North Dakota, you have to plan for the worst, take steps, and do everything you can to plan for possible emergencies.

What most people do not know, or have forgotten, is where the idea to “arm teachers” first came about.  For a long time, most states had a legal procedure where an ordinary citizen could request an application for a concealed weapons permit.  The applicant would have to answer questions and provide all of their personal identifying information so that a background check could be completed, usually an FBI nationwide criminal background check, that involved taking fingerprints from all ten fingers.

In addition to a nationwide criminal background check being performed by the FBI, there was usually also a requirement for the concealed weapons permit applicant to receive training from a certified firearms training instructor.  This training would include instruction on guns laws of the state, what you can and can not do, and often included passing a shooting test at a shooting range.

Way before there were school shootings in the United States, there were many ordinary citizens that had concealed weapon permits.  Ordinary people obtained concealed weapon permits in the past, not just because they wanted to protect themselves or others, but because they wanted to legally posses, carry, and transport firearms without the risk of being charged with the crime of “carrying a concealed weapon”.

In other words, many of the concealed weapon permit holders in the past, were military veterans, hunters, recreational shooters, firearms instructors, farmers, or people who grew up with guns, who were not fearful of anything happening to them, or expecting that they would likely have to defend themselves or others, they just wanted to legally posses, carry, and transport their firearms.

In some states, it is legal to openly carry a firearm on your person.  However, in these open carry states, now and in the past, business owners and passersby would sometimes become uncomfortable seeing someone wearing a firearm, and they would telephone the police.  This problem, and other problems arise when someone openly carries a firearm, so most people prefer to carry their firearm concealed.

It was probably in the 1980s, when school districts in different states began to enact specific rules about firearms on school property which affected not only students, but teachers as well.  Ever since school districts and states began to enact rules barring teachers from possessing firearms on school property, even teachers who were licensed concealed weapon permit holders, that some teachers disagreed with these policies, even before there were school shootings.

After the Columbine High School shooting in Colorado in 1999, I don’t think that teachers and school administrators were talking about arming teachers, but some were discussing the merits of allowing teachers who were already concealed weapon permit holders, to posses their firearm while on school property.

After the Virginia Tech shooting in 2007, I don’t think that teachers and school administrators were talking about arming teachers, but some were discussing even more seriously the merits of allowing teachers who were already concealed weapon permit holders, to posses their firearm while on school property, and the deterrent effect that this might have.

I am discussing all of this, because I don’t think that there is a need to “Arm Teachers”.  Just the connotation of this phrase, is very likely going to cause the failure of any proposed legislation to have more individuals who are armed on school property.  If the phrase “Arm Teachers” is continued to be used, I adamantly believe that it is the liberal teachers and the Teachers Union who will cause the failure of any proposed legislation.

Yes, I believe that teachers and administrators who are concealed weapon permit holders should be allowed to posses their firearm on school property, but I think that this idea is going to have to be phrased as “Allowing Teachers To Be Armed”, so that it is perfectly clear to all teachers, that no one is going to make them carry a gun if they don’t want to.

In addition to having more individuals who are armed on school property, by allowing teachers and administrators who are concealed weapon permit holders to posses their firearm on school property, I believe that teachers and admins who volunteer and pass additional firearms training and become qualified, should be designated as “School Resource Officers” and receive additional pay, just to be qualified to respond in the event of an emergency.

I think that many, many teachers would respond favorably to the opportunity to receive additional training with firearms and become qualified, to be designated as a “School Resource Officer”, to be able to receive additional pay, and be able to respond in an emergency to protect themselves, their students, and other teachers.

Toyota Service Department Has The Best Looking Women

I believe very strongly in taking Fords to the Ford dealer, Dodges to the Dodge dealer, and Toyotas to the Toyota dealer for service or repairs.  The Ford mechanics have worked on hundreds of F150s, and the Dodge mechanics have worked on hundreds of Ram 1500s, they work on them every single day.  Whatever you have wrong with an F150 or Ram 1500, the Ford and Dodge mechanics have already performed that repair on these trucks dozens of times.

I have sat in the waiting area of Ford and Dodge dealer service departments all over the United States, waiting on my F150 or Ram 1500, but once you have to take a vehicle to a Toyota or Honda dealer service department, this is an entirely different experience.

In my entire life, I think that one time in Tampa, I was waiting in a Ford dealer service department and there was an attractive woman waiting for her vehicle.  I have only owned Toyotas since 2014, and every time that I go to the Toyota dealer service department, there are attractive women waiting for their vehicles.

In Dickinson, North Dakota, there is a shortage of women, and a scarcity of attractive women, but not in the Toyota Honda dealer service department.  In the Toyota Honda dealer service department in Dickinson, they have two very nice looking young ladies who work there, who act normal, which is way out of the ordinary for Dickinson, but this blog post isn’t even about them.

Partly because the Dan Porter Toyota Honda dealer in Dickinson has white tile floors, nice furniture, glass walls like an atrium, a men’s and a women’s bathroom, a variety of magazines to read, and calm, quiet, well-mannered employees, women don’t mind sitting and waiting for their vehicles.

Nice looking older women sit with good posture, reading the book that they brought with them.  Cute college student girls, can’t sit still in their chairs for long, and play with their phones.  I try to be on my best behavior, so that I don’t get kicked out, but it is difficult.

This time and the last time, a very good looking young lady wearing tight yoga pants came and sat next to me while I was waiting for my Toyota to get an oil change.  I wanted to look at her so bad, but I knew that she would catch me, and get mad.  I kept telling myself over and over again, “Do Not Look, Do Not Look, Do Not Look…..”, but eventually I would look.

I was telling myself, “You are going to get kicked out, and they are going to roll your Toyota out with all of the oil drained out of it and the oil filter off, and tell you to leave.”  I felt that I needed to get up and move to the other seating area before I got kicked out, but I couldn’t, because there was another one just like the one sitting next to me, that went and sat down in the other seating area wearing tight riding pants.  If I went to the sales area, a salesperson would get me.

Even though I wasn’t supposed to be looking, the one seated next to me was not only good looking, she had very large breasts.  She didn’t get mad at me, she fell asleep.

Thank God I didn’t get kicked out of the Toyota Honda dealer in Dickinson, or I would be driving 100 miles to Bismarck.

How I Feel About President Barack Obama

I left my home in Idaho in the Spring of 2011, to come to North Dakota to work in the oil field.  Because there was a shortage of housing during the oil boom, and housing in western North Dakota became more expensive than anywhere else in the United States, I slept in a 1970s camper on the back of my truck at WalMart, at Tiger Truck Stop, and behind the businesses where I worked.

By November-December of 2011, I had hurt my back so bad at work, that I could not walk.  I went back home to Idaho for a few months, and in the Spring of 2012, I went to work in the oil field in Texas.  In the Spring of 2013, I came back to North Dakota.

In the past seven years, I have spent less than a total of six months at my home in Idaho.  I have missed my friends, my girlfriends, friendly attractive healthy women, nice restaurants, working on my cars and motorcycles, working on my house, mowing my lawn, cooking out on my porch, and having pets.

In western North Dakota, there has been a shortage of women, a scarcity of attractive women, mean unfriendly women, no nice restaurants, very difficult housing arrangements, no where to go, very little to do, and unhelpful uncooperative people.

I stayed in North Dakota because I could make more money than in Idaho, and I didn’t know where else to go, or what else to do.  I wanted to make enough money to pay off all of my bills, and then go back home, but I never made enough money to go home.

In 2016, that was the most money that I ever made.  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, I worked 12 hours each day for one company in Watford City.  Thursday, Friday, Saturday I worked for a second company in Dickinson.  I also did some self-employment work outside of my first and second job.  That year, I believe that I made more money than a police officer, real estate agent, high school teacher, or college professor in Dickinson.

On both of my employer Form W-4 income tax withholding forms, I checked just one withholding allowance for myself, so that the correct amount of income tax would be withheld from my paychecks, so that I would not owe additional money in taxes at the end of the year.  (The more withholding allowances that you claim, the less taxes that are withheld from your paycheck, and you run the risk of owing additional money in taxes at the end of the year.)

For Year 2016, even though I paid a shit-ton of income taxes all year long from what was taken out of my pay checks by my two employers, I still owed an additional $2,000 in income taxes.  How could this be?

For one thing, I could blame $800 of this on President Barrack Obama’s tax penalty for me not having health insurance, the Obamacare penalty.  In 2016, I did not have health insurance, like always.  I paid for one emergency room visit, and three visits to the dentist.  But it is not enough that I pay for my own medical care, I have to pay for other people’s medical care too, in Barack Obama’s opinion.

Barack Obama, a black man from Kenya, who received free scholarships and free living expense money to attend colleges in the United States, and who later became the front man for community organizations in Chicago, and received more free money, of course he is going to figure on working people paying for non-working people’s health care, and create ridiculous welfare legislation that benefits his supporters and constituents.

Regarding my income taxes, if I had worked a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. job, Monday through Friday, I would have thought, this sucks that I have to pay so much in income taxes.  However, because I had to drive to Watford City to work 48 hours in four days, then drive back to Dickinson to work more hours, and I don’t ever even get to go home and have a normal life, this really, really sucks.

When I see Barack Obama, speaking in his self-assured, cavalier style, I hate him, I can’t even legally say or write what I think about Barack Obama.  Barack Obama’s presidency, his supporters, and his agenda, reminds me of a tenant who moves into an apartment, who doesn’t pay rent, and does damage to the apartment, yet you can’t get him out of the apartment, and it takes months and months to get him legally evicted.  After the fact, you realize that he never intended to pay rent, and that he has no remorse, guilt, shame, or accountability.  I hope that we never do this again.

What Happens When A Vehicle Is “Totaled”

About ten days ago, on the residential 25 mph street where I live, a vehicle drove up over the curb, across a ten foot grass strip, and it took out about 150 feet of chain link fence.  I was upset about this, because this is where I normally park my vehicle, and if it had been parked there, it would have been “totaled”.

I thought that I knew what would have happened with the driver’s insurance company, if he had insurance, but once I started thinking about it some more, I realized that it would have turned out much worse than I thought.

To explain this, I will give an approximate example of what would have happened in my situation.  Let’s say that one year ago I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee with Quadra Trac from a private owner in Bismarck, for $5,000 cash.  I purposely bought the vehicle because it had Quadra Trac, which is full time 4 wheel drive, it is always in 4 wheel drive.  This is one of the best things to have in North Dakota during the winter when the roads are always wet, icy, and snowy.

I knew at the time that $5,000 was cheap for this particular vehicle, because similar Jeep Grand Cherokees in excellent condition with this many miles sold for $6,000 to $8,000.  I really liked the one that I bought because it was so nice, and everything worked on it.  It had already been to the dealer for service and inspection, and they found nothing wrong with it.  I had driven it for a year, and I loved it, there was nothing wrong with it.

Now, if my Jeep Grand Cherokee would have been parked on the street where it is normally parked, it would have been totaled by the person who crashed into the fence.  The rear hatch back tail gate would have been pushed in, the vehicle frame on both sides of the hatch back would have been bent, and the rear end underneath the vehicle would have been bent and crumpled.

There is no easy way to straighten all of these bends out of the vehicle frame after this type of collision, and it is nearly impossible to get everything completely corrected.  A repair estimate might be $6,000 to $8,000 or more.

The insurance company would likely try to say that my Jeep Grand Cherokee was worth $3,000 at the time of the accident, that they would like to call the vehicle a total loss, give me a check for $3,000 and make me sign over the title to the vehicle so that they could sell it for salvage.

I would argue that I paid $5,000 for my vehicle one year ago, there was nothing wrong with it, everything worked, and that I had put four new tires on it six months ago.  I would try to send the insurance company advertisements for comparable vehicles for sale in North Dakota that were listed for $6,000 to $8,000.  How am I supposed to buy a vehicle comparable to the one I had, for $3,000?

My pleading probably would not have gotten me anywhere with the insurance company, especially because I would have explained that I wanted to keep the vehicle.  Yes, I would have wanted to keep the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought, because it had Quadra Trac, and I knew that everything worked on this vehicle, and it was already paid for.  I would have continued to drive it with a collapsed rear end.

The insurance company would have said O.K., if you want to keep this vehicle, we will give you $3,000 for the value of the vehicle, minus the $1,000 we could have gotten for it at salvage, and we will give you a check for $2,000.

I would have felt that somebody ruined my beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in excellent condition with everything working on it, and all I got was $2,000.  Does that sound like a good outcome, or a fair deal to you?  The way it works, it is almost like somebody else can destroy your parked vehicle, and you are the one who gets punished for it.

Nice Skank Girl Gave Me 14 Chicken Nuggets

Recently I had to drive from Dickinson, North Dakota where I have been living and working for the past five years, back to Idaho where I have a home.  On this website, I complain again and again about there being a shortage of women in western North Dakota.  Because there is a shortage of women in western North Dakota, the women that are here do not care very much about their appearance, and they are mean and unfriendly.

When I get to leave Dickinson, I look forward to experiencing a different environment, and being around people that are normal, like people in other parts of the United States.  At one of my first stops in Montana, I met a very nice skank girl.

I like nice skank girls.  I have written about them before on this website.  This is what they are like:

Skank girls grow up being disadvantaged and underprivileged.  They are born into a life where one or both parents have a drug or alcohol addiction, one or both parents are absent from the home, one or both parents are in prison, or one or both parents are killed in an accident.

Unlike other girls, they are not enrolled in girl scouts, dance classes, or piano lessons, because there is no money for that, and there is no one to take them.  In high school they will not be a cheerleader, on the homecoming court, play sports, or be in band.  They grow up seeing the lives of other people, and observing how other people behave and what other people do.

In high school, skank girls sometimes blossom into beautiful young ladies, but since they are from poor or disreputable families, they are not acknowledged or paid attention to.

All of these adverse conditions and circumstances that skank girls grow up under, often makes them very introspective, intelligent, perceptive, emotionally deep and strong, self-reliant, stoic, and non-complaining.  They do not have high expectations in life, they seek simple pleasures and comfort, and they appreciate when anyone does something nice for them.

Continuing with my story, I stopped in a McDonalds in a small town in Montana.  Behind the counter was a young attractive skank girl, about 19 to 23 years of age.  She was 5’-5”, 110 lbs, with medium length black hair, and pale white unblemished skin, except for one tattoo that was showing.

She was wearing what I believe were thin wool black riding pants.  Not spandex, not leggings, riding pants.  I thought, here we go, look at this, this is something different, I have never seen any woman in North Dakota wearing riding pants.

I couldn’t think of anything appropriate to say, to express my interest in her, or that I wanted to be with her.  Though I said nothing to her about this, I didn’t have to, because skank girls are very perceptive.  I ordered a ten piece chicken McNugget meal, and I walked away with my drink cup.

I went and I sat down with my laptop computer at a table not far from the counter.  Rather than yell at me to come get my order, this nice young attractive skank girl carried it out to me, which was very nice of her, because I got to see better what she looked like, which she knew I wanted to.  I now noticed that she was wearing knee high winter boots with her black tight wool riding pants, which was very nice looking on her, because she was so thin.

I opened my ten piece chicken McNugget box, and “Wow, my God!, there has got to be way more than ten  McNuggets in here!  1, 2, 3…..9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.  Fourteen chicken McNuggets!”  No one has ever given me 14 chicken McNuggets before.

See!, see!, the instant that I get out of western North Dakota, it is like a whole new World!  It is like getting out of prison!

Note:  Skank girls are not white trash.  To learn more about a skank girl, you might read the book “The Southerners” by Edna Lee.

Almost Getting Caught By The Montana Highway Patrol Again

In March of 2017, I drove from Dickinson, North Dakota back to my home in Idaho, towing a car trailer.  There was a very bad snow storm on the way there.  The roads were in better condition on the drive back to North Dakota, but there was still ice and snow on the road in some areas.

In order to not have an accident or problems, I drove 60-65 mph on the interstate, where the posted speed limit was 65 mph for tractor trucks, and 75 mph for other vehicles.  The car trailer that I was towing was empty on the drive back to Dickinson, North Dakota, but I still drove at 60-65 mph.

When I was on the return drive through western Montana, there was a dark color vehicle stopped on the right shoulder of the interstate with no lights on, and no one outside of the vehicle.  Two drivers in front of me changed into the left lane, so I changed into the left lane too.  I did not know if this was a broken down vehicle on the shoulder of the interstate, I could not tell what it was.

Within a few minutes, a Montana Highway Patrol car drove up beside me with its flashing lights on.  I pulled over and stopped.  The Montana Highway Patrol Officer told me that I was speeding, and that I had changed lanes without signalling.

I knew that I was not speeding, I was going well under the speed limit, and I suspected that this Highway Patrol Officer wanted to stop me so that he could try to detect some type of crime or criminal activity.  He questioned me three times about what I was doing and where I was going, in order to try to detect or discover inconsistencies in my story, giving him probable cause to search my vehicle.

When I said to him, “Are you trying to profile me as some drug person from Idaho?” He asked me to come back to his vehicle with him.  He questioned me a couple more times about what I was doing and where I was going.  I went into more and more detail each time, and he got tired of listening to me, and he let me go with a citation for “failure to where a seat belt”.

A few days later, I wrote a blog post titled “Almost Getting Caught By The Montana Highway Patrol With 20 Pounds Of Methamphetamine”.  I was angry that I was stopped and questioned, even though I was not doing anything wrong, and I was actually driving under the speed limit.

Several days ago, in February of 2018, I had to drive from Dickinson, North Dakota back to Idaho for an appointment with a dermatologist.  Again there was a bad snow storm, which left snow and ice on the interstate for several days.  Today, I was driving back to Dickinson on the interstate in western Montana, going 60-65 mph in an area where the speed limit for tractor trucks is 65 mph, and other vehicles 80 mph, when a Montana Highway Patrol Car pulled up behind me and was pacing me.

In order to catch up to me on the interstate, the Montana Highway Patrol Officer had to be travelling at 70-75 mph.  But once he caught up to me, he wanted to stay behind me, even though I was driving 60-65 mph.  This Highway Patrol Officer did not have any interest in several vehicles that passed me in the left lane going quite a bit faster than me, while he was behind me.

The Montana Highway Patrol Officer was probably hoping to find some reason to stop me, such as “failure to maintain lane”, “failing to use turn signal to change lanes”, something, anything.  I didn’t like this Montana Highway Patrol Officer staying behind me in the hope that he could stop me for something, when I wasn’t doing anything wrong.

In the next town, Livingston, Montana, I stopped and I telephoned the Montana Highway Patrol Headquarters in Helena, and I spoke to a Sergeant in administration.  I told him that in March of 2017 I had been stopped by the Montana Highway Patrol in this same area when I was driving slightly under the speed limit, and here again today when I was driving slightly under the speed limit, I had a Montana Highway Patrol Officer pull up behind me, ignore other vehicles, and pace me hoping to find a reason to stop me, when I was not doing anything wrong.

I said that I felt that they were profiling me because I was driving an older vehicle, and that the Highway Patrol must think that it would be safe for them to question me because I probably wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.

The Sergeant in administration at the Montana Highway Patrol Headquarters understood that I did not like being stopped and questioned by the Highway Patrol when I was not doing anything wrong or illegal, and that I did not like being followed, checked out, seeking to find some reason to stop me, when I was not doing anything wrong or illegal.

The Highway Patrol in Montana does not want to come out and admit it, but if you fit the description of what they believe a drug person is, this is what will happen to you in western Montana.
