The Deadly Crosswalks Of Dickinson, North Dakota

Stopping at the crosswalks on Villard Street in Dickinson for pedestrians is like watching pheasants, ducks, or house pets get run over.  The pedestrians in the crosswalk have this mistaken belief that all of the vehicles are going to come to a stop.  No, they aren’t going to stop!

Whether I am in the right lane, or the left lane on Villard Street, when I slow down and come to a stop when pedestrians are entering the marked white-striped crosswalk, and I watch the pedestrians begin crossing the street in front of me, it never fails that a motorist travelling in the adjacent lane continues driving at 30 mph, oblivious to the fact that I have stopped in the middle of the road at some white-striped pavement markings and street signs the read “Crosswalk”, and that there are pedestrians about to emerge from in front of my vehicle.

It is really scary and nerve wracking, to watch a mom and her little kids make it across the first two lanes of traffic, pass in front of your vehicle, and then when they are just about ready to step into the last last lane and cross, Wrvroom!, some ignorant, inbred, piece of shit going 30 mph nearly kills the whole family.

Most people in Dickinson can’t read, there is no way they can understand signs, or understand pavement markings.  They can’t understand something like, “Pedestrians in the crosswalk have the right-of-way” or “Yield to pedestrians” or “Crosswalk”.

Everyone Faces The Danger Of Informants

It is customary for people to expect confidentiality to be maintained when they discuss personal, private matters with their attorney, accountant, medical doctor, priest, or their own spouse.

Though it is not regulated by law, professional licensing, or industry, people also naively expect confidentiality to be kept by bank tellers, coin dealers, art dealers, gun dealers, safe installers, vault installers, safe-room building contractors, and emergency shelter dealers and installers.

How would you like it, if a bank teller told their friends about a very large cash deposit or withdrawal you had recently made?  Or if a coin dealer told people about the large amount of gold coins that they had sold to you over the years?  Or if a gun dealer told people about each of the firearms that they had sold to you?  Not only might you not like other people knowing your personal business, this information that you didn’t want shared could put you at risk for robbery or burglary.

To take this breach of confidentiality to an even worse level, how would you like it, if you paid a seller and installer of emergency shelters $250,000 to install a large underground shelter on your property, so that you could store all of your emergency survival supplies and all of your firearms, and even before the installation was begun, they informed on you to the Federal Government which led to your arrest, three years in prison, and confiscation of all of your firearms?  This is exactly what happened to Steve Pruitt of Texas in 2013.

Steve Pruitt was the owner of a surveying company in Midland, Texas, an area where there was an oil boom.  Roughly sixty years old, Steve had had a successful career, raised a family, and had pursued hobbies such as drag boat racing, long distance shooting, tactical shooting, and firearm customization.  In west Texas, Steve had leased seven sections of land from a long time friend, in order to spend his free time outdoors shooting and experimenting with firearm modification and customization.

For those of you who don’t know, a “section” of land is one mile wide by one mile long, equal to about 700 acres.  If you leased or owned seven sections of land, if you walked from one property corner diagonally to the opposite property corner without stopping, it would take you about two hours.

Steve wanted to have an underground emergency shelter installed on the land he had leased, in order to safely and securely store his emergency supplies, firearms, and ammunition.  He found what looked to be the most widely known underground shelter company and he contacted them about doing an installation for him.  This company handled both the sale and installation of pre-fabricated underground shelters.

The owner of the underground shelter company wanted to come and meet Steve on his property in west Texas.  When the owner of the shelter company arrived to meet Steve, he took an interest in Steve’s firearms that he was working on, and some of Steve’s other possessions.  By the end of the day, the owner of the underground shelter company had asked to purchase about $25,000 worth of Steve’s possessions that he was interested in, which included some of Steve’s firearms.

What Steve did not know at the time, was that the owner of the underground shelter company had committed at least six felonies for such things as assault and theft of over $20,000 per charge.  He had also been involved in about twenty-five lawsuits.  However, the underground shelter company owner had never served any time in prison, probably because he was an informant.

Immediately after purchasing the firearms from Steve, which he was not allowed to purchase because of his felonies, the underground shelter company owner contacted the FBI to inform on Steve.  Though Steve had five licensed silencers for five of his firearms, he had made a couple more himself for the long range rifles that he practiced with.  One of the firearms that Steve sold to the underground shelter company owner was a semi-automatic rifle that had been modified to fire full auto.

Though Steve had never been arrested for anything in his life, because he unknowingly and unintentionally did business with a long-time felon with many charges for assault and theft, who wasn’t in prison because he was an informant, Steve was informed on and he spent nearly three years in prison, and had to spend $1 million in attorney’s fees to keep from being sentenced to thirty years in prison.

Here is the video which I start at the twenty minute mark, where Steve tells his story to someone who is not a professional interviewer or journalist:

Often times, ordinary people can get the impression that Law Enforcement and the FBI’s use of informants, allows very, very criminal people to go around committing crimes again and again without punishment, and sends mostly law abiding people to prison.  The public would be much better off if the informant was kept in prison where they belong, and the mostly law abiding people were left alone.  Where is the common sense or ethics of Law Enforcement and the FBI?

Perhaps the biggest take-away from all of this, something to think about, if you have ever tried to put your money into gold, silver, art, or firearms to protect your wealth and own something of value, or have a safe, vault, or bunker installed, did the individuals that you were dealing with go and report you to the Federal Government, Law Enforcement, or thieves?

Hope That New Chamber Director Christina Jorgensen Will Be On-Board With Hygiene Program For Dickinson, North Dakota

I hope that the new Chamber Director, Christina Jorgensen, will be on-board with a hygiene program for Dickinson, North Dakota.  Any journey begins with the first few steps, and I hope that Christina will keep this in mind as she begins trying to make Dickinson a place that normal people would want to live.

Just think about how much better and nicer Dickinson would be, if people would take pride in their appearance, clean themselves up, wear clean clothes, and act appropriately.  With some determination, perseverance, vision, and adhering to this hygiene program, I think that Christina can improve the image of Dickinson.

Here are some of the tenets of this hygiene program:

  • Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
  • Shower or bathe daily using soap, water, and shampoo.
  • Brush teeth regularly with toothpaste and a toothbrush.
  • Clean under fingernails with a brush or nail file regularly.
  • Use tissue paper, paper towels, or a handkerchief to blow one’s nose.
  • Use toilet paper.
  • Use deodorant products sold in stores.
  • Use feminine care products sold in stores.
  • Wash clothes regularly using soap or laundry detergent.
  • Wear clean clothes regularly.
  • Get a hair cut by a barber or stylist every few months.
  • Do not use tobacco products at the dinner table, especially in public restaurants.
  • Do not fornicate with animals.

Besides teaching the above principles, Christina can set a good example by her own behavior.  This means not being late to events, not being late to work, not showing up wearing pajama pants and a hoodie, not wearing clothes that reek like cigarettes, and not driving around Dickinson or standing in the parking lot with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth.

Now, you might be thinking, how could Christina Jorgensen ever take the place of Sarah Jennings Trustem, Queen Of Dickinson, Duchess of Marlborough, as Chamber Director?  Well, I did my research using Google, and it turns out that Christina Jorgensen is also a very famous person.  The Scandinavian Society of New York, once named her Woman Of The Year, for her contribution to the advancement of medical science:

The Lack Of Silverware, Plates, And Glassware At DSU Is An Indication Of A Bigger Problem

On April 23 I went to the Dickinson State University Dining Hall restaurant at 7:00 p.m. for dinner.  After I had paid to get in, I soon discovered that I could not find any silverware, plates, or glassware, and there was hardly any food left.

I was very angry about this, and when I got home, I updated two previously very favorable blog posts about the Dickinson State University Dining Hall restaurant, to describe what had happened.  Unlike myself, with the ability to get in my vehicle and go someplace else to eat, there are probably some DSU students who paid for a Dining Hall meal plan, who don’t have a vehicle and don’t have money to go someplace else to eat.

When I thought about this situation some more, I realized several things.  The first, second, third, and fourth time that I had been to the DSU Dining Hall restaurant, there had only ever been a handful of plates, silverware, and glassware.  And the plates and glassware were old, worn, inexpensive plastic.  I am not complaining, I just realized that there was a scarcity of plates, silverware, and glassware, and that it was old and worn.

At the same time that I was realizing how low on supplies the DSU Dining Hall was, I had recently read a Dickinson Press Newspaper article about how a group of 39 local business people and DSU alumni had raised $750,000 in order to purchase the previously occupied DSU Alumni and Foundation building.

This brought to mind newspaper articles that I had read about DSU alumnus Jerome Strom and his wife Rosie Strom donating $1 million to Dickinson State University in 2007 to form the Strom Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.  When the Strom Center was closed in 2016 due to lack of funding, Jerome Strom said that he was very disappointed with the closure, lack of communication, and not much of an explanation as to what happened.

I remembered more newspaper articles, such as five banks, American Bank Center, Choice Financial Group, Dacotah Bank, Western Bank, and Kirkwood Bank & Trust suing Dickinson State University for non-payment of loans to construct the Beisiot Activities Center on the DSU campus.  And, First International Bank And Trust foreclosing on the DSU Foundation’s Hawk’s Point Assisted Living Facility on the DSU campus for nonpayment of $5 million in debt.

Here is my question, and my puzzlement, this money, $750,000, $1 million, $5 million, and more, gifted, borrowed, lost, and not paid back, have these financial dealings gone too far astray from benefiting the students who actually attend Dickinson State University?  Wasn’t there, or isn’t there even $500 available to buy some new plastic plates, plastic glassware, and silverware for the students to eat with in the DSU Dining Hall?

Don’t anyone dare gift any money to Dickinson State University for new plates, glassware, and silverware for the DSU Dining Hall, because God only knows where that money will disappear.

I recommend going on the internet, ordering some commercial restaurant plastic plates, plastic glassware, and silverware, and having them shipped to:

Dr. Thomas Mitzel, Dickinson State University, 291 Campus Drive, May Hall 104, Dickinson, ND 58601.  Phone 701-483-2326, Thomas.Mitzel@dickinsonstate.edu

Beautician’s Interrogation

In Dickinson, North Dakota, I did like getting my hair cut at Luke Simon’s Gentlemen’s Barber Shop.  However, since Luke is the District 36 Representative for North Dakota, he has been working in the legislature in Bismarck for the past four or five months.

Some readers may recall my blog post article about what happened when I went to De Porres House of Barbering in Dickinson, and why I won’t be going back.

I am not very pleased with some of the other barbers that I have tried in Dickinson.  Though my preference would be to go to a men’s only barber shop, it has come to the point where I have been considering going to a beautician.  But, I don’t want and don’t think that I can handle a Dickinson beautician’s interrogation.

I shouldn’t have to explain what I mean by a beautician’s interrogation, especially to men over 30 years old.  Most, or all men over 30 years old, are tired of women service providers’ attempts to find out how much money they make, how much money they have, what they do for a living, where they work, and where they live using a not very clever, overly aggressive, pushy manner.  Beauticians are the worst of the worst when it comes to asking customers way too many personal questions to determine if they are married, if they have kids, if they have a girlfriend, what they do for a living, where they work, and if they have money.

Beauticians can be almost, but not quite as bad as female bartenders, in burdening customers with all of their personal problems and difficulties, apparently not ever realizing that customers don’t go to a beautician or bar in order to listen to the server’s problems.

The concept of being professional and providing good service to a customer is so lost in Dickinson, that I wanted to share a video below of a female barber in Turkey.  During her twenty-five minute session with a customer, not once did she ask him any prying questions about himself, nor share any of her personal problems:

What is absurdly funny, is when women watch these videos showing a very tranquil barber shop where the customer is receiving a very relaxing massage or shave, they say, “Oh, that looks so relaxing, I would like to have that done.”  American women don’t even realize that what they are watching is so relaxing, because there is no woman asking a hundred prying questions or complaining about her personal problems, which is what American women do when they provide customer service or personal services.

The Best Place To Pick Up Hot Young Women In Dickinson, North Dakota

In the beginning of April, I was invited to go to dinner at the Dickinson State University Dining Hall restaurant called “The Perch”.  I had not known that the DSU Dining Hall restaurant was open to the public, but it was.

The first time that I ate at The Perch restaurant, the salad bar and the main course choices were very good.  The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th times were O.K. too.  However, on the evening of April 23 when I arrived at the restaurant at 7:00 p.m., and after I had paid to get in, I could not find any silverware, plates, or glassware, and I found that there was hardly any food left.

Meanwhile, the general manager of the restaurant, Aaron Zummer was standing there wearing a navy blue blazer, shaking everyone’s hand, instead of fixing the lack of silverware, plates, glassware, and food.  Apparently, there had just been a diversity event at the restaurant which I thought must have been called something like “A Taste Of Ass”.

No longer having any respect for this restaurant, or any desire to ever return, I want to now share and promote this restaurant to the oil field workers, construction workers, and all males in the area, as the best place to meet and pick up hot young women.

First of all, whether you are 15 years old, or 65 years old, this restaurant on the Dickinson State University campus is open to the public, and you have a right to enter the DSU Student Center building to eat at The Perch restaurant, or attend the Odyssey Cinemas movie theater that is also located in the Student Center building and open to the public.

The restaurant is buffet style, once you pay $10.75 to get in, you can help yourself to the salad bar, desert bar, and hot dish bar.  You have a variety of drinks to choose from, and you can eat and drink as much as you want.

At DSU, like most universities, there are more females than males enrolled at the school.  For most of these females, this is the first time that they have been away from the supervision of their mother and father.  These young ladies are looking to break the rules, try new things, and do some things that they shouldn’t be doing.  Many of them know that at the end of four years when they graduate and have to start a career, they will have to be careful about what they do, but for these four years, this is the time that they can experiment.

This is also one of the few times that young women will not care very much about what a man does for a living, how much money he makes, how much money he has, what kind of car he drives, or what kind of home that he lives in.  These college student women just want to have a good time, have fun, and be entertained.  Oil field workers and construction workers are a perfect match for these young women.

At this DSU diversity event in this restaurant, there were a lot of young Indian women from India.  They were all thin, with very beautiful long dark hair, pretty eyes, and pretty smiles.  These Indian girls are lonely, and eager to make friends.  I know from past experience that Indian girls are a special treat.  They look different, and they taste different, they taste like duck.  They become in-love very quickly, and have sex without any inhibition or holding back.

Also at this DSU diversity event, there were a lesser amount of Asian women.  These Asian women were all thin, with long dark hair, and friendly smiles.  Asian women are very attentive, devoted, and affectionate.  As you have heard, “Asian women love you long time.”

The American college student women that you will meet at The Perch restaurant, they have above average grooming and hygiene.  You can appreciate how clean they smell, and what nice shiny clean hair they have.  Most of these young college student women haven’t gotten fat yet.

Just like the buffet, you can have as many of these young college women as you want, it is only a matter of  your appetite.  I recommend that oil field workers and construction workers go in groups of two or three, so that the friends of the girl that you want to hook up with have someone to be with too.  I recommend having two or three alcohol drinks before you go to dinner at The Perch restaurant so that you won’t have any shyness in meeting the ladies.

Shock That Such A Nice Young Man Has Been Charged With Rape In Dickinson, North Dakota

On Saturday morning I was reading the Dickinson Press Newspaper on-line, when I saw an article about a young man that I know named Erik, being charged with Gross Sexual Imposition in Dickinson.  More specifically, the article said “….gross sexual imposition, sexual acts forced for the compelling of a victim to submit by force or by threat of imminent death, serious bodily injury, or kidnapping to sexual acts.”

This is a very serious charge, it can be either a Class AA felony, or a Class A felony, depending on the circumstances, with prison sentences ranging from several years to twenty years.

I was shocked, I never would have thought that Erik would do something like this, and I still don’t believe that he would.

In the summer of 2016 and 2017 when Erik was in high school, on Thursdays he would work as a volunteer from noon until midnight setting up, working, and taking down the concert events in downtown Dickinson.  This involved delivering coral fencing, barricades, tables, water troughs used as coolers, tents, ice, drinks, cups, garbage cans, banners, event shirts, and stage equipment, setting all of this up, re-supplying during the event, and taking everything back down and hauling it away at midnight.

It was often hot, sometimes windy, sometimes rainy, very long days, and Erik never backed-out, never complained, never was in a bad mood.  Erick never caused any problems whatsoever.  He never broke, dropped, or damaged anything, never had a mishap driving anything.  He and his friends never got into any of the alcohol, and never got into any trouble whatsoever.

All of the event organizers, volunteers, and attendees liked Erik, no one ever had a problem with him.  Erik had a lot of friends his own age, both male and female, and he got along with everyone.  Some of the young women performers took a liking to Erik, and spent time with him at the event.

After Erik graduated from high school, his father told me that Erik had joined the U.S. Army and that he was in Basic Training.  I thought that Erik would probably do very, very well in the military.  Later in 2018, I saw on Facebook or in the newspaper that Erik was a combat medic in the  U.S. Army.

In early 2019, I saw or read somewhere that Erik was back in Dickinson, and I was surprised, his enlistment couldn’t be over yet.  I wondered what had happened, but I found out that you can leave active-duty in the Army if you are willing to serve longer in the Army National Guard, which is what he chose to do.  I had thought that Erik would go far in the military, I wished that he had stayed on active duty in the Army so that he could advance and make a career out of it, but some people don’t like the Army life after all.

In my opinion, Dickinson is not a very good place to live.  There are not very many things to do for recreation, or to socialize.  Employment opportunities are very limited.  If a person goes to work in the oil field or construction, in Dickinson people will forever think of that person in terms of what their job is: truck driver, swamper, roustabout, floor hand, welder, plumber, electrician.  It is very hard for anyone to ever advance out of the position they are in, it is like the people in Dickinson won’t allow it.  This is why many young people realize that they have got to get out of Dickinson.

I wish that Erik never would have returned to Dickinson, where there is very little to do, and everyone here just gets stuck in the job that they are doing, never getting anywhere.  With nothing to do and going nowhere in life, the people here resort to alcoholism, drug use, and trying to make sure that other people fail too.

I don’t believe that Erik forced anyone to have sex with him, he is not like that, he gets along with people, he has friends, and women like him.  I believe that alcohol was probably involved, and that the “victim” was probably not a victim, but someone who became angry at Erik afterwards.  I just can not see Erik doing anything violent or coercive to someone else.  I can see someone doing what is very common in Dickinson, to try to make sure that someone else fails, to try to ruin someone else’s life for them.

I am interested to know what happened, and who the victim is.  I don’t care if anyone thinks that this is none of my business.  People in Dickinson are experts at keeping their mouth shut and doing nothing when bad things are going on, and bad things are happening to other people.

If anyone cares about what happens to Erik, I suggest that people try to find out what happened, who is involved, and try to determine if there is anything that can be done to help Erik, the sooner the better.  It is not going to help Erik to do nothing and wait for him to be tried, possibly be convicted, possibly be given a long prison sentence, and to feel sorry about it.

Dining At The Best Restaurant In Dickinson, For The 2nd, 3rd And 4th Time

In the beginning of April, I wrote a blog post article titled, “The Best Restaurant In Dickinson, North Dakota Is A Secret”.  In that I article I described my first dining experience, how good the salad bar was, how good the main course was, and what a nice pleasant, clean atmosphere it had.

On my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th visit to this restaurant, I came to appreciate even more, the complete absence of the filth and grotesqueness that is normal for Dickinson.  There were no obese, land whale women paddling their fat arms through the air trying to gain extra thrust and speed towards the restaurant entrance.  There were no meth addict waitresses standing outside the restaurant entrance smoking a cigarette.

Each time that I went to this restaurant, there were clean, healthy looking, nicely and appropriately dressed men and women.  Everyone was very polite, well behaved, and quiet.  No one used bad language, no one yelled across the room, and no one started a fight.

On my 2nd visit, the main course was not memorable.  On my 3rd visit, they served battered fish, with rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, and chicken alfredo.  I am usually scared to eat fish in Dickinson because of its appearance and its smell.  It is hard to get good fish in Dickinson because it has to go through so many different steps in the shipping process to get here.  This time, the fish that I had was very good.

On my 4th visit to this restaurant, the main course was just O.K., but the vegetables and several different kinds of pasta were very good.  I have never been put-off by anything that they have served at this restaurant, and I leave feeling very full and pleased with everything.

For those of you who did not read the first article that I wrote about this restaurant, I can’t publicize or tell very many people about this restaurant, because most of the people in Dickinson behave so badly, that they would ruin this restaurant very quickly.

Update 4/23/19:

Because the dickhead manager on duty, who I believe was Aaron Zummer with Sodexo, let this restaurant run out of silverware, plates, glassware, and food this evening by 7:00 p.m., and he was standing around in a navy blue blazer glad-handing everyone, instead of correcting this shit, this changes everything.

The name of this restaurant is “The Perch”, and it is located on the far east side of the Dickinson State University campus, in the downstairs of the DSU Student Center.

I am now going to tell all of the worst, dirtiest, sloven, over-eating, problem people exactly where this restaurant is, how to get there, that it is all-you-can-eat for only $10.75.

I am going to make flyers for this restaurant, and put them up in the Tiger Truck Stop, Southside Bar, Paragon Bowling Alley, County Line Truck Stop, laundromats, and anywhere there are drunk, vagrant, hoodlum, homeless people.  I am going to pick up homeless, dirty, smelly, drunk, mentally ill people, and drop them off at the DSU Student Center with $10, and tell them that they are welcome to stay for hours.

Fuck you, you dickhead Aaron Zummer.  There could have been DSU students, with no vehicle, with no extra money, who were depending on this place for dinner.  You ruined my dinner.

An Introduction To Cambodian Girls

In yesterday’s blog post, I included a video showing a single Russian man named Oleg travelling from Thailand into Cambodia.  For more than thirty years, single men from the U.S., Canada, and England have been retiring to Thailand because of the low cost of living, easy relaxed life in a warm tropical climate, and the ability to rent or lease beautiful young women for only $10 per day.

Due to the rapidly growing number of foreign men retiring to Thailand, the Thai government has recently begun making this more difficult.  So men are now investigating retiring to neighboring Cambodia or Vietnam.

When I watched the video yesterday of travel into Cambodia, it scared me, and I personally would not do this if someone paid me $5,000.  I left a comment to the video, and someone replied to me that yes, Cambodia is dangerous, especially the lack of emergency medical care, and violent crime that goes unreported.

In today’s video, the narrator himself states right away that Cambodia is like the Wild West, and not a place to visit with women and children.  I agree with this statement, this is what I wrote yesterday, when to my astonishment I saw that some idiot tourists had brought their wives and children with them.

However, “Once Cambodian girls get to know you, keeping you entertained it their top priority.”

Video Of Travel In Cambodia For Single Men

A little more than fifteen years ago when I was living in Arizona, there was a man who sometimes visited the house where I lived named Caleb.  Caleb was about 40 years old, 6′-0″ tall, 190 lbs, not a bad looking guy, not ugly.  He was fairly intelligent, polite, a decent conversationalist.

Caleb did not like hard work, or working hard, because he said so.  In his late twenties he had decided that he wanted to be a drug smuggler and drug dealer, because he didn’t like working.  He didn’t like getting paid low wages, working all day, working five days a week, being told what to do, and how to do it.

Caleb retired from being a drug smuggler and drug dealer when he was in his mid-thirties with about $250,000 in savings.  At this present time, he tried to live very cheaply, and work just a little bit to earn enough money to cover his daily expenses, which were small, and preserve his money in savings.

Many men never see it, know it, or realize it, that we trap ourselves in a prison of our own making.  We seek to have a nice place to live, often to impress others, or because it is expected of us.  The same thing for expensive cars, motorcycles, boats, firearms, and clothing.  We seek a hot girlfriend or trophy wife.  Then, we spend the rest of our lives trapped and struggling to pay for all of this shit, that we didn’t absolutely need to have in the first place.

Caleb realized early on in his life, that he didn’t want to be trapped in a job, working for other people, and buying a bunch of things that he didn’t really need.  He also realized that it cost a lot of money to attract and keep a girlfriend.  All of these things were a trap.

What Caleb learned in the 1990s was that a single man could live very cheaply in Thailand, with a very good lifestyle.  So for the past four of five years, Caleb had spent about four or five months each year living in Thailand.

Caleb explained to me, that you could rent a cottage on the ocean in Thailand for about $300 per month.  You could go into a town or village, and pick out a “Bar Girl” that would come and live with you for about $10 per day.  Not only would the “Bar Girl” have sex with you as often as you wanted, she would do the grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.  Food would cost about $10 per day.

So for about $1,000 to $1,200 per month, this would cover the cost of a cottage on the beach, all of your food, and a beautiful young girl that would do all of the grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning, and have sex with you as much as you wanted.  For many men, this was paradise, if you were willing to give up the customary Western lifestyle.

For many men in Canada, England, and the United States in the 1990s and 2000s, they realized that Thailand was a paradise to visit or retire in.  Younger men that had somehow accumulated or inherited over $500,000 in assets could sell everything that they owned, place the majority of the money in stocks, and move to Thailand with the expectation of never having to work again, with their cost of living not exceeding $15,000 per year.

Older men who had worked twenty-five to thirty years at a company, in the military, or for the government, and had earned even a modest pension, realized that they could live so much better and so much more happily in Thailand with the cost of living being so low for a single man there.  Would you rather live out the remainder of your life stuck in a small apartment in an expensive, unfriendly, cold, dreary city, or living on a sunny, warm beach with a beautiful young woman?

After 2010, the number of foreign men visiting and retiring to Thailand became ridiculous.  The country was overrun with expatriates.  Recently, the government in Thailand has passed legislation and policies making it more difficult for foreign men to retire to Thailand.  Foreign men are now required to go through a process where they must demonstrate that they have a certain amount of money in savings, deposit this savings in a Thai bank, and demonstrate a certain level of retirement income.

One of the problems, is that foreign men have discovered that once they deposit their savings into a Thai bank, if they want to leave the country, the Thai banks do not want to allow them to remove their money from the bank.  So, many foreign men who have retired to Thailand, or were planning on retiring to Thailand, have begun looking at moving to neighboring Vietnam or Cambodia instead.

Here is a video made by a young Russian man named Oleg, that shows him leaving Thailand, crossing the border into Cambodia, and travelling in Cambodia:

Though Oleg did a good job making this video, what I saw in this video scared the shit out of me.  The making of the travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements into Cambodia looked very sketchy to me.  The small van, ocean ferry, bus, and motorcycle taxi transport into Cambodia looked rough.  The filling out of “travel documents” at a dirty primitive rest stop along the side of the road looked like the beginning of problems.  The crowded, run down, Cambodian immigration office looked like a nightmare.

The driving around Cambodia revealed that it mostly looks like a primitive, shanty town, slum.  There were several mentions of the taxi driver taking Oleg to places where they attempt to rip-off tourists.  The entrance fee to one of the temples in Cambodia was $37, which is four times the price of the first hotel that he stayed at in Cambodia.  The price of a beer in some places at night was $3 to $5.

What I saw in this video, it looked like Cambodia was a dirty, primitive, rough, unsafe place for foreigners.  I couldn’t believe that there were so many Chinese tourists, and even some American tourists with wives and children.  I wouldn’t go to Cambodia if someone paid for my travel, hotel, and paid me $5,000.

The whole point of foreign men visiting or retiring to some place like Thailand, Cambodia, or Vietnam was that it would be an improvement over their home country in the cost of living and lifestyle.  Cambodia did not appear to be cheap, pleasant, or safe.

Eggshell Plaintiffs In Dickinson And Elsewhere

Ever since I was a kid, I was aware of “Accident Injury People”, the kind of people who go looking for the chance to have some kind of accident in order to sue someone to try to get money.

When I was ten years old, there was a disabled obese lady who was legally blind named Ginger, who had a full-time caregiver who lived with her and drove her around town.  In the small town in Florida where I grew up, there were trees everywhere, especially overhanging the streets and sidewalks.  Some trees dropped acorns, nuts, berries, seeds, fruits, or leaves, throughout the day.

One day, Ginger and her caregiver parked and got out of their vehicle in front of a commercial building that my father owned.  Supposedly, Ginger slipped on some berries that had fallen from a palm tree and she fell down, hurting herself.  There was a lawsuit, and I don’t know how the insurance company handled this.

The frustration for my mother and father at the time was, throughout this tree covered town, could property owners be held liable for berries, seeds, and acorns that fall from trees minute by minute?  Would this have happened to a person who was not disabled, obese, and legally blind?  What was Ginger claiming her damages were, she was already legally disabled?

From that point on, I became more and more aware of “Accident Injury People”.  Something that sticks out in my mind to this day, was when I was 24 years old and I had parked my bicycle at the corner of a Dairy Queen type business in Florida where I could see it as I placed my order through the walk-up window.  A family drove up in a four-door sedan, a husband and wife in their early forties got out of the front seats, and an elderly woman in her mid-sixties got out of the back seat.

The elderly woman appeared to head straight for my bicycle and grab a hold of it.  My bicycle wasn’t attached to anything, it didn’t have a kick-stand, it was leaning against a post, and it bobbled and banged into the post as the elderly woman grabbed hold of it.

I looked at the husband and wife, and the husband said to me in a very accusatory manner, “She just had a double knee replacement.”  He was acting like I had somehow created a dangerous situation for his elderly mother, and if she had fallen over, it would have been completely my fault.  I don’t know if she was trying to grab onto the nearest thing to her, in order to not fall over, or if she had already begun to stumble.

I left without saying anything, I didn’t want any part of any blame for the elderly woman’s condition.  I don’t know what my legal liability would have been, as there was no bicycle rack, and my mountain bike was sold without a kick-stand.  Was I negligent for leaning my bicycle against a post?  In any case, a lawyer would have told these people that there was no point in suing me, I didn’t have any assets.  No lawyer would have taken this case for fear of never recovering any money whatsoever, and never being paid.

A few years ago, when I took my landlord’s dog to the Dickinson Dog Park to let it run off-leash inside the fenced-in area, I was concerned to see a very pale, frail, woman in her mid-thirties, with no musculature, sitting on a bench inside the large-size dog, dog run area.  She was wearing short shorts, and when my landlord’s dog went up to her to greet her, she didn’t know that he was going to try to step in her lap and kiss her face, she didn’t know to tell him “No, get down” and I had to grab him.

I thought to myself, “What is this woman doing sitting inside of the large-size dog off-leash area at a dog park, this is the least dog-person that I have ever seen.  Doesn’t she know that a large dog will try to come up to her and kiss her, doesn’t she know how to tell a dog to get down?”

The second time that I went to the Dickinson Dog Park with my landlord’s dog and let him run loose inside the fenced in area, I was there by myself and I saw a family drive up.  I watched the mom and dad who were in their forties get out of the car, then their three kids ages 6, 8, 10, and grandma and grandpa in their seventies.  Grandma and grandpa were both unsteady on their feet and walking very slowly.

This entire family, all seven of them, and their small dog, headed for the entrance gate to the large-size dog off-leash area.  I said to myself, “You have got to be fucking kidding me, my dog will end up knocking over grandma, grandpa, and those little kids within seconds.”  I put the leash back on my dog, and left immediately, never to return, because the Dickinson Dog Park is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

When I got home, I started reading about the legally liability for dogs in places like public dog parks.  It turns out that everyone is very mistaken about public dog parks, I sure was.  I thought that public dog parks were a safe place to let a dog run off-leash.  It turns out that public dog parks are absolutely the worst place in the World to let your dog run off-leash.

I thought that at a public off-leash dog park, everyone entering the off-leash area, knew and understood that the dogs were going to run and play.  No, no, no, this is not the case at all!  There a many, many people who use public dog parks, who claim that, “They can not get bumped.”  Due to a previous injury or existing health condition, spine injury, neck injury, knee replacement, hip replacement, brittle bone disease, they can’t get bumped by a dog.

This is when and where I first learned about what is called the “Eggshell Plaintiff”.  How this term came about, and what this means, is that no matter what kind of pre-existing physical problem a plaintiff in a lawsuit might have, bad knees, bad hips, an injured back, if you are found liable in a court of law to have caused the plaintiff to fall over or fall down, you are legally responsible if they break their knees, hips, or back no matter how bad their knees, hips, or back were in the first place.

The reason why I am writing this blog post, is because after learning about the “Eggshell Plaintiff”, I am even more alert and aware as to what people might be trying to do, such as when I wrote a few days ago about the blond woman with “9 Lives” who walked in front of my truck without looking.  If I would have hit her, God only knows what kind of pre-existing knee, hip, back, and neck injury my vehicle insurance company would have been paying for.

Now that I think about this recent incident at this gas station, at this same gas station one month ago, while I was putting gas in my vehicle, I watched a disabled man loitering at this gas station in a very peculiar way.  His vehicle was parked in the handicapped spot, and he was handicapped, he was having difficulty walking, but he was walking back and forth, around and around in the drive lane beside the gas pumps.

Vehicles that turn off of Villard Street, enter the drive lane beside the gas pumps going about 10-15 mph, and they come on the far side of the gas pumps a little blind at first, being able to see cars at the pumps, but not a person standing there.  This is a very dangerous place to walk or stand, but this old man with difficulty walking, who wasn’t getting gas, chose to walk there, around and around, back and forth.

More than ever, I expect people with health problems, a handicap, or a disability to try to find a way to make someone else or an insurance company financially liable for an injury or a disability they already have, or a surgery that they already need.

Nice Looking Older Woman Spotted In Runnings Farm & Fleet In Dickinson

For the past several days I have been looking for hardware for something that I am building.  I have been to Menards many times, Bosch Lumber, Ace Hardware, and Mac’s Tools, but I still haven’t been able to find a couple of parts that I need.

I had given up searching anymore for hardware late this morning, and I turned into Wendy’s Hamburgers to get something to eat, when I realized that Runnings Farm & Fleet next door might have some of the things that I needed.

After I got some food to-go at Wendy’s, I drove over to Runnings.  When I entered Runnings, standing at the service counter there was a nice looking older woman customer.  I was kind of giggling to myself, because she was good looking, and old, just as old or a few years older than me.  It was funny to me, because she was still hot, and this was still causing her problems I imagine.

She had shoulder length gray hair, and she was wearing black frame eyeglasses.  She was tall, as tall as me, or maybe an inch or two taller than me I thought.  She was thin, but not too thin, and she had very good posture, she was standing very straight.

She was wearing very nice looking light color blue jeans that fit her very well, not at all tight, but more like very well fitting slacks.  I could tell that she had a very nice ass, not too big, not too small, not too hard, not too soft, just right.  She had nice long athletic legs, like she was a jogger and vigorous hiker.  Not any fat on her anywhere at all.

Soon she turned in my direction briefly for some reason, she may have even had to move in my direction, I got a better look at her, and her face matched the rest of her.  From her overall appearance, and every detail about her, it appeared that she had had good health her entire life, she had taken care of herself her entire life.  I didn’t think that she came from North Dakota, not the way she looked.  I thought that she was probably educated, intelligent, sharp, and perceptive.

Of all the people in the store, she seemed to immediately sense that I was paying attention to her, though I continued walking away from her in search of hardware.  I had a strong belief that this was Suzanne, a woman who used to comment to my blog posts, because everything about her fit everything that I knew about Suzanne.

I wanted to ask her, I wanted to ask her, but I feared that this woman would pitch a fit and make a scene if I asked her.  Further back in the store, we crossed paths again, and I so wanted to ask her.

After I had spent some time looking and not finding what I came for, I spent another five minutes trying to find the primer that I wanted, paint brushes, and mixing cups.  When I was ready to leave, I intersected with this woman again.  I said to her, “Excuse me, is your name Suzanne Xxxxxx?”.  She replied “No”, so I said “Ooops, sorry.”

I believe that this woman probably thought that I was somehow trying to make a feeble attempt to talk to her, to chat her up, which I was not.  When I got to the check out area, it looked like only register number 8 was open, where this woman was standing, so I tried to find another register to use, register number 1 was where I headed.

When I  left the store, I don’t know where this woman went, I didn’t see her, she probably took off as quickly as she could, though I was curious to see what kind of vehicle she had.

I sat in my truck eating french fries from Wendy’s and drinking my drink for a few minutes, when I saw a large new, navy-blue color, four-door, four-wheel-drive, Dodge 3500 diesel pick-up truck towing a twenty foot long flat bed trailer appear from around the corner.  The nice looking older woman was driving this truck.

On the flat bed trailer were a row of 8″-10″ diameter, 10′ long posts, strapped down with two heavy-duty tie-downs.  These posts were way too big to be fence corner posts, the only thing that I could think they were for was horse or cattle coral posts.  That Dodge truck was way too nice to be a farm truck, it was about a $70,000 truck.  I thought that she must live on a horse or cattle ranch.  Either a very large cattle ranch, or a hobby ranch.

I was curious to know who this woman belonged to.  I already described all the ways that she was attractive, and that she didn’t look like she was from here.  How far away was the ranch where she came from?  Just outside of Dickinson, where I wondered?

In any case, I was glad that I was not the one that was going to have to put those great big huge coral posts in the ground, one of those things probably weighed more than me.  It would nearly kill me putting those posts in the ground, and I was then glad that I had not made her acquaintance, if this is what she had in mind for me.

Update On My Badly Behaving Siamese Cat

Two months ago I wrote a blog post titled “I Am Troubled And Disappointed With My Siamese Cat”.  In that blog post I explained that I had owned about nine cats, and had lived with five cats that didn’t belong to me, and none of them attacked and bit me like this six month old Siamese cat.

I was hoping that a reader would offer an explanation or solution to this behavior, but no such luck.  I had already searched on the internet for behavior problems with Siamese cats, and the only useful information I got was to be on the look out for them turning on water faucets.

I talked to a woman from the small town in North Dakota where this kitten had been abandoned outside of a bar, before it hitched a ride in someone’s truck engine to the job site where I was working, and I asked her who the hell went and got a Siamese cat in the first place.  Did she know of any no-good Siamese cat families in the area?  I was suspicious about who this cat’s parents were.

Finally, an older friend of mine said that the reason why my previous cats didn’t bite me, was because they had other cats to interact with, play with, and fight with.  Cats bite, scratch, and wrestle with each other.  Because there were no other cats in my apartment, this cat attacked and bit me, like I was another cat.  This made sense.

I hadn’t wanted to resort to this, but I decided that I was going to have to spank this Siamese cat when it bit me, so that it would quit biting me.  As I explained to a couple of commentors, the local pet stores have many nice kittens and cats for adoption and placed in foster homes waiting to be adopted, that don’t attack and bite people.  I know that housewives with young children would not keep a cat that attacked and bit people, and this Siamese cat would be taken to the city animal shelter and be euthanized, being unfit for adoption.

The next time that this Siamese cat bit me way too hard, I grabbed him and spanked him.  On the first day, I probably had to spank him for two different bite incidents.  On the second day, I probably had to spank him for only one bite incident.  The third day, there were about two bite incidents.

After four or five days of getting spankings, this Siamese cat quit biting me too hard.  A month went by with him only nibbling at my feet when I was sleeping, or very moderate biting when I was sitting in my chair using my laptop.  He quit trying to bite or scratch me in the face.

He is currently still behaving pretty well.  He has always, always used his cat litter box, which is very good.  When I am in the living room, he comes and plays or sits in the living room.  When I am in my bedroom, he comes and plays or sits in my bedroom.

How To Act And Appear Respectable, Not Low Class And Trashy In Dickinson, North Dakota

A week ago I wrote a blog post article titled, “The Best Restaurant In Dickinson, North Dakota Is A Secret”.  In that article, I wrote about how good the food was in this restaurant, and that there weren’t any dirt-bag construction workers, oil field trash, no-good scum of the Earth meth addict women from Seattle, and other badly behaving people in this restaurant.

In this blog post, rather than express my frustration and disapproval by being mean and going on a rant, I will try to offer some suggestions about how people in Dickinson can act and appear respectable, and not low-class and trashy.

I stopped and thought about it, many people in Dickinson don’t know, they literally do not know that there is anything wrong or abnormal about their behavior, so it might be helpful for me to explain what not to do, and what they can do to act respectable:

What Not To Do:

  1. If you have been working for more than several hours doing physical labor where you have become dirty, hot, and sweaty, don’t go out to eat at a nice restaurant without taking a shower and putting on clean clothes.
  2. If you have not had a shower or changed clothes for more than 24 hours, don’t go out to eat at a nice restaurant without taking a shower and putting on clean clothes.
  3. If you, and the clothes that you have been wearing, have been sitting in a vehicle or inside all day around people smoking cigarettes, do not go out to eat a nice restaurant without taking a shower and putting on clean clothes.
  4. Do not wear dirty or smelly clothing to a nice restaurant.
  5. At a nice restaurant, or any public place, do not spit into a receptacle and carry this receptacle around or place it anywhere, especially not on top of a dining table.
  6. Do not speak so loudly that other people can hear you more than ten feet away when entering or dining in a nice restaurant.
  7. Do not discuss anything crude, gross, or inappropriate when dining in a nice restaurant.
  8. Do not use bad or offensive language, derogatory terms, or racial slurs when dining in a nice restaurant.
  9. Do not try to instigate a fight, threaten, or insult other people when dining in a nice restaurant.
  10. Do not shove, push, slap, hit, or wrestle with people in a nice restaurant, not even friends or family members.
  11. Do not throw things or do property damage when in a nice restaurant, not even in the parking lot.
  12. Do not stick your fingers inside of your mouth, your nose, your ears, or your pants when dining in a nice restaurant.
  13. Do not rev your truck engine and spin your tires in the parking lot of a nice restaurant.
  14. Do not leave your diesel truck idling in the parking lot of a nice restaurant, no one wants to listen to that noise, or smell that diesel exhaust.

What To Do:

  1. Bathe regularly, always use soap and shampoo.
  2. Wear a moderate amount of deodorant after bathing.
  3. Wash your clothes regularly, and make it a habit to wear clean clothes.
  4. Clean and trim your finger nails so that they are clean and nice looking.
  5. Wash your hands so that they are clean.
  6. Brush your teeth with toothpaste at least once per day.
  7. Clean your ears regularly.
  8. Get your hair cut at least once every three months.
  9. Trim your beard or facial hair at least once every two weeks.
  10. Try not to use swear words in conversation.

In many societies, it is the women who try to encourage and enforce good manners, but something long ago went wrong in Dickinson.  I think that due to the barrenness and extreme cold in North Dakota, it was so hard to survive, that the women here just gave up on encouraging and enforcing good manners.

Now that there are modern conveniences like automobiles, indoor plumbing, electricity, hot running water, and washing machines, I think that the women in Dickinson need to start trying to encourage good hygiene and good manners.

To be fair, I should point out that at least half of the badly behaving people in Dickinson are construction workers, oil field workers, and meth addict women from out-of-state.

Blond Woman In Dickinson Thinks She Has 9 Lives

Earlier this week in Dickinson, I was driving an older full-size pick-up truck that I own that has a six inch suspension lift and a large after-market front bumper.  I turned off of Villard Street into an older gas station downtown, and I slowed down quite a bit because I had to drive between two parked pick-up trucks in order to get to the next available gas pump.

From in front of the parked pick-up truck to my left, out walked a blond women only a few feet in front of me.  She didn’t look up, or look in my direction, as if I weren’t even there.  This was a shock to me.  This was about the closest that I had ever come in my life to accidentally hitting or running a person over while driving.

I was astonished, and I was upset about this.  I had no intention of getting into a car accident or running over a person on this day, but I almost couldn’t help it the way that this woman walked out in front of me.  Not only did I almost not stop in time, she was so close that I almost hit her before I even knew to put my foot on the brake pedal.

I looked at her as she walked in front of my truck and into the convenience store, as if she didn’t even realize that I was there, and I wondered to myself how she had managed to stay alive so long, being so stupid and careless.  Was she stupid, was there something wrong with her, was she upset, was she suicidal?

As I was putting gas in my truck, this blond woman walked back out of the convenience store towards the gas pumps.  I thought about stopping her and telling her how close I had come to accidentally running her over, and that she needed to look more carefully before walking out in front of cars.  She was about 40 years old, thin, pale, and kind of nervous acting, like she might have been upset about something or had something going on, so I decided to not say anything to her.

She walked over to a new black Camaro at the gas pump.  Then I thought to myself, maybe she is one of those “accident injury people”, who deliberately try to get hurt or injured so that they can sue other people in order to get money.  I have met some people who get new cars that way.

When this blond woman got into her new black Camaro, started it, and drove away, I saw that her vehicle license plate said, “9 LIVS”, and I thought to myself, what the fuck?

The Best Restaurant In Dickinson, North Dakota Is A Secret

For the past several months, maybe longer, I have not felt very well.  I usually have pain in my stomach when I am awake.  Since there is hardly anything to do and nowhere to go in North Dakota, especially when it is below freezing outside during the winter, and I don’t feel well, I try to sleep most of the time when I am not working.

On the days that I work, I am away from my apartment for at least fifteen hours per day, out in the middle of nowhere.  I take a packaged sandwich, packaged salad, or frozen burrito with me to work, and every so often a sandwich from Subway.  I think that this is one of the reasons why I have stomach pain and don’t feel well, I don’t eat a variety of fresh healthy food.

On Saturday I woke up very late in the afternoon, and I went out to my vehicle to begin taking measurements in order to start making something for it.  I saw my neighbor Matt outside working in his backyard, and I agreed to help him unload a bunch of lumber from his trailer.  Matt is about 54 years old, and he has lived in Dickinson since he was 14 years old.

After Matt and I unloaded his trailer, he wanted to make one more trip to go get some more lumber, and I agreed to help him.  After we loaded his trailer, he asked me if I was hungry, and I said no.  He told me about a place he had been to eat recently, and he had nothing but good things to say about it.  I would not have thought of going there, and I agreed to go with him, I wanted to try it.

When Matt and I arrived at the parking lot of this place, there were very few vehicles outside.  When we entered the restaurant which was large, there were only about four other people dining there at this time.

Since Matt and I are old, the first area that we went to was the salad bar.  This was the best salad bar that I have ever seen in Dickinson because it had a large variety of fresh, expensive ingredients that you do not normally see in Dickinson.  Besides the normal types of vegetables like baby carrots, cucumbers, and lettuce mix, there was spinach, grape tomatoes, okra, pickles, pepperoncini peppers, kalamata olives, fetta cheese, real bacon, and homemade salad dressings.

For people who live in California, Denver, New York, Orlando, Atlanta, or Dallas, you might see a salad bar like this in a nice expensive restaurant, but this is Dickinson, where every restaurant that I have been to won’t even put out grape tomatoes on a salad bar because they are too expensive, and they would never dream of putting out fresh kalamata olives or feta cheese.

As Matt and I ate our salads, we noticed that the only other diners were nice looking, nicely behaved, well-groomed women, something else that you hardly ever see in Dickinson.

Matt and I had several different entrees to choose from, but we each selected the same thing: a couple of thick slices of roast honey ham, buttered peeled steamed baby carrots, several stalks of fresh steamed asparagus topped with a small amount of cheese, and roasted seasoned potatoes.

This entree, and the salad, was by far the best food that I have ever seen or eaten in the six years that I have lived in North Dakota.  The total price for everything including soft drinks was about $12.  I hesitate to tell the price because this might ruin the secret, but I wanted people to know that this didn’t cost $25.

The reason why I am trying to keep this a secret, is because this was the only time ever, ever!, that I didn’t have to sit down and eat with dirt-bag construction workers, oil field trash, and no-good meth addict scum women from Seattle, since moving to Dickinson.

If well behaved people that I know or know of, want to contact me about the whereabouts of this restaurant, I will try to tell a few of them, under the condition that they don’t go blabbing it to everyone.

This is the only place in Dickinson that I have ever been that has a wide variety of fresh, well prepared food.  I am absolutely sick and tired of being around criminal, drug addict, scum of the earth, badly behaving, low class, trashy people that make up the volume of people in Dickinson, and I hope to God, that I can eat at this restaurant a few more times before it is overrun and ruined forever.

The Discovery And Exploration Of RoseAnne Okumura

A couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon a YouTube channel called “IRL Rosie”, which stands for “In Real Life Rosie”.  This channel features an attractive young lady named Rosie, who has made half a dozen videos of herself prank calling telephone-scam call centers.

Rosie is not mean or confrontational with the telephone-scam call center operators, she is pleasant and nice sounding, and she is funny.  Before long, the people on the phone who are experienced scammers, they begin to suspect that something is not right, that Rosie might be trying to play a game with them and waste their time.  Sometimes they begin trying to hurry up and conclude the phone call with her, other times they are so bored at their job that they are entertained and interested to see where she is going with this.

Here is one of my favorite examples of Rosie’s prank call videos:

The way that Rosie acts in the video above wanting to play and have fun, I used to know women and girls who acted like this, but not since moving to North Dakota six years ago.  In North Dakota there is a shortage of women, and a scarcity of attractive women.  Because there is nowhere to go and nothing to do in North Dakota, and no women, I spend a great deal of time on the internet.  When I do see an interesting woman or girl on the internet that I like, I look them up, but in a way that most people would call going too far.

When there is a girl that I like or am interested in, I want to learn about her, I want to learn details of her life, I want to know what she is like, I am curious, I want to understand her.  These women that I see on the internet that I like, there is no way for me to meet them face-to-face and ask them one hundred questions about themselves, nor would they answer me on the phone, or on the internet, especially when they think that you are no one important, or anyone that they would be interested in.

It is typical for both men and women to respond to beautiful or talented people with praise, admiration, compliments, deference, being in awe.  In turn, beautiful or talented people often begin to expect to hear nothing but praise, admiration, compliments, flattery, and obsequiousness.  Partly because of her beauty, which she has always had, perhaps because of her talent, and now because of her 182,000 YouTube subscribers, Rosie is difficult to talk to or have a conversation with.  The comments that I post to her YouTube videos are deleted.

For the reasons given above, and because I’m mean, I want to now present my biography of Rosie:

RoseAnne Kearthen Okumura was born in November of 1985 to Susanne Clark Okumura and Miles Dunn Okumura.  Her mother Susanne is of German ancestry, and her father Miles is of Japanese ancestry, though he lives in Hawaii and appears to be Hawaiian.  Her mother Susanne is pleasant looking, but rather plain.  Her father Miles is a handsome fellow, with strong features, a bit of a peacock.

Rosie grew up and attended high school in Evanston, Illinois, where her father attended Northwestern University.  There is some evidence that she was a geek, which probably saved her from early promiscuity and a bad reputation.  She attended Michigan State University in Lansing, but did not graduate.  After college Rosie moved to the Los Angeles area and pursued a career in entertainment and media.

Rosie has an excellent speaking and singing voice.  She is able to imitate many different accents and manners of speaking and singing, which besides enabling her to imitate other people, allows her to work doing radio commercials, video voice-overs, public service announcements, and portrayals of cartoon characters, teens, pre-teens, and children.  She records automated assistance and phone prompts for corporations.  She does some video advertising work too.  Here is an example of her work:

Rosie has done a small amount of television and movie acting.  She appeared in “Rising Dead” 2007, “To The Portal” 2014, and “The Majority” 2015.  Here is a video montage that she made in 2014:

Rosie is the co-lead performer in a band called Moderns.  Her voice and style resembles Bjork and Dolores O’Riordan of the Cranberries.  Here is one of Rosie’s band’s songs:

In her current personal life, Rosie was engaged to be married to actor Jamie Martz, also from Evanston, Illinois, in September of 2019, but it is not known if this will still happen.  Rosie lives in a fairly nice small apartment in Santa Monica, which costs a shit-ton of money, with her two cats, Juniper and Colby Jack.

In everyday life, Rosie’s attractiveness on a scale from 1 to 10, is about a 7, because she does not wear makeup or spend much time on her hair.  This suits her very well for getting around town without the nuisance of too much attention or harassment.  Though even in this condition, one could still appreciate her youthful and physically fit appearance, easily mistaking her for a teenager or a young woman in her early 20s, when in fact she is 33.

However, when Rosie cleans herself up, especially when she performs classical music, she is very beautiful and elegant with her pale white skin, dark hair, and dark eyes.  When you see this side of Rosie, it makes one wonder why she hasn’t had a more successful acting and singing career, because she is just as good or better than everyone else.

In the Pop Music industry, recording companies currently prefer to create a celebrity and then force everyone to listen to their music, rather than discover and support emerging artists.  In Country Music however, it is easier for a performer to gain a following which becomes obvious and hard to ignore.

Because Rosie has a good reputation, hasn’t ever done anything bad, is good looking and will probably keep her good looks for another ten years, she should probably try writing and recording some country songs.  Hopefully Christopher Fudurich of Moderns can do some banjo and pedal steel guitar arrangements on his synthesizer.

Here is the type of country song that I would like to see Rosie writing and performing:

Whoops, I found a country song that Rosie wrote and performed back in 2008 called “Tennessee”:

Though I can see that Rosie lives in a nice, safe, clean neighborhood in Santa Monica with a few shade trees here and there, overall, it is completely surrounded by concrete and asphalt.  I know that she needs to live in the Los Angeles area because of her work, but I can’t live in a place like that, so I can’t date her.

I will probably send Rosie a card with $20 in it so that she can buy a bottle of wine and write some country songs, or buy some cat food, so don’t rip up my card when you get it.

Car Battery From NAPA Is The Worst One I Ever Bought

Since I moved to downtown Dickinson a couple of years ago, I began buying car parts from NAPA because it is not very far from where I live.  I noticed that the prices at NAPA are higher than Checker O’rielly, CarQuest, AutoZone, Runnings, Menards, and WalMart.  I continued to go to NAPA, because it saved me the trouble of having to drive across town.

In October of 2018 I bought a large pickup truck battery from NAPA in Dickinson.  This battery was 1,050 cranking amps, 850 cold cranking amps, and it cost about $158.  I believe in buying the highest capacity battery that will actually fit in a vehicle, over and above the minimum required cranking amps for that vehicle, that way, if the battery is ever working at less than 100%, it will still have enough cranking amps to run the engine starter.

On Saturday I tried to start the truck that I had put this new NAPA battery in back in October of 2018.  This battery was dead, and when I looked at this battery, I could see that both ends of the battery case were bowed out from the battery being frozen.  Once a battery becomes frozen, it is usually completely ruined.

This new battery should not have gone bad, and it should not have frozen like this.  Yes, when a battery becomes discharged, it is more likely to freeze, but this new battery should not have become so discharged that it froze like this.

If you want an explanation of how and why a car battery can freeze in the winter, here is a good article https://www.farmandfleet.com/blog/frozen-battery/  .  From this article, here is a chart that shows how a battery is more likely to freeze when it is not fully charged.

Source: BCI Service Manual ©1995

In Dickinson, the coldest that it got down to this winter was about -30 degrees Fahrenheit.  From the above chart, using the math formula for linear interpolation, at -30 degrees Fahrenheit, this car battery should not have frozen until it had less than 69% full charge.  I don’t doubt that this car battery had less than 69% charge, but it should not have been this discharged.

Here is the way that I look at it, I currently own eleven vehicles, and I have owned this many vehicles for the past ten years.  All eleven vehicles go through the spring, summer, fall, winter temperature cycles.  For these eleven vehicles, over the past ten years I have replaced every battery at least once, that’s at least twenty-two batteries that I have dealt with in the past ten years, batteries from different manufacturers.  In this time, I have only ever had about three or four frozen batteries, which always occurred on a battery that was four, five, or six years old, and on a vehicle that was not being driven.

I don’t think that it is normal or reasonable for a five month old battery to freeze in North Dakota on vehicle that is being driven.  If this were the case, everyone in North Dakota would have to replace their vehicle battery every year.

On Saturday afternoon, I removed this five month old battery from my truck and I took it back to the NAPA store in downtown Dickinson where I bought it, along with the receipt.  The female parts person at the counter said that they would not warranty this battery because it was frozen.  I said to her that I know it is frozen, it shouldn’t be frozen, a five month old battery shouldn’t freeze like this.

I argued with the female parts person, and there was no manager at the store.  I said that I would come back when the manager was there on Monday, or that I would call the regional manager.

I was going to try to explain to the manager at NAPA, or the regional manager of NAPA, that for more than ten years, I have owned many vehicles at the same time, and I don’t have to replace new vehicle batteries after five months, maybe after four, five, or six years, but not at five months.  But then I thought to myself, I don’t want a replacement NAPA battery, so why even waste my time arguing with them.

I made up my mind that I will never buy another car battery from NAPA because they freeze even when new, and NAPA doesn’t warranty this.  But even if NAPA did warranty this, why would I want another battery from NAPA because they freeze even when they are new.  I will also try to not ever buy anything from NAPA again.

Local people in Dickinson, the manager of NAPA, and the regional manager of NAPA probably will not agree with me about what I am explaining, so here is a much better explanation about NAPA batteries from someone else:  https://www.contractortalk.com/f41/napa-batteries-never-again-379305/

Bribes And Payoffs For College Admission

A couple of days ago the FBI gave a press briefing about what they described as the largest college admissions cheating scheme they had ever attempted to prosecute.

This scheme involved wealthy parents paying anywhere from $15,000 to $500,000 in order to get their children into prestigious colleges by means that were illegal.  Here are a few of the illegal schemes that were disclosed so far:

  1. SAT or ACT scholastic aptitude test scores used for college admissions were falsified by having a highly intelligent person take the actual exam on behalf of someone else, which usually involved the test administrator who was supposed to verify each test taker’s identity, being paid off.
  2. SAT or ACT scholastic aptitude test scores used for college admissions were falsified by bribing the test administrator to go back over the test taker’s answer sheet and correct their mistakes.
  3. Athletic coaches at prestigious colleges were bribed to accept applicants from wealthy families to their college athletic program based on their outstanding athletic performance in a sport, when in fact they had never even participated in that sport and were not an athlete.

Some of the colleges that were named as having participated in the illegal admissions schemes were the University of Southern California and Georgetown.  However, the false SAT and ACT test scores were used to get students into other top colleges where they were not academically qualified for acceptance.

A comprehensive description of everyone who has been charged can be found in this article https://www.cbsnews.com/news/college-admissions-scandal-list-operation-varsity-blues-every-charge-and-accusation-facing-parents-involved/ .

Most people are outraged about this.  What this means, is that very intelligent, hardworking, students with good grades, good SAT and ACT scores, and standout athletes were denied acceptance to colleges and universities because wealthy people paid brides to get their stupid, lazy, no-talent kids in, taking up an available opening.

Though people are outraged, they aren’t surprised either.  Wealthy people do things like this all the time.

Wealthy people have some ability to influence their children’s elementary, middle school, and high school teachers, coaches, and administrators in public schools.  Giving their children the benefit of the doubt on school work, giving their children more playing time in sports, and leniency in disciplinary action.  This is doubly so when wealthy children are enrolled in private schools and preparatory academies.

When a wealthy person’s child is not performing well academically, they have the ability to hire private tutors to give them individual attention in subject areas where they have expertise.  It is very common for wealthy people to enroll their children in courses that teach preparation for maximum scoring on scholastic aptitude tests, so that they will be better able to get into a good college.

Very wealthy people have always had the ability to get their children into prestigious colleges that they were not quite qualified for, by means of influence that were not blatantly illegal, such as being an alumni of the college and a long time financial donor, being a large provider of student internships, or a large employer of alumni.

Paying bribes to test administrators to falsify the scores on scholastic aptitude tests, in one case raising a practice SAT score of 1040 to 1420 on the real SAT test by the examiner correcting the mistakes, is going way to far in trying to pass off a stupid child as an academically gifted child.

But as much as everyone wants to get mad about the stupid, lazy, untalented children of wealthy parents, getting into prestigious colleges that they are not qualified to be at in the first place, whatever college they go to, whether they graduate or not, their wealthy parents will continue to influence people to hire their kid for a job that they are not qualified for, at a pay rate that they do not merit.

This same stupid shit goes on right here in Dickinson, this is nothing new, or nothing that hasn’t been seen before.

It May Have Been Bigfoot, Not The Local People In Dickinson, Molesting Cows And Horses

This may be the most important and serious article that I have ever written.  The implications are, that I can clear the name of the people in Dickinson, report on Bigfoot behavior that no one in North Dakota knew about, and begin a program to prevent people or Bigfoot from molesting cows and horses.

On January 25, 2013 there was an article in the Grand Forks Herald newspaper titled, “Dickinson officials investigate sexual assault of horse”.  Here is the link to this article https://www.grandforksherald.com/news/2187378-dickinson-officials-investigate-sexual-assault-horse .

The first sentence of this article reads, “A horse on a farm east of Dickinson was recovering Friday from an apparent sexual assault, an illegal act ranchers suggest happens all too often in this area, but rarely gets reported.”

This article went on to quote several other farmers, ranchers, and law enforcement officials in the Dickinson area who said that this wasn’t the only report of sexual assault on a horse or a cow.  The farmers, ranchers, horse farrier, veterinarian, and law enforcement all thought there were sexual perverts in Dickinson who had done this.

During this past year, because there are so few things to do in Dickinson, I have spent hundreds of hours listening to Bigfoot researchers describe witness encounters and investigations, and their subsequent determination of common Bigfoot behaviors.  At least five serious, well-known, experienced Bigfoot researchers have been forced to acknowledge due to overwhelming physical evidence, that some Bigfoot sexually molest cows and horses.

For the time being, the most thorough example of Bigfoot researchers explaining how Bigfoot molest horses and cows is given in the following video created by Bigfoot Outlaw Radio a.k.a. Bigfoot Crossroads:

From the above video, what myself, farmers, ranchers, and law enforcement should have thought about, is how is a man going to mount a horse or a cow?  For one thing, he would need a step ladder, but another thing, is a horse or cow going to stand still and let a man do this?

Adult Bigfoot range in size from 7 ft. to 11 ft. in height, and 400 lb. to 1,000 lb. in weight.  And according to the above video, it takes at least two Bigfoot to catch and molest a horse or cow.  Didn’t anyone think about how hard it would be for one or two men to catch, hold onto, and climb up the rear end of a horse without being kicked?

I think that what was going on, the farmers, ranchers, horse farrier, veterinarian, and law enforcement were so perturbed by what happened, that they didn’t really want to think about it too much, and they didn’t ever stop to think about the step-by-step sequence of events that would have to happen for a couple of human men to catch, hold onto, and molest a 1,000 lb. horse or cow in an open field.

I hope that this article that I have written about what happened to the horses and cows in this area, and that it might be Bigfoot, will give farmers, ranchers, horse farriers, veterinarians, and law enforcement something to think about.  It might be, or likely be Bigfoot, so with this in mind, they can be more observant in examining the horse, its behavior, and looking for physical evidence.

A few things that the Bigfoot researchers point out, is that horses who have been molested, sometimes have primitive braids woven into the horse’s mane which they use as hand-holds.  The horses sometimes have finger nail impressions in their hides just below these mane braid hand-holds.

When horses are stressed, they sweat, and their hides become soaking wet.  Sometimes there are large hand impressions that still remain visible in the soaking wet horse’s hide after they have been molested.  The horses tend to run back and forth, back and forth in distress after they have been molested by Bigfoot.

From what I have heard, some Game & Fish Officers, some Department of Agriculture employees, and some Bureau of Interior employees know about Bigfoot behavior, and when this behavior comes to their attention as being a problem in certain areas, they will then call in special teams of government hunters to kill and remove the problem Bigfoot.  Otherwise, the official government policy is to not acknowledge the existence of Bigfoot.

Please share this article on Facebook, to help clear the name of the people in Dickinson, North Dakota.
