The Drug Addict Girl That I Was Going To Have Sex With Is Doing Better Now

In July of 2019 I wrote two blog post articles titled, “Getting Ready To Have Sex With A Drug Addict Girl In Dickinson, North Dakota” and “The Sad And Tragic Story Of Who This Drug Addict Girl Is In Dickinson, North Dakota”.

In Dickinson, North Dakota the ratio of men to women is currently about 3:1.  During the oil boom from 2007-2014 this disparity was much greater.  Due to the shortage of women here in Dickinson, the few women who are here have tried to take advantage of this situation by being overweight, out of shape, sloppily dressed, unkempt, sloven, mean, and ugly.

Over these past seven years of living in Dickinson, this has revealed to me more about the true nature of women.  Women will try to get away with whatever they can.  Most women have no inner moral compass, natural ethics, or sense of right and wrong.  Women only act in accordance with what is allowed or permissible in their present environment.  If allowed and permitted to get up in the morning and not bathe, not brush their hair, wear the same cigarette-stench pajama pants, be fat, overweight, and ugly, women will do so.  I have seen this first-hand here in Dickinson.

I am not from Dickinson, I know what women are supposed to look like and act like, when there are rules of hygiene, etiquette, and western civilization in place, though these memories are becoming less and less real, and are beginning to seem more like an impossibility the longer I stay here.  In other places, women try to look and act their best in order to gain the attention, affection, and cooperation of men.

Here are a couple of photographs of a woman that I like from my Facebook “People You May Know”, who has some of the things that I want:

Normally I do not like women who have tattoos, but in this woman’s case her tattoos show that she is nuts, freaky, doesn’t care, doesn’t have or use good judgement, is uninhibited, and is available for sex, probably for a price, which is fine with me.

Are there any women like this in Dickinson?  Well, yes, the Drug Addict Girl That I Was Getting Ready To Have Sex With, which I wrote about in July of 2019.  I was outside of my low-rent apartment building where I was living in downtown Dickinson when one of the young ladies from the Drug House down the street was walking by and she began talking to me.

At that time I had been talking to the women at the Drug House down the street in order to try to find out who it was who kept trying to steal things out of my vehicle at night.  This is why I began talking to the young woman who was walking by.  As she stood there, willing to talk to me, not trying to get away, I began to realize that she was attractive.

She had long blonde hair, almost a little towards red in color.  She was very thin and muscular, with no fat on her body at all.  Her neck, shoulders, arms, and legs, you could just admire their feminine form and shape, totally different from the fat flabby land-whales in Dickinson.  For the first time in a long time, I was very turned-on by a woman in Dickinson, because of the way that she looked, and her forthrightness.

I said to her that I liked her, and I thought that she was pretty, could I see her again?  She smiled, and she said yes.  I knew that her thinness was probably from drug use and failing to eat, not from eating healthy and exercising.  I liked the way that she looked and acted.  I had no interest in playing games, and she acted like she wasn’t afraid of anything.

After she walked away, I was expecting to see her in about an hour at my apartment.  I began trying to hide or lock up anything in my apartment that she might try to steal, like my car keys, check books, handguns, laptops, etc.  When it came to appear that she might not come back, I was just as happy with this outcome, as if she came back and we had sex.

In the following days, one of my neighbors told me that she twice came by looking for me, but I wasn’t home.  I looked her up on the internet, found out her real full name, and I also found out a second completely different full name that she had gone by prior to being married twice.

I was astonished at her background.  She had been very successful at one time, up until just a few years ago.  After she graduated from high school, she went to a state university and graduated with a degree in political science.  She worked in business management for a while, then she went back to college and she got a degree in business administration, where she met her second husband.

After she and her new husband graduated from business college, they moved to Dickinson in about 2012 due to the oil boom.  She started out as an assistant manager of a very large company in Dickinson, and within couple of years she became the manager of this large company.  She and her husband had a couple of children together, they had nice new vehicles, and a nice home.

I don’t know how it happened that she got involved in using methamphetamine and heroin.  The drugs and the drug lifestyle caused her to lose everything, her job, her husband, her children, her home, her automobile, her driver’s license, everything.

I saw on her Facebook account the people that she was friends with, romantically involved with, and the things that she was doing.  I believed that she would have ruined my life if I had become involved with her.  Her boyfriend had recently been arrested for felony theft, then he was arrested for felony drug dealing.  And, soon after her boyfriend’s arrests, she was arrested for possession of heroin, then burglary.

I was glad that she was probably going to prison, so that they could make her stop.  Stop with the drug use, the stealing, and hanging around with thieves, drug dealers, and drug addicts.

I didn’t see, hear, or read anything else about her for the next six to eight months.  A few days ago I saw her photograph appear in my Facebook “People You May Know”, but under a different name.

I looked at this Facebook account and it was her.  Her “friends” were asking, “Are you out now?”, to which she replied, yes.  She looked very healthy, happy, and recovered.  She listed where she is working.  She is starting her life over.  Good, I thought.

When I was reading the comments from her Facebook friends, this bothered me.  As an example, one of her “friends” was asking and suggesting that she come and live with her in Bismarck, they could have fun there, because where she was living was very tolerant.

I was angry that her “friends” were trying to pull her right back into what she had just gotten out of.  I looked her up on the North Dakota Court Repository, she is on supervised probation for two years.  The condition of both of her two separate court cases allowing her to not be in prison currently, is supervised probation for two years, And “…commit no crimes…”, meaning if she is caught doing anything illegal it violates her probation and puts her in prison.

I think that she is strong-willed enough and determined enough to not start using drugs again, but not if she remains friends with and keeps in contact with the same people who got her on drugs in the first place.  It seems like 20% of the people in Dickinson live and seek to live a criminal, drug-addict lifestyle.  I don’t know how she is ever going to escape these people in Dickinson who keep trying to bring her back down.

Women And The Meth Life In Dickinson, North Dakota

In the beginning of May I bought a house in the Dickinson area.  For those of you who don’t know, Dickinson went through an oil boom from 2007 through 2015 where the housing prices quadrupled.  Though the oil boom has been over for five years, the real estate prices remain artificially and ridiculously high, way out of proportion to what the local economy is now and will be for the foreseeable future.

I recommend not buying a house in Dickinson at this time, because the real estate prices are too high and they are headed for a long downfall.  But, I bought a “For Sale By Owner” house that was not advertised, appraised, or handled by a realtor so I got it for about 30% of what houses here are being advertised.

I am kind of numb from everything that has been happening in my life recently, good and bad, ups and downs.  I can hardly believe that I have enough property now to park my vehicles and trailers without anyone bitching at me, wanting to charge me money, the Police wanting to Red Tag it for being parked on the street, or the Meth addict thieves trying to steal things every night.

The apartment building where I had lived in downtown Dickinson for the past three years, I can’t believe that I lived like that.  I try to make sense of it, 75% of the people who live in this building are just trying to live a normal, peaceful, stable, productive life, but there has always been this constant turnover of white-trash drug-addict short-term renters that have made this apartment building a ghetto flop-house.

Now that I think about it, moving out of this downtown apartment building is kind of like getting out of prison for me.   I’m not really sure if I’m free or not, and I’m not really sure if I can let my guard down from getting robbed, stabbed, stolen from, or conned by the low-life drug-addict thieves in downtown Dickinson.

During this past week, I have had to do a lot of shopping for my new home.  In one of the stores that I have been going to, I met who I thought was a nice, intelligent, friendly young lady.  No, I want to make it very clear, this was not some woman working at a convenience store, gas station, liquor store, restaurant, or bar.  She was more like a salesperson or manager at a furniture store, flooring store, or building supply store.

Because this woman was acting so friendly, which is not normal for Dickinson, I asked her where she was from.  She is from Montana.  The second day that I saw her and talked to her, she told me a little about what she had done in Montana, when she came to Dickinson back in 2009, and what she had done in Dickinson.   She came to Dickinson with her boyfriend that she had been living with, they got married, and now she is divorced.

The first time that I saw this woman, I got the impression that she was in her mid to late twenties.  I thought that she was plain looking, and I didn’t have any interest in her.  But, since she was friendly, which is so unusual in Dickinson, and I was able to talk to her, she seemed like she was a decent person and that she was wanting to make friends.

This woman seemed to be fairly intelligent, responsible, even-tempered, reasonable, and easy to get along with.  One of the reasons why I thought this about her, was because she was the manager of the business where she worked, and she said that she had paid off her own home.   She was in her early thirties, not her mid twenties like I had thought.

The third time that I went back to this store, I asked this woman if she would like to go with me to the Mexican restaurant tonight or tomorrow night.  She said that she couldn’t, that she had to work.  I thought that this was a stupid answer, because her store closes at 6:00 p.m.  I thought that she just didn’t want to go with me.

Out of politeness or guilt, she began explaining to me that her business was short-staffed, and that she had to work every day.  Then, she began explaining that she had sole custody of her eight year old daughter.  Then, that her ex-husband was a Meth addict who had destroyed all of the walls and windows in her home, that he had been No-Trespassed from her home, and that she had had to go stay at the women’s shelter for two weeks.  And, that her ex-husband lives a couple of blocks away from her.

Prior to asking this woman if she wanted to go out to dinner with me, I had thought that she liked me.  She seemed that she liked me.  Did she like me because she was lonely, bored, alone, wanted company, thought that I was different, thought that I had money,….. I don’t know.

Me, I thought that she would be or could be good company because she was friendly, intelligent, reasonable, responsible, and decent acting.

When she did not want to go out to dinner with me, I was surprised, and I wondered what had caused her to change her mind about acting friendly toward me.  It didn’t really matter at this point, because her mind appeared to be made up.  At first her explanation just seemed like a stupid excuse.  As she elaborated on her situation, I thought that she was just trying to make me lose interest in her and give up on ever asking her out again.

But, if I would have just stopped and listened to what she was telling me, that her ex-husband was a Meth addict who had destroyed all the walls and windows in her house, was No-Trespassed by the Police, that she had had to go stay in the women’s shelter, that her ex-husband lived a couple of blocks away from her and that they had an eight year old daughter together, why the fuck would I want to get involved in that situation?  I just got out of a Meth-addict hell-hole living in downtown Dickinson.

Something else that I thought about, what does this say about this woman’s character and judgment, that she dated, married, and had a child with a Meth-addict, white-trash hoodlum?

When I described meeting this woman, I said that she did not work at a convenience store, gas station, liquor store, bar, or restaurant, which is where you will usually find the Meth-addict women in Dickinson.  But I guess it doesn’t matter, the people in Dickinson aren’t even at the blue-collar level or low-class level of people, they are at the Meth-addict level.  See, I didn’t get out of prison after all, I’m still here in Dickinson with the Meth addicts.

The Sad And Tragic Story Of Who This Drug Addict Girl Is, In Dickinson, North Dakota

In my previous blog post I described how I came to meet a drug addict girl, who I will call “Teresa”, following the theft of my property in downtown Dickinson where I live.  In late June, Teresa came walking down the street from the Drug House where she lived, to where I was, working on my vehicle parked on the street beside the apartment building where I live.

At first, I was interested in talking to Teresa, in order to try to find out who had stolen my bicycle in the beginning of June.  The longer that I talked to her, I began to notice that she was good looking, in a way that most women in Dickinson are not.  She was very thin and muscular, with no body fat at all.  But her appearance wasn’t from diet and exercise, it was from drug use and not eating.

Because of the way that Teresa looked, and because she was so forward with me, I was attracted to her, and I wanted to have sex with her.  Her whole reason for walking up from the Drug House and talking to me, was probably to see if I had any interest in her, because she needed help.

I knew from talking to the landlord of the Drug House a day or two earlier, that Teresa was likely one of the three people who were being evicted from the Drug House.  Teresa told me that she was being evicted, but that she was going to court to fight her eviction.

It appeared that Teresa had no job, no income, no vehicle, and no money.  I thought about how I could help her, but I also thought about how much trouble she could cause me.  If I allowed her to stay in my apartment, sooner or later she or her friends would probably steal whatever they could from me.  Or, she could make an abuse allegation against me, and the Police would likely arrest me and remove me from my own apartment.

I realized that if I wanted to know who Teresa really was, I could look up her landlord’s name on the North Dakota Court Repository website under Civil/Traffic court cases, where he would be the Plaintiff, and she would be the Defendant in a pending eviction court case.

I found Teresa’s real first and last name, plus a second first and last name that she sometimes uses, which comes from her middle name and a previous marriage last name.  Using court records, LinkedIn, a wedding registry, company records, and Facebook, I was able to see a very sad and tragic story of who Teresa actually was:

Teresa grew up in, and graduated from high school, in a small town in Indiana.  From 2000 to 2004 she attended and graduated from a good state university, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science.

While attending university she was employed in business administration, and she continued to have steady employment in business administration after she graduated from university.  In her late twenties, with the amount of work experience and long-term steady employment that she had had, she probably earned $35,000 to $40,000 per year.

In 2010 Teresa moved to Virginia in order to attend a business college, to actually get a degree in Business Administration.  With her previous extensive work experience in business administration, taking the additional classes in accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and management, would probably allow her to begin earning $50,000 to $80,000 per year.

Her first semester at this business college in Virginia, Teresa met a fellow student in one of her classes, who had just gotten out of the military.  Soon she became best friends with him, later she became engaged to him, and a couple of years later she had two children with him.

Her fiancee that she met at business college in Virginia, I will call him “Jeremy”.  Jeremy had a good personality, he was funny, handsome, athletic, and in good physical condition.  The photographs of Teresa and Jeremy from this time period at business college in Virginia, both of them about 30 years old, they looked very happy, and very healthy.

When Teresa and Jeremy graduated from business college in Virginia in 2013, soon after that, they moved to Dickinson, North Dakota, which was experiencing an oil boom.  Teresa got a job in business administration in Dickinson, with a very large company, her job title was assistant manager.  After about a year of working for this very large company in Dickinson, Teresa was promoted to manager.

As manager of this company, Teresa was responsible for the intake of about $200,000 to $300,000 per month, the deposits, the bookkeeping, some human resources, employee management, sales, marketing, public relations, dealing with customers, and more.  She earned probably $60,000 to $70,000 per year.

From the civil and criminal court records that I saw, and from her Facebook timeline of photos and comments, it looks like everything began falling apart in approximately 2015.  Teresa was no longer with Jeremy, the father of her two children, and it looked like she was no longer employed.

What I saw on Teresa’s Facebook page, was that she was “in-love” with her “soul-mate”, a convicted felon thief, drug addict, and drug dealer from Bowman, North Dakota.  In her Facebook photos and comments, and in court records, from 2016 onward, it looked like she became completely immersed in a drug addict lifestyle.

Jeremy was awarded custody of their two children.  Teresa was arrested for failure to appear in court, following an arrest for driving without a driver’s license.  She was arrested for possession of marijuana.  She was evicted by three different property management companies in Dickinson for failure to pay rent.  She had four separate court judgments against her for $4,500, $2,000, $1,000, and $1,000.

What was shocking to me, was the contrast between the Teresa that had just graduated from business college, was the manager of a large company earning $60,000 to $80,000 per year, with a new Dodge Charger, with a home, a husband, and two young children, and the Teresa who was homeless, with no children, no job, and walking the streets of Dickinson looking for things to take out of garbage dumpsters.

It is said that a drug addiction is a mental illness.  I don’t disagree that drug addiction is a mental illness, but I think that Teresa must have had some kind of mental illness completely separate from trying, using, and becoming addicted to methamphetamine.  The reason why I say this, is how in two or three years of using meth, could she not see that she had lost her job, her career, her home, her husband, her children, her friends, and was living on the street, and not want to change?  The women’s shelter and rehabilitation is just one mile away.

I couldn’t believe how far Teresa had fallen.  But I had to tell myself, how in the world could I help her or deal with her, don’t I realize that her husband, her family, her employer, and her friends must have all tried to help her?

Probably one of the biggest obstacles to Teresa leaving this drug addict lifestyle, is her “soul-mate” boyfriend, who despite being arrested for felony theft and felony drug possession with intent to deliver during this past year, he is not in jail, but on probation.  I don’t know when the judges in Dickinson will understand that allowing convicted felon drug dealers to walk around free in Dickinson, is not a good idea, and not helpful to anyone.

Getting Ready To Have Sex With A Drug Addict Girl In Dickinson, North Dakota

A little over two years ago I moved into an older, low rent apartment in downtown Dickinson, North Dakota.  Considering that my truck got stolen in 2017 from this neighborhood by a methamphetamine addict, my bicycle got stolen last month, and more attempted thefts continue, there hasn’t been much of a cost savings from renting this cheap apartment.

However, if you were to regularly read the Dickinson Press newspaper articles under the headings “Police Blotter” or “Crimes & Courts”, you would see that theft, burglaries, and vandalism happen all over the City of Dickinson.  In fact, some of the newer and more expensive apartment complexes experience an even greater amount of  theft because the residents there have more and better things to steal.

I continue to live in my older, low rent apartment in downtown Dickinson because I like this two-bedroom apartment itself, and there is no point in me paying more money for a newer apartment in a different part of town, if the amount of theft and vandalism is going to be the same or even worse there.

In my recent previous blog posts, I went on and on about the successful theft and attempted theft of my property where I live.  I wrote that I eventually began talking to the drug addict women who live at the Drug House down the street, in order to try to learn who had stolen my bicycle and who keeps attempting to steal my property.

I already described and explained that I became attracted to one of the drug addict women at the Drug House, because unlike most of the women in Dickinson, she was thin, small, cute, diminutive, friendly, and she would talk to me at length without trying to get away.  This particular girl who I described in my previous blog post, she was not as bad or as dangerous, as one of the other drug addict women who I became even more interested in.

On the evening of June 25, one of the residents of the Drug House was seen using his phone to take pictures of what was in the back of my truck, appearing to be prospecting or shopping my property before he stole it.  A couple of hours later, due to a dispute, four or five Dickinson Patrol Officers had to chase this same individual and taser him a hundred feet away from my truck.

The Dickinson Police then had to detain and question about five of the other residents and visitors to the Drug House, out on the street where I live.  A couple of days later, one of the women residents of the Drug House, she came walking up to me when I was outside working on my vehicle parked on the street.  I was interested in asking her what was going on, what had happened, and who was it who keeps stealing my stuff.

At first, I didn’t notice much about this young woman, I was more interested in trying to ask her questions in the right way to get information, without causing her to walk away.  I soon realized that she wasn’t in a hurry to get away, she seemed willing to tell me anything I wanted.  I felt bad for her, because she was being so cooperative, I didn’t want her to get into trouble with the drug people that she was living with by being an informant.  She didn’t seem to care about her own safety.

Maybe she was just telling me what she thought I wanted to hear.  Maybe she was making things up.  Maybe she was sick of the drug people that she was living with and was angry with them, I don’t know.  I began noticing more what she looked like.

She was nearly my height, only an inch or two shorter than me.  She had blond hair that went down a little past her shoulders.  She was wearing a white color, light summer dress, with a V-neck, a high side split on the skirt, and she was wearing cowboy boots.

What I noticed most about her, was that she was skin, bone, and muscle, with no fat on her.  Her neck, shoulders, and arms just showed muscle, like a young professional dancer who practices five or six hours every day.  I admired this about her, though I supposed that her physique was from drug use, rather than dedicated exercise.

Because she was so forthright and forward with me, being able and willing to stand there with me having a conversation, and because of the way that she looked and presented herself, I was attracted to her, and in a way she was exactly what I was looking for.

I can’t over emphasize the scarcity of attractive women in Dickinson, North Dakota.  The ratio of men to women in Dickinson is about 3:1, and the women who are here are mostly unattractive, overweight, unkempt, hostile, mean, and unfriendly.  Like the old west, there is a need for prostitutes in Dickinson, but the Police in North Dakota won’t allow it, and they are always trying to entrap men looking for prostitutes.

This young woman that I was now talking to, I will call her “Teresa”, though that is not her real name.  She told me that she was being evicted from her apartment, and that she was going to court to dispute her eviction.  I believed that she did not have a job, and that she probably had no money, or very little money.

I believed that this whole episode of “Teresa” approaching me and talking to me, was to present herself to me, to see if I had any interest in her, because she needed help.  Yes, I was interested in her, and I was willing to help her, but I planned on being very circumspect about it.

I told her that I thought that she was attractive, and that I wanted to see her again.  She smiled, and she said that I would.  I gave her the flyer that I had made offering a reward for my stolen Mongoose Mountain Bike, because it had my phone number on it.  She said that she would call me in a couple of hours, but right now she had to go get a lamp out of a garbage dumpster, at an apartment where some people were moving out.

After she walked away, one of my neighbors who is a friend of mine drove up.  I told him that I was just talking to one of the drug addict women from the Drug House down the street, who was very attractive, that I had to go clean and hide everything in my apartment because she was probably coming over, would he please talk me out of this, because this is a terrible idea.  My neighbor said no, he wouldn’t try to talk me out of this, that he had had drug addict girlfriends before too.

I had to dust the window frames, shelves, base boards, other objects, and vacuum my apartment.  While cleaning, I made a mental note of everything that I would have to go back, pick up, move, hide or lock up in order to keep “Teresa” from taking it.  Check books, spare key sets, handguns, laptop computers, car titles, bank statements, credit card statements, life insurance statements, investment statements, would all have to be gathered up and locked in a large steel chest that I use as a safe.

As an hour passed, I began to think that I would be just as happy if she didn’t call and didn’t come over, as if she came over and had sex.  I began to realize that this wasn’t just a matter of hiding and locking up everything that she could possibly take.  It was possible that she would want to stay here, and move whatever she had into my spare bedroom.  Then, I wouldn’t have to only worry about her, I would have to worry about her drug addict friends that she would invite over while I was at work.

What if she became a problem, and she refused to leave my apartment after a few days, a week, or a month?  If she refused to leave, and the Police wanted to treat her like an equal tenant, this would have to go through an eviction process which could cost a couple thousand in legal fees and take two months.  I would probably get kicked out of my own apartment if she wanted to put on an act that I was abusing her.

“Teresa” didn’t call or come over that night.  I saw her and her girl friends carrying several loads of discarded household furnishings down the street back to the Drug House.  In the following days, she came down to the apartment building where I live riding a bicycle asking for me, and once she was headed to my apartment building and the Dickinson Police stopped her and told her to turn around and go back to where she lived.

I thought and thought about all of the bad things that could happen from having any involvement with “Teresa”, and then I found out who she really was, which I will explain in my next blog post.

June 6, 2019 Bicycle Theft Video Dickinson, North Dakota

My previous two blog posts described the attempted theft and successful theft of my property in downtown Dickinson, North Dakota on May 27, June 6, June 15, and June 25 of 2019.

In this blog post, I just want to focus on the successful theft of my white color Mongoose Mountain Bicycle from my vehicle that occurred on June 6, 2019, and show the surveillance video of this theft.

There was an attempted theft of this white color Mongoose Mountain Bicycle on May 27, where this bicycle was left hanging from the back of my vehicle by its bicycle cable-lock.  Dickinson Police Officer Langler who responded to my reporting this attempted theft to the Dickinson Police Dispatch, he suggested that I buy a trail camera or a security camera, so I bought a security camera and installed it that same day.

On June 6, 2019 at approximately 2:19:00 a.m., the security camera recorded two adults riding up to my vehicle on black BMX bicycles.  On this video, look at the white truck parked on the far side of the street.  At approximately 2:21:00 a.m., the security video shows one of the thieves riding away on my white color Mongoose Mountain Bicycle, while he holds onto the handle bars of the small black BMX bicycle that he rode up on.

When watching this video, click on the settings icon to select the highest video resolution which will probably be 480p, then click on the full screen view icon.  Look at the surveillance video time stamp, and start viewing at 02:19:00 a.m.

I want to explain several things that I have not already covered in my previous two blog posts.  This white color Mongoose Mountain Bicycle, I bought it for $225 in Uvalde, Texas while I was working in the oil field of southwest Texas, near Carrizo Springs in 2012.  On the weekends I rode this bicycle through the sparsely populated, rural areas along the Nueces River.  I kept this bicycle in very good condition for the past seven years, it has more sentimental value and memories associated with it, than cash value.

You have got to realize, that two grown adults made one attempt to steal this bicycle on May 27, then they made plans to come back with a Dremel tool on June 6 at 2:20 a.m. in the morning, to crouch down and take two minutes to cut through a 3/8″ steel bicycle cable-lock out on the street, and then ride down the street holding onto another bicycle, to obtain something that they could sell for only $80 to $100.  Do any grown adults do anything as stupid as this, to split $80 to $100 between them, and risk going to jail, if they are not Methamphetamine addicts?

I was upset at having this bicycle stolen, because it means something to me, not because it is worth a lot of money.  But more importantly, if two adults are going to come out at night in my neighborhood with a Dremel tool, looking to steal things worth as little as $80, is anything inside or outside my vehicle, or anyone else’s vehicle safe?

It was pointed out to me by several different Dickinson Police Officers, neighbors living in my apartment building, and neighbors living in homes in this neighborhood, that there is a “Drug House” down the street from me.  On average, the Dickinson Police have to go to this “Drug House” about once a day.

Neighbors pointed out to me the vehicles that have been broken into, the other property that has been stolen like bicycles, luggage racks, trailer hitches, and a baby stroller, and following tracks in the snow back to the “Drug House” down the street.  Some of this was explained in my previous blog post.

Something else that needs to be realized, is that these stolen items like an $80 bicycle or an $80 luggage rack, it is unlikely that someone would drive one or two of these items at a time immediately to Bismarck or Rapid City to try to sell them, because it wouldn’t be worth the trip time-wise or the cost of fuel.  There has got to be some shed or garage in downtown Dickinson, that is full of stolen bicycles, car luggage racks, trailer hitches and everything else that has been stolen downtown in the past month or two.

Lastly, besides evidence that seems to point to the people in the “Drug House” down the street being involved in the attempted theft and successful theft of my property downtown where I live, in the original HD high resolution video where I can zoom-in, the person riding away on my Mongoose Mountain Bicycle reminded me of someone who works at a business in downtown Dickinson.

The person who was riding away on my Mongoose Bicycle, who reminded me of a person who works at a business downtown, I looked him up on the internet to learn his last name, let’s say that his last name is “Harter”, an unusual name that I have never really come across anyone having this last name before.  (“Harter” is not his actual last name, I don’t want to ruin the Police investigation, however I want people to be able to figure this out.)

When I went to the Dickinson Police Station on June 26 following the arrest of the person from the “Drug House” who was using his phone to photograph the property in my truck downtown where I live, there was another individual from the “Drug House” at the Police Station, and just then the “Harter” guy who looks like the person who stole my bicycle shows up at the Police Station too.

Then, I find out that the “Drug House” resident who is always walking up and down the streets during the day spotting things to steal when it gets dark, her last name is “Harter”.

Also, for about eight years of my life as a kid and as a teenager, I rode my bicycle for an average of about four hours every day.  It is very hard to ride a bicycle, and hold onto a second bicycle by the handle bars, pulling it along with you, because the second bicycle always wants to steer into you or away from you, it is very hard to do.  It is hard to ride down from a curb on a bicycle with only one hand on the handle bars, even much more so while holding onto a second bicycle.  There are only a few people in Dickinson who have this much experience riding bicycles, to ride away holding a second BMX bicycle by the handle bars, and drop down from a curb one-handed, like shown in the surveillance video.
